The outer box can integrate the functions of transportation and display, if corners deform and are dirty in the transportation process, the cover plate is turned outwards during display, and the damaged and dirty parts of the outer side paper boards of the paper box can be covered by the inner side paper boards.
The buffer box is convenient to assemble, the left part and the right part of the content are fastened through structure forming, a fixing effect is achieved, and the surface of an object is protected from being scratched due to transportation collision. Six faces of the buffer structure are provided with buffer spaces, and the buffer structure can play a role in protecting contents in the transportation process.

Claims (9)

1. a first concave opening (38) is formed at the upper end of the front plate (16), the shape of the first concave opening (38) is rectangular or inverted trapezoidal, and the bottom edge of the first concave opening (38) is positioned on the transverse middle line of the front plate (16); a cover plate (9) serving as the top surface of the outer box is connected to the top edge of the rear plate (14), a front side plate (13) is connected to the top edge of the cover plate (9), the height of the front side plate (13) is equal to that of the first concave opening (38), two lateral sides of the front side plate (13) are respectively connected with one side connecting plate (11), the width of each side connecting plate (11) is slightly larger than that of the first side plate (1) and the second side plate (15), and the edges, far away from each other, of the two side connecting plates (11) are respectively connected with a locking tongue (12);
an upper lock hole (8) is formed in each of the two transverse sides of the rear plate (14), a lower lock hole (5) is formed in each of the rear plates (14) below the upper lock holes (8), and the lock tongue (12) can be inserted into the upper lock holes (8) or the lower lock holes (5), wherein the distance between the top end of each upper lock hole (8) and the top edge of the rear plate (14) and the distance between the bottom end of each lower lock hole (5) and the bottom edge of each rear plate (14) are the same as the distance between the bottom edge of each lock tongue (12) and the extension line of the bottom edge of the front side plate (13);
a production line which is the same as the shape of the first sunken opening (38) and is opposite to the first sunken opening is formed on the rear plate (14), the bottom edge of the production line is a connecting folding line (17), and the rest is an easy-tearing broken line (7);
the buffer box blank (42) consists of a buffer bottom box blank (42-1) and two buffer bracket box blanks (42-2), wherein,
the buffer bottom box blank (42-1) is a rectangular paper board with the width slightly smaller than the front plate (16) and is vertically symmetrical, a first lower folding line (18), a second lower folding line (19), a first upper folding line (20), a second lower folding line (19) and the first lower folding line (18) are sequentially arranged on the rectangular paper board along the length direction of the rectangular paper board at intervals, the first lower folding line (18) and the second lower folding line (19) are folding lines used for bending towards the lower side of the buffer bottom box blank (42-1), and the first upper folding line (20) is a folding line used for bending towards the upper side of the buffer bottom box blank (42-1); the rectangular paperboard is provided with a first width edge (22) as an edge parallel to the width direction, 2 first cutting lines (24) which are perpendicular to the first width edge (22) and are arranged at intervals are cut from 2 first width edges (22), and the other ends of the first cutting lines (24) are positioned at first lower folding lines (18) close to the corresponding side first width edges (22); cutting 2 second cutting lines (23) which are arranged at intervals and are perpendicular to each second lower folding line (19) from each second lower folding line (19), wherein the other ends of the second cutting lines (23) are positioned between the first lower folding line (18) and the first width edge (22) of the corresponding side; the first cutting line (24) and the second cutting line (23) are symmetrically arranged along the transverse middle line and the longitudinal middle line of the rectangular paperboard respectively;
the box blanks (42-2) of the two buffer supports are identical in structure and are strip-shaped rectangular paper boards, a third lower folding line (27), a fourth lower folding line (28), a fifth lower folding line (30) and a sixth lower folding line (31) are sequentially pressed on each strip-shaped rectangular paper board, and the third lower folding line (27), the fourth lower folding line (28), the fifth lower folding line (30) and the sixth lower folding line (31) are folding lines used for bending towards the lower sides of the strip-shaped rectangular paper boards;
the edge of the strip-shaped rectangular paperboard parallel to the width direction is a second width edge (35), a rectangular third concave opening (26) is formed on the second width edge (35) close to the third lower folding line (27), and the edges of two opposite sides of the third concave opening (26) are respectively connected with a buffer sheet (25); a fourth rectangular recessed opening (32) is formed in a second width edge (35) adjacent to the sixth lower fold line (31); a special-shaped cutting line (29) is cut between the fourth lower folding line (28) and the fifth lower folding line (30), and the shape of the special-shaped cutting line (29) is the same as the line shape of the cross section of the structure formed by folding the buffer bottom box blank (42-1);
wherein the widths of the third and fourth recess openings (26, 32) are respectively the same as the distance between 2 of the first upper folding lines (20); the rectangular paperboard is a first length edge (21) along the edge parallel to the length direction of the rectangular paperboard, and the distance between the fifth lower folding line (30) and the sixth lower folding line (31) is slightly smaller than the distance between the first length edge (21) and the first cutting line (24).
2. A blank as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that a dust insert plate (10) is attached to the bottom edge of each of said side webs (11).
3. Blank according to claim 1, wherein the length of the buffer sheet (25) is smaller than the depth of the third recessed opening (26) and close to the bottom of the third recessed opening (26).
4. Blank according to claim 1, characterized in that said profiled cutting line (29) is formed with two second rectangular ribs (34) and a first rectangular rib (33) located between the two second rectangular ribs (34), said first rectangular rib (33) and the two second rectangular ribs (34) meshing with each other to form a plane.
5. A method of folding a sleeve according to any one of claims 1 to 4 into a closed position, comprising the steps of:
a) the first side plate (1) and the rear plate (14) are bonded through the flaps (6), and the four bottom plates (4) are assembled and locked, so that the first side plate (1), the front plate (16), the second side plate (15), the rear plate (14) and the four bottom plates (4) form an open outer box;
b) bending the cover plate (9) by 90 degrees along a connecting line between the cover plate (9) and the back plate (14) so that the cover plate (9) forms the top surface of the outer box;
c) bending the front side plate (13) along a connecting line between the front side plate (13) and the cover plate (9) to the bottom surface of the outer box by 90 degrees, and bending the two side connecting plates (11) along a connecting line between the side connecting plates (11) and the front side plate (13) by 90 degrees so that the two side connecting plates (11) are respectively attached to the first side plate (1) or the second side plate (15) of the corresponding side; the two lock tongues (12) are bent by 90 degrees along a connecting line between the lock tongues (12) and the side connecting plate (11), and the two lock tongues (12) are respectively inserted into the two upper lock holes (8).
6. A method of folding a sleeve according to any one of claims 1 to 4 into a display condition, comprising the steps of:
1) the first side plate (1) and the rear plate (14) are bonded through the flaps (6), and the four bottom plates (4) are assembled and locked, so that the first side plate (1), the front plate (16), the second side plate (15), the rear plate (14) and the four bottom plates (4) form an open outer box;
2) breaking the easy-tearing broken line (7), bending the rear plate (14) above the connecting folding line (17) backwards along the connecting folding line (17) so that the rear plate (14) above the connecting folding line (17) is tightly attached to the rear plate (14) below the connecting folding line (17), and bending the cover plate (9) along the connecting line between the cover plate (9) and the rear plate (14) so that the cover plate (9) is tightly attached to the bottom surface of the outer box;
3) bending the front side plate (13) by 90 degrees along a connecting line between the front side plate (13) and the cover plate (9) so that the front side surface is tightly attached to the front plate (16), and bending the two side connecting plates (11) by 90 degrees along the connecting line between the side connecting plates (11) and the front side plate (13) so that the two side connecting plates (11) are respectively tightly attached to the first side plate (1) or the second side plate (15) of the corresponding side; the two lock tongues (12) are bent by 90 degrees along a connecting line between the lock tongues (12) and the side connecting plate (11), and the two lock tongues (12) are respectively inserted into the two lower lock holes (5).
7. A method of folding a cushioning box blank into a cushioning box according to any one of claims 1, comprising the steps of:
(1) the box blanks (42-2) of the buffer supports are respectively positioned at two opposite sides of the box blank (42-1) of the buffer bottom, the lower surface of each box blank (42-2) of the buffer supports faces the box blank (42-1) of the buffer bottom, the first upper folding line (20) is vertical to the box blank (42-2) of the buffer supports, and the second width edge (35) is parallel to the plane of the box blank (42-1) of the buffer bottom;
(2) bending the rectangular paperboard along the first lower folding line (18) and the second lower folding line (19) of the rectangular paperboard for 90 degrees, bending the rectangular paperboard along the first upper folding line (20) for 90 degrees, and obtaining a buffer bottom with the same shape of the line shape on the cross section as the special-shaped cutting line (29);
(3) sleeving special-shaped cutting lines (29) of the two buffer support box blanks (42-2) at two ends of the buffer bottom respectively, so that the buffer bottom box blank (42-1) is bent in the special-shaped cutting lines (29) along the shape of the special-shaped cutting lines (29);
(4) -performing the following operations for both said buffer support blanks (42-2): bending the box blank of the buffer support below (42-2) by 90 degrees along the fourth lower folding line (28), the fifth lower folding line (30) and the sixth lower folding line (31), and bending the box blank of the buffer support below (42-2) by 100-120 degrees along the third lower folding line (27); inserting the end parts of the cushion support box blanks (42-2) positioned at the two sides of the third sunken opening (26) into second cutting lines (23) adjacent to the cushion support box blanks (42-2) respectively; the end parts of the cushion support box blanks (42-2) positioned at the two sides of the fourth sunken opening (32) are respectively inserted into the first cutting lines (24) adjacent to the cushion support box blanks (42-2).
8. The method of folding a cushioning blank into a cushioning box according to claim 7, wherein in said step (3), after folding the blank along said first and second lower fold lines (18, 19) 90 ° below the rectangular sheet and along said first upper fold line (20) 90 ° above the rectangular sheet, said cushioning bottom forms two downwardly opening second recesses (40) and an upwardly opening first recess (39) located between said two second recesses (40).
