Because the thick film conductive area cannot bear larger mechanical force, the thick film heating part is powered at present, usually, a 250 or 187 inserting sheet is firstly injection molded on a plastic part, then a metal sheet with certain elasticity is led out from the inserting sheet, and the other end of the metal sheet is pressed on the thick film conductive area, or the metal sheet is welded on the thick film conductive area, and then the plastic part is fixed on a substrate heated by the thick film. The mode has the advantages of complex structure, more occupied space, low production efficiency and higher cost.
Chinese patent application CN201320424517.4 discloses a fixing method of a temperature controller for a thick film heater, it can be seen that a screw seat 54 and a pressing bar 5 are required to be additionally arranged on the thick film heating plate, and before the temperature controller 4 is mounted on the contact piece 43, the pressing bar 5 needs to be installed into the temperature controller 4 first, and then the contact piece 43 is riveted on the temperature controller 4. The temperature controller assembly has poor universality, and if the temperature controller needs to be replaced, the temperature controller needs to be replaced together with the pressing bar 5, and the waste is relatively high. In addition, in this scheme, when layering 5 fixed temperature controller 4, need the angle of manual adjustment temperature controller 4, assembly efficiency is lower.

Detailed Description
The following describes embodiments of the present invention in detail. It should be emphasized that the following description is merely exemplary in nature and is in no way intended to limit the scope of the invention or its applications.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, in one embodiment, a thick film heater assembly includes a thick film heater 1, electrical connections 6, a thermostat 7, and a thermostat fixture 10. The thick film heater 1 comprises a substrate 2, a thick film heating zone 3 arranged on the substrate 2 and a power input zone 4 for inputting power, wherein the electric connector 6 is connected with the power input zone 4 and is used for externally connecting the power input zone 4 to the input power, and the temperature controller 7 is arranged in the thick film heating zone 3 and is used for detecting the surface temperature of the thick film heater 1. The temperature controller fixing device 10 is provided with a temperature controller mounting hole 11, the lower end of the temperature controller 7, which is close to the thick film heater 1, is provided with a temperature controller fixing step 9 with a transverse dimension larger than the aperture of the temperature controller mounting hole 11, the upper end of the temperature controller 7 passes through the temperature controller mounting hole 11, the temperature controller fixing device 10 is pressed on the temperature controller fixing step 9, and the temperature controller fixing device 10 and the thick film heater 1 are mounted together through a connecting structure, so that the temperature controller 7 is fixed between the temperature controller fixing device and the thick film heater 1. By adopting the design, compared with the prior art, the thick film heater assembly is simple and compact in structure, not only reduces the occupied space, but also is convenient to assemble and replace the temperature controller, has high assembly efficiency, can be directly used and replaced with standard temperature controllers, and does not need to customize special temperature controllers.
In a preferred embodiment, a pair of temperature controller inserting pieces 8 extending towards two sides are arranged at the upper end of the temperature controller 7, a pair of slots extending towards two sides and allowing the temperature controller inserting pieces 8 to pass through are arranged in the temperature controller mounting holes 11, a pair of temperature controller circumferential positioning protrusions 12 are respectively arranged at the edges of the slots, and each temperature controller circumferential positioning protrusion 12 is abutted to the corresponding temperature controller inserting piece 8 and used for limiting the rotation of the temperature controller 7. Through this kind of design, temperature controller circumference location protruding 12 butt in temperature controller inserted sheet 8 can restrict temperature controller 7 rotation, reaches the effect of the 7 degree of freedom of complete restriction temperature controller, makes temperature controller 7 no longer can rotate, has improved temperature controller 7's reliability. In a typical embodiment, the thermostat 7 has a cylindrical structure, and the thermostat fixing step 9 is also cylindrical.
In a preferred embodiment, the connecting structure comprises a screw 16, a screw fixing hole 5 formed on the thick film heater 1 and a screw fixing post 13 formed on the temperature controller fixing device 10, wherein the screw 16 passes through the screw fixing hole 5 to be connected with the screw fixing post 13, so that the temperature controller 7 is pressed between the temperature controller fixing device and the thick film heater 1.
In a preferred embodiment, the electrical connector 6 is an electrical connection insert in an L shape, the thick film heater assembly further comprises an insert fixing device 14, the insert fixing device 14 is provided with an insulating insert limiting hole 15, a vertical upper end of the electrical connection insert is a power input end, the power input end of the electrical connection insert passes through the insert limiting hole 15, and a horizontal lower end of the electrical connection insert is pressed by the insert fixing device 14 in the power input area 4 of the thick film heater 1. Compared with the prior art, the electrical connection inserting piece and the installation structure design thereof further simplify the structural complexity, reduce the occupied space, improve the production efficiency of manufacturing the thick film heater assembly and reduce the manufacturing cost of the thick film heater assembly. Meanwhile, since the electric connection inserting sheet in the L shape is adopted as electric connection, and the degree of freedom of the electric connection inserting sheet is fully limited through the inserting sheet limiting hole 15 of the inserting sheet fixing device 14, the electric connection inserting sheet and the power input area 4 can be accurately aligned, and the inserting sheet fixing device 14 plays a role in pressing the electric connection inserting sheet on the power input area 4 of the thick film heater 1, when the electric connection inserting sheet is subjected to external force, such as the extraction force of a wire harness terminal, the electric connection inserting sheet and the connection between the electric connection inserting sheet and the power input area 4 of the thick film heater 1 can be prevented from being influenced, so that the electric conductivity is not influenced.
In a more preferred embodiment, the horizontal lower end of the electrical connection tab is directed towards the edge of the substrate 2 of the thick film heater 1. By the design, subsequent welding work is further facilitated.
In a preferred embodiment, the electrical connection tabs and the power input region 4 of the thick film heater 1 are soldered together to achieve more reliable electrical conductivity.
In a preferred embodiment, the insert fixing device 14 is provided with screw fixing posts 13, the thick film heater 1 is provided with corresponding screw fixing holes 5, and the insert fixing device 14, the electrical connection insert and the thick film heater 1 are fixed and pressed by screws 16 penetrating through the screw fixing holes 5 and connecting the screw fixing posts 13.
In a preferred embodiment, the tab holding device 14 and the thermostat holding device 10 are integrally formed to form an integral holding bracket. By adopting an integrated molding mode of integrating the insert fixing device 14 and the temperature controller fixing device 10, the assembly efficiency can be further improved, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
In another aspect, the present invention also provides a household appliance having a thick film heater assembly of any of the foregoing embodiments. The household appliance can be, for example, an appliance such as a dishwasher which needs to have a heating function.
