The difference from the first embodiment is that the construction of the platen lock is different from that of the first embodiment, but the principle of locking is similar.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 11 to 20, the protruding structure 210 is a locking plate, and a first end of the locking plate protrudes into the housing 300 through the relief opening 312 of the housing 300, and a second end of the locking plate is always located outside the housing 300 and is capable of being changed in position with respect to the positioning and holding portion 100, and when the lock body assembly 220 is in the locked state, the first end of the protruding structure 210 is locked with the housing 300, and a second end of the protruding structure 210 is crimped on the positioning and holding portion 100 and the platen handle 410 to prevent the platen handle 410 from slipping out of the handle accommodating chamber 120.
When a locking plate is required, the platen handle 410 is vertically offset from the platen base 420, and the lateral direction of the positioning and retaining portion 100 acts to disengage the two stops. The protruding structure 210 still locks the positioning and retaining portion 100 with the platen handle 410. At this time, it is also possible to pull the pressing plate handle 410 in the vertical direction, but the plug 430 cannot be inserted into the conductive insertion hole 421 due to the stopper of the positioning and holding portion 100, thereby avoiding accidental connection.
In this embodiment, the housing 300 is of a split construction, including a lower portion with the positioning and retaining portion 100 and an upper portion housing the extension structure 210 and the lock body assembly 220, and when the above constructed platen lock is used, the upper portion is first snapped onto the lower portion, then the lock body resetting member 230 is placed in the lower portion, then the first end of the extension structure 210 is extended into the relief opening 312 of the housing 300, and then the extension structure 210 is locked or unlocked by the lock body assembly 220 in the housing 300.
In this embodiment, the lock body resetting member 230 abuts between the lock body 221 and the housing 300 through the protruding structure 210. The lock body return 230 is located below the first end of the extension structure 210.
As shown in fig. 13, the second latch 222 includes two sub-components that can be moved toward and away from each other, and when the two sub-components are moved away from each other, a portion of the sub-components can protrude through the radial hole 223 and engage the locking position 320 to lock the lock body 221. The locking principle is similar to that of the first embodiment, and will not be described here again. Similarly, the latch return members 226 are also two and are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the two sub-components.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects:
1. the problem that a pressing plate locking device in the prior art cannot safely and reliably isolate the pressing plate is solved;
2. the structure is small and exquisite, the portable, the operation is convenient, easy to assemble and disassemble, and the portable electronic device is not required to be installed in advance and is convenient to use and install;
3. the wireless code chip can identify the lock core of each pressing plate locking device, so that accidents caused by confusion of operation during locking of multiple rows of pressing plates are avoided.

Claims (15)

1. A platen lock comprising:
a housing (300), a portion of the housing (300) serving as a positioning holding portion (100) and having a handle accommodating chamber (120) for accommodating a platen handle (410), the positioning holding portion (100) being located between the platen handle (410) and a platen base (420) when the platen handle (410) is in the handle accommodating chamber (120) so as to hold a plug (430) of the platen handle (410) in a separated state from a conductive insertion hole (421) of the platen base (420);
-an extension structure (210), the extension structure (210) having an extended position and a retracted position relative to the housing (300) and being capable of locking the platen handle (410) with the positioning and retaining portion (100) when the platen handle (410) is in the handle receiving cavity (120);
a lock body assembly (220) for locking the protruding structure (210), the lock body assembly (220) being disposed within a lock body receiving cavity (310) of the housing (300), the lock body assembly (220) having a locked state and an unlocked state, the lock body assembly (220) locking the protruding structure (210) when the lock body assembly (220) is in the locked state such that the protruding structure (210) cooperates with the positioning retaining portion (100) to retain the platen handle (410) in the handle receiving cavity (120), the protruding structure (210) being retained in the protruding position; when the lock body assembly (220) is in the unlocking state, the lock body assembly (220) unlocks the protruding structure (210), the protruding structure (210) does not lock the position of the positioning and holding part (100), and the pressing plate handle (410) can be separated from the handle accommodating cavity (120).
2. The platen lock device of claim 1, wherein the positioning and retaining portion (100) has a recess (110) that receives a plug (430) of the platen handle (410).
3. The platen lock of claim 1, wherein the extension structure (210) is slidably coupled to the housing (300) to switch the extension structure (210) between the extended position and the retracted position.
4. A platen lock assembly according to claim 3, wherein the projection arrangement (210) is a first latch tongue that projects from within the housing (300) when the lock body assembly (220) is switched from the unlocked state to the locked state, and stops the platen handle (410) to prevent the platen handle (410) from slipping out of the handle receiving cavity (120).
5. A platen lock assembly according to claim 3, wherein the projecting structure (210) is a locking plate, and a first end of the locking plate projects into the housing (300) through a relief opening (312) of the housing (300), and a second end of the locking plate is always located outside the housing (300) and is changeable in position relative to the positioning retaining portion (100), the first end of the projecting structure (210) being locked with the housing (300) when the lock body assembly (220) is in the locked state, the second end of the projecting structure (210) being press-fit over the positioning retaining portion (100) and the platen handle (410) to prevent the platen handle (410) from slipping out of the handle receiving cavity (120).
6. The platen lock of claim 4 or 5, wherein the lock body assembly (220) includes:
the lock comprises a lock body (221), wherein at least one part of the lock body (221) is movably arranged in the lock body accommodating cavity (310), and the lock body (221) is provided with a radial hole (223) communicated with the lock body accommodating cavity (310);
the second lock tongue (222) is slidably arranged in the radial hole (223), a locking position (320) matched with the second lock tongue (222) is formed in the side wall of the lock body accommodating cavity (310), and a part of the second lock tongue (222) can extend out of the radial hole (223) and is clamped with the locking position (320), so that the lock body (221) can lock the extending structure (210).

The pressure plate locking device according to claim 6, wherein the lock body (221) has a limit groove (2211), a limit piece (311) is disposed on an inner wall of the lock body accommodating cavity (310), and the limit piece (311) is accommodated in the limit groove (2211) to control a movement range of the lock body (221).

The platen lock assembly of claim 6, wherein the lock body assembly (220) further includes a lock body reset member (230), the lock body reset member (230) providing a reset force to the lock body (221) to move from the locked state to the unlocked state to unlock the lock body (221) from the extended structure (210) to switch the extended structure (210) from the extended position to the retracted position.
9. The platen lock of claim 8, wherein,
the lock body resetting piece (230) is directly abutted between the lock body (221) and the shell (300); or the lock body resetting piece (230) is abutted between the lock body (221) and the shell (300) through the extending structure (210).
10. The pressure plate latch of claim 9 wherein the second latch tongue (222) includes two sub-components that are movable toward and away from each other, a portion of the sub-components being extendable from the radial bore (223) and snap-fit with the locking bit (320) to lock the lock body (221) when the two sub-components are moved away from each other.
11. The platen lock of claim 9, wherein the lock body assembly (220) further comprises:
a lock cylinder (224), the lock cylinder (224) being pivotally arranged within the lock body (221);
the switching piece (225), switching piece (225) with lock core (224) drive connection, second spring bolt (222) have through-hole (2221), switching piece (225) set up in through-hole (2221), when lock core (224) drive switching piece (225) rotate, switching piece (225) extrusion inner wall of through-hole (2221), second spring bolt (222) withdraw in order to with locking position (320) break away from.
12. The pressure plate locking device of claim 11, wherein the lock body (221) has a scalloped groove (2212) therein, and a portion of the adapter block (225) is positioned in the scalloped groove (2212) such that the angle of rotation of the adapter block (225) is 0 degrees to 90 degrees.

The pressure plate locking device of claim 9, wherein the lock body assembly (220) further comprises a lock tongue reset member (226), and two ends of the lock tongue reset member (226) are respectively abutted against the second lock tongue (222) and the lock body (221) to provide a reset force for the second lock tongue (222) to extend out of the lock body (221).
14. The pressure plate latch of claim 11 wherein said lock body assembly (220) further includes a retainer ring (227), said retainer ring (227) being disposed between said lock body (221) and said lock cylinder (224) such that said lock cylinder (224) is retained within said lock body (221).
15. The platen lock assembly of any one of claims 1-5, wherein the lock body assembly (220) further includes a wireless chip (228), the wireless chip (228) covering an opening of the lock body receiving cavity (310) to identify an unlocking key.
