Claims (8)

1. A sanitary-grade evacuating device for food industry, its characterized in that: the hydraulic pump comprises a base, foot supports with adjustable heights are respectively arranged at four corners of the base, a pump body and a motor connected with the pump body are fixed on the base, a sealing unit is arranged at the joint of the pump body and the motor, a liquid inlet, an air suction port and an air outlet are formed in one side of the pump body, the liquid inlet, the air suction port and the air outlet are respectively corresponding to a connecting pipe A, a pipe B and a pipe C, a vertical liquid inlet pipe is detachably connected to a pipe orifice of the pipe A, a ball valve, a filter and an electric control valve are sequentially arranged on the liquid inlet pipe from top to bottom, an air inlet pipe is detachably connected to a pipe orifice of the pipe B, a vapor-liquid separator is detachably connected to a pipe orifice of the pipe C, and an air supplementing silencer is also connected to the pump body;
the pump body comprises an end cover with an air suction hole and an air outlet hole, a distributing plate detachably connected with the end cover, a pump shell detachably connected with the distributing plate and provided with an accommodating cavity and an eccentric shaft hole, and an impeller rotationally connected with the eccentric shaft hole, wherein an air inlet cavity communicated with the air suction hole and an air outlet cavity communicated with the air outlet hole are respectively arranged on the contact surface of the end cover and the distributing plate, a sealing unit is arranged at the joint of the outer surfaces of the end cover and the distributing plate, the end cover and the distributing plate are respectively provided with an air inlet communicated with the accommodating cavity, an air inlet is arranged in the air inlet cavity on the distributing plate, a liquid outlet and a plurality of air outlets are arranged in the air outlet cavity on the distributing plate, a valve plate for blocking the air outlets is arranged on the contact surface between the distributing plate and the end cover, and a sealing unit is arranged at the joint of the outer surfaces of the distributing plate and the pump shell;
the size of the exhaust port is smaller than that of the liquid outlet, the size of the air inlet cavity is larger than that of the liquid outlet cavity, the sealing units are triangular grooves respectively formed in the connecting positions of the end cover and the outer surface of the distribution plate and O-shaped sealing rings arranged in the triangular grooves, and the sealing units are triangular sealing grooves respectively formed in the connecting positions of the distribution plate and the outer surface of the pump shell and O-shaped sealing rings arranged in the triangular sealing grooves; the liquid inlet holes are arranged at the center positions of the end cover and the distribution plate, and the air suction holes and the air outlet holes are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the liquid inlet holes.

The sanitary-grade evacuation device for the food industry of claim 1, wherein: the end cover is provided with a fastener connected with the distributing plate and the pump shell, the fastener is a flange bolt, the flange bolt comprises a screw head, a flange connected with the screw head and a stud connected with the flange, the connecting end of the flange and the screw head is provided with an arc-shaped surface, and a sealing structure is arranged at the joint of the flange and the screw column.
