As a specific embodiment of the cotton fiber opening device provided by the present invention, please refer to fig. 1 to 10, wherein the upper licker-in 2-1 is arranged on an upper licker-in shaft 2-2, the front licker-in 2-3 is arranged on a front licker-in shaft 2-4, and the rear licker-in 2-6 is arranged on a rear licker-in shaft 2-5; the power mechanism 5 comprises a first motor 5-15 and a second motor 5-10, an output shaft of the first motor 5-15 is connected with the rear licker-in shaft 2-6 through a first synchronous belt 5-3, wherein the first synchronous belt 5-3 is connected with the rear licker-in shaft 2-5 through a first synchronous belt wheel 5-7; (ii) a A first gear 5-2 connected with the upper licker-in shaft 2-2 and a second gear 5-1 meshed with the first gear 5-2 and connected with the front licker-in shaft 2-4 are arranged on one side of the box body 1; a second synchronous belt 5-8 and a second synchronous belt wheel 5-9 which are connected with the front licker-in shaft 2-4 and the rear licker-in shaft 2-5 are arranged on the other side of the box body; the first motor 5-15 is connected with one end of the back licker-in shaft 2-5 through the first synchronous belt 5-3 to drive the back licker-in 2-6 to rotate, the other end of the back licker-in shaft 2-5 is connected with the other end of the front licker-in shaft 2-4 through the second synchronous belt 5-8 to drive the front licker-in 2-3 to rotate in the same direction, one end of the front licker-in shaft 2-4 is connected with the second gear 5-1, one end of the upper licker-in shaft 2-2 is connected with the first gear 5-2, the first gear 5-2 is engaged with the second gear 5-1, the first motor 5-15 drives the back licker-in 2-6, the front licker-in 2-3 and the upper licker-in 2-1 to rotate through the first synchronous belt 5-3, the second synchronous belt 5-8, the first gear 5-2 and the second gear 5-1; the output shaft of the second motor 5-10 is connected with the roller shaft of the cotton mixing front roller 3-6 through a third synchronous belt 5-14 and a third synchronous belt wheel 5-13, and the second motor 5-10 drives the cotton mixing front roller 3-6 and the cotton mixing rear roller 3-7 to rotate through the third synchronous belt 5-14 and the synchronous belt wheel.
In the embodiment, a first motor 5-15 and a second motor 5-10 are arranged in a rack 4, a first motor side plate 5-4, a first motor bottom plate 5-5 and a first motor reducer 5-6 are arranged at the first motor 5-15, and a second motor side plate 5-11 and a second motor bottom plate 5-12 are arranged at the second motor 5-10; the frame 4 mainly plays a role in supporting and positioning, not only provides positioning places for the first motors 5-15 and the second motors 5-10, but also enables the whole device to reach a certain height, and is convenient for workers to operate.
As a specific embodiment of the cotton fiber opening device provided by the present invention, please refer to fig. 1 to 10, further, the first motor 5-15 and the second motor 5-10 are both speed reduction motors, which have high efficiency and reliability, low energy consumption, long service life, simple maintenance and low cost.

Claims (8)

1. Cotton fiber opens device, its characterized in that includes:
the box body is provided with a feeding hole;
the opening mechanism is arranged on the rear side in the box body and used for opening cotton ball fibers into cotton fibers;
the cotton mixing mechanism is arranged on the front side in the box body and used for mixing and carding the opened cotton fibers in order; and
the power mechanism is arranged at the bottom side or the side of the box body and is used for providing power for the opening mechanism and the cotton mixing mechanism;
the air source is arranged at the rear side of the opening mechanism and is used for opening and moving the cotton cluster fibers forwards; and
the bushing plate is positioned on the rear side of the opening mechanism and is connected with the air source, and a plurality of vent holes are formed in the bushing plate;
the needle plate is arranged on the top plate of the box body and positioned between the opening mechanism and the cotton mixing mechanism, the needle plate comprises a needle plate support and a plurality of needle bodies arranged in a row on the needle plate support, and the needle bodies are used for carding cotton fibers opened by the opening mechanism.
2. The cotton fiber opening device according to claim 1, wherein the opening mechanism comprises:
a licker-in is arranged;
the front licker-in is positioned below the upper licker-in; and
the back licker-in is positioned at the back side of the front licker-in;
the upper licker-in, the front licker-in and the rear licker-in are rotationally connected with the box body;
a plurality of first columnar teeth are arranged on the periphery of the upper licker-in, a plurality of second columnar teeth are arranged on the periphery of the front licker-in, and a plurality of third columnar teeth are arranged on the periphery of the rear licker-in;
when the gear is rotated, the first columnar teeth and the second columnar teeth pass through in a staggered mode, and the third columnar teeth and the second columnar teeth pass through in a staggered mode.

The cotton fiber opening device according to claim 2, wherein a plurality of rows of first cylindrical teeth are arranged on the periphery of the upper licker-in, each row of first cylindrical teeth are arranged at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the upper licker-in, and each row of first cylindrical teeth and the axis of the upper licker-in form an included angle; each row of the second cylindrical teeth are arranged at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the front licker-in, and each row of the second cylindrical teeth and the axis of the front licker-in form an included angle; each row of the third columnar teeth are arranged at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the back licker-in, and each row of the third columnar teeth and the axis of the back licker-in are arranged at an included angle.
4. The cotton fiber opening device according to claim 3, wherein the cotton mixing mechanism comprises a cotton mixing front roller and a cotton mixing rear roller, and the cotton mixing front roller and the cotton mixing rear roller work together to comb the opened cotton fibers in order.

The cotton fiber opening device according to claim 4, wherein the rotation directions of the upper licker-in and the cotton mixing rear roller are both clockwise, and the rotation directions of the rear licker-in, the front licker-in and the cotton mixing front roller are counterclockwise; the rotational speed of the front takerin cylinder is greater than the rotational speed of the rear takerin cylinder.

The cotton fiber opening device according to claim 5, wherein the cotton mixing mechanism further comprises a cotton mixing box, the front cotton mixing roller and the rear cotton mixing roller are arranged inside the cotton mixing box; the cotton mixing front roller and the cotton mixing rear roller are straight-line rollers; the cotton mixing box is of a funnel-shaped structure.
7. The cotton fiber opening apparatus of claim 6, further comprising: the frame is arranged at the bottom of the box body and used for supporting the box body.
8. The cotton fiber opening device according to claim 7, wherein the upper licker-in is provided on an upper licker-in shaft, the front licker-in is provided on a front licker-in shaft, and the rear licker-in is provided on a rear licker-in shaft;
the power mechanism comprises a first motor and a second motor, and an output shaft of the first motor is connected with the rear licker-in shaft through a first synchronous belt; one side of the box body is provided with a first gear connected with the upper licker-in shaft and a second gear meshed with the first gear and connected with the rear licker-in shaft; a second synchronous belt connected with the front licker-in shaft and the rear licker-in shaft is arranged on the other side of the box body; and the output shaft of the second motor is connected with the roller shaft of the cotton mixing front roller through a third synchronous belt.
