As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a locking device provided in an embodiment of the present invention includes: fixing base, locking piece and nut, wherein:
the fixing seat comprises an end part 11 and a rod part 12 which are connected with each other, the rod part 12 comprises a threaded section, a nut is arranged on the threaded section, and an ear plate 32 is arranged on the nut; the locking piece comprises a locking part 21 and two handle parts 22, wherein the locking part 21 is arc-shaped, two ends of the locking part 21 are respectively connected with the handle parts 22, the locking part 21 and the handle parts 22 form a U-shaped structure, the two handle parts 22 are sleeved on the rod part 12 of the fixing seat and are positioned between the end part 11 of the fixing seat and the nut, the locking part 21 is provided with a locking hole 23 for the feedback rod 200 to pass through, and the opening of the locking hole 23 faces the rod part 12 of the fixing seat.
The locking device of the embodiment of the invention is applied to a limiting mechanism, in the practical application process, the locking hole 23 of the locking piece is sleeved on the feedback rod 200, and the nut is rotated to enable the nut to move towards the handle portion 22 direction of the locking piece, the nut pushes one handle portion 22 to move towards the other handle portion 22 direction, and as the other handle portion 22 contacts with the end portion 11 of the fixing seat, the two handle portions 22 gradually approach along with the movement of the nut, so that the opening of the locking hole 23 is reduced, and the distance between the locking hole 23 and the feedback rod 200 is gradually reduced, thereby clamping the feedback rod 200. When the limit height needs to be adjusted, the nut is unscrewed, the locking piece is moved, the position of the locking piece on the feedback rod 200 is changed, and after the adjustment is in place, the nut is screwed again to fix the locking piece to the current position, so that the adjustment process is completed.
In addition, in the process of screwing the nut, because the lug plate 32 is arranged on the nut, an operator can drive the nut to rotate by screwing the lug plate 32, so that the nut is manually screwed without using auxiliary tools such as a wrench, and the adjustment operation is more convenient and easy to realize.
With the locking device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the feedback rod 200 does not need to be provided with threads, and when the locking device is impacted, the impact force of the locking device on the feedback rod 200 is smaller, so that the feedback rod 200 is less worn. In addition, even if the feedback rod 200 is worn, the nut can be further tightened so that the aperture of the locking hole 23 is smaller, thereby allowing the locking device to clamp the feedback rod 200 after the feedback rod 200 is worn. Meanwhile, compared with the limiting mechanism in the prior art, which requires two wrenches to rotate simultaneously to adjust the limiting height, the limiting mechanism of the locking device provided by the embodiment of the invention does not need to prepare other auxiliary tools (such as wrenches), and a worker can manually rotate the nut through the lug plate 32, so that the limiting height adjusting process is realized, and the adjusting process is convenient and quick and is easy to operate.
In particular embodiments, the end 11 of the holder has a cross-sectional dimension greater than the cross-sectional dimension of the stem 12, thereby preventing the stem 22 of the locking element from disengaging. The shank 12 of the holder may be provided with threads entirely or only in a partial region.
In a preferred implementation manner of this embodiment, the fixing base adopts a bolt, the head of the bolt is the end 11 of the fixing base, the screw rod of the bolt is the threaded rod 12, and the fixing base is manufactured without separately designing a die, and the bolt of the standard component is adopted, so that the production cost is reduced.
In the direction shown in fig. 2, the locking piece is in a U-shaped structure as a whole, the locking part 21 is located on the left side, the handle part 22 is located on the right side, the left side of the handle part 22 is connected with the locking part 21, the right side is provided with a through hole penetrating through the thickness of the locking part, the axis of the through hole is parallel to the axis of the rod part 12 of the fixing seat, the end part 11 of the fixing seat is located below, the rod part 12 sequentially penetrates through the through holes of the two handle parts 22 from bottom to top, and the nut is screwed in the area of the through hole of the handle part 12 extending out of the handle part 22 located above at the rod part 12, so that the two handle parts 22 are located between the nut and the end part 11 of the fixing seat, and the section size of the end part 11 of the fixing seat is larger than the diameter of the through hole.
The lug plate 32 is mounted on the side or top edge of the nut, and the lug plate 32 and the nut can be connected in a welding mode, or the lug plate 32 and the nut are integrally formed in the manufacturing process, or a disc-shaped nut with the lug plate 32 is adopted. In a preferred implementation of this embodiment, the nut is a disc nut. As shown in fig. 2-4, the disc nut includes a nut body 31 and two lugs 32, the two lugs 32 are connected to the side wall of the nut body 31, and the two lugs 32 are symmetrically arranged, and an operator can drive the nut body 31 to rotate through the two lugs 32, so that the effect of rotating the disc nut is achieved. By the design, the nut and the lug plate 32 do not need to be designed and manufactured independently, the lug plate 32 and the nut are not required to be installed, the production cost is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
Further, in a preferred implementation of the present embodiment, the nut includes two lugs 32 disposed opposite each other, and an extension 33 is provided on the nut. When the nut is a disc nut, the extension stem 33 is connected to the lug plate 32 of the disc nut. Because the extension handle 33 is provided, the nut can be screwed by pushing the extension handle 33, so that the arm of force is increased, and the force required for screwing the nut is reduced.
As shown in fig. 3, the number of extension handles 33 is one and is connected to one of the lugs 32 of the disc nut. In addition, the number of the extension handles 33 may be two, and the two extension handles 33 are respectively connected to the two ear plates 32.
Further, the extension stem 33 is riveted with the nut. So arranged, when the nut is to be screwed, the free end of the extension stem 33 is rotated to a position away from the nut (the position shown in fig. 3 and 4) so that the distance between the free end of the extension stem 33 and the axial center of the nut is longer. When the nut is not required to be screwed, the extension handle 33 is reversely rotated, so that the extension handle 33 is rotated to a position shown in fig. 2 (the extension handle 33 is vertical to the rod part 12 of the fixing seat), and in this position, the structure of the locking device is more compact, and the space occupied by the whole structure of the locking device is reduced.
In one embodiment of the present embodiment, the length of the extension stem 33 is equal to two times the shortest distance between the junction of the extension stem 33 and the nut and the axis of the nut. So designed, when the extension handle 33 is in a vertical state with the rod part 12 of the fixed seat, the distance between the two ends of the extension handle 33 and the axis of the nut is equal after the nut is not required to be rotated, the extension handle 33 is rotated inwards.
When the nut is a dish-shaped nut, one end of the extension handle 33 is connected with one end of one of the lugs 32 far away from the nut body 31, and when the extension handle 33 is in a vertical state with the rod portion 12 of the fixing seat, the free end of the extension handle 33 is in contact with the other lug 32. Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the free end of the extension handle 33 is provided with a limit groove, and when the extension handle 33 is rotated to be perpendicular to the rod portion 12 of the fixing base, the limit groove of the free end of the extension handle 33 is snapped onto the other ear plate 32 (the ear plate 32 not connected to the extension handle 33), and a partial area of the other ear plate 32 is located in the limit groove.
In order to alleviate friction between the locking member and the feedback rod 200, in a preferred implementation of the present embodiment, the inner wall of the locking hole 23 is provided with a flexible non-slip pad 24. So designed, the locking hole 23 contacts with the feedback rod 200 through the flexible anti-slip pad 24, when the feedback rod 200 is clamped by the locking piece, the flexible anti-slip pad 24 deforms, so that the gap between the locking piece and the feedback rod 200 is filled, and the contact area between the locking device and the feedback rod 200 is increased. In addition, the flexible cleat 24 may provide a cushioning vibration reduction effect.
Further, in one embodiment of the present embodiment, a washer 40 is provided between the nut and the locking member. As shown in fig. 1-4, the washer 40 is annular and is located between the nut and the shank 22 of the locking element. The washer 40 may increase the locking force of the nut against the locking member.
Further, a return spring 50 is connected between the two handles 22. When the nut moves toward the end 11 of the fixing base, the distance between the two handles 22 is shortened, the elastic return member compresses while continuing energy, and when the nut moves toward the end 11 of the fixing base, the elastic return member releases energy, returns to the original state, and pushes the handles 22 at the same time, so that the distance between the two handles 22 is increased, and thus the opening of the locking hole 23 is increased, so that the locking device can move along the feedback rod 200.
As shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, the embodiment of the present invention also provides a limiting mechanism, which includes a feedback rod 200, and the feedback rod 200 is provided with the locking device 100 according to the above technical solution. Specifically, the limiting mechanism further includes a connection portion 310 connected to the rotating end of the lifting arm 300, one end of the connection portion 310 is slidably mounted on the feedback rod 200, one end of the connection portion 310 is mounted with the locking device 100, the other end is connected to the control handle 400, and the control handle 400 is connected to the control valve 500.
In fig. 5, the free end of the lifting arm 300 is in a relatively low position, where the connection 310 is not in contact with the locking device 100; when the lifting arm 300 rotates clockwise from the position shown in fig. 5, the free end of the lifting arm 300 gradually rises in the horizontal plane, the rotating end of the lifting arm 300 rotates while driving the connecting portion 310 to rotate, and one end of the connecting arm slides along the feedback rod 200 until contacting the locking device 100, and the height of the lifting arm 300 is the set highest height. If the set maximum height is to be lowered vertically, the locking device 100 is moved along the feedback lever 200 to a side away from the manipulation handle 400, and thus, after the adjustment, the rotation range of the lifting arm 300 is larger, and the height at which the free end of the lifting arm 300 can be reached is higher.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a tractor which comprises the limiting mechanism.
The advantages of the tractor and the limiting mechanism compared with the prior art are the same, and are not described in detail herein.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and not for limiting the same; although the invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some or all of the technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit of the invention.
