Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the automatic medicine taking device is reasonable in structure and convenient to operate, and can realize that a patient can automatically take medicines from the medicine cabinet, the patient can automatically take the medicines required by the patient from the goods taking cabinet by swiping a card, and then the medicines are sent out of the cabinet body by the medicine sending device to be taken by the patient; meanwhile, when the medicine is taken, the controller can sense the residual quantity of the taken medicine through the sensing element and feed the residual quantity back to the controller for recording, and when the quantity of the taken medicine is too small, the residual quantity of the taken medicine is displayed on the display screen through the controller for reminding.

In order to detect the taking condition of the medicine, the detection device comprises a third screw 28, a seventh chain wheel 29, an eighth chain wheel 30, a fourth chain 31, a third sliding block 32 and a sensing element 33, wherein two ends of the third screw 28 are clamped on the inner wall of the cabinet body 1, the seventh chain wheel 29 is sleeved on the lower end of the first screw 6 in a sleeved mode, the eighth chain wheel 30 is sleeved on the lower end of the third screw 28 in a sleeved mode, the seventh chain wheel 29 drives the eighth chain wheel 30 through the fourth chain 31, the third sliding block 32 is sleeved on the third screw 28 in a sleeved mode, the third sliding block 32 is arranged on the upper side of the eighth chain wheel 30, and the sensing element 33 is arranged on the third sliding block 32.
The third slider 32 is a rectangular parallelepiped and is vertically slidably engaged with the cabinet 1, and the sensor 33 is a light distance meter electrically connected to the controller 2.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: as shown in fig. 1-7, in an initial state, a patient puts a card in front of the card reader 4, and then the card reader 4 reads the type and number of medicines required by the patient and feeds the type and number back to the controller 2; the controller 2 controls the first motor 5 to rotate clockwise, the first motor 5 drives the first screw rod to rotate 6, the first sliding block 7 starts to slide from top to bottom, and the first sliding block moves to the position where the required medicine is placed under the intelligent control of the controller 2, the medicine taking cabinet 27 is connected with the first sliding block 7, therefore, the medicine taking cabinet 27 can also slide to the position where the required medicine is placed along with the first sliding block 7, when the first sliding block 7 moves to the position where the required medicine is placed, the second motor 8 is arranged in the first sliding block 7, and meanwhile, the first magnet 13 arranged at the top end of the second motor 8 attracts the second magnet 14 arranged at the top end of the second screw rod 9, so that the top end of the second motor 8 is meshed with the top end of the second screw rod 9, and the controller 2 controls the second motor 8 to rotate anticlockwise to drive the second screw rod 9 to rotate; in an initial state, the second slider 10 is arranged at the rightmost end of the second screw 9, the second screw 9 is arranged in the square guardrail 11, at this time, because the second slider 10 is clamped at the rightmost end of the square guardrail 11 and can not move rightmost continuously, when the second screw 9 rotates, the second slider 10 and the square guardrail 11 are also driven to rotate anticlockwise, and because the lower end of the hook claw 12 passes through a long groove on the square guardrail 11 to be contacted with the second slider 10 through a bulge, the hook claw 12 rotates to a position vertical to a horizontal plane along with the anticlockwise rotation of the square guardrail 11, at this time, the controller 2 controls the second motor 8 to rotate clockwise, and the second screw 9 rotates clockwise, at the same time, the second slider 10 drives the hook claw 12 to move leftwards along the second screw 9 to the left side of the first ratchet 16 corresponding to the required medicine, at this time, the controller 2 controls the second motor 8 to rotate anticlockwise again, so that the hook claw 12 hooks the first ratchet 16 to move rightmost, causing the first ratchet 16 to rotate counterclockwise; the first ratchet wheel 16 rotates to drive the first ratchet wheel chain wheel 19 to rotate anticlockwise, the first ratchet wheel chain wheel 19 drives the first chain wheel and the second chain wheel to rotate through the first chain 22, medicines placed on the first chain 22 can move leftwards under the driving of the baffle 25 and then fall into the medicine taking cabinet 27, and the second chain and the third chain cannot move because the coaxial chain wheels cannot rotate simultaneously; then the controller 2 controls the second motor 8 to rotate clockwise, so that the second sliding block 10 drives the hook claw 12 to slide to the leftmost side, and then the second sliding block 10 is tightly attached to the leftmost side of the square guardrail 11, so that the square guardrail 11 can rotate clockwise, meanwhile, the hook claw 12 rotates clockwise to be in a horizontal plane parallel position, then the controller 2 controls the second motor 8 to rotate anticlockwise, so that the second sliding block drives the hook claw 12 to slide to the rightmost side of the square guardrail 11 along the second screw rod 9, and the initial position is recovered; analogize with this, can make required medicine all draw to getting it filled cabinet 27 in, later controller 2 control first motor 5 continues clockwise rotation, make first slider 7 and get it filled cabinet 27 and descend, when getting it filled cabinet 27 and continue to descend to backup pad 37, it can be rotatory through pivot 36 to receive the effect that backup pad 37 blockked to get it filled cabinet 27, as shown in fig. 7, the medicine in getting it filled cabinet 27 is poured into and is got it filled fence 26, and it connects on the carousel to get it filled fence 26, carousel 35 is driven by third motor 34, the medicine falls into after getting it filled fence 26 at every turn, carousel 35 all can rotate certain angle, make it filled fence 26 contact cabinet body 1 bottom, make things convenient for the patient to take away the medicine.
In addition, the seventh chain wheel 29 is arranged at the bottom of the first screw rod 6, the eighth chain wheel 30 is arranged at the bottom of the third screw rod 28, the seventh chain wheel 29 and the eighth chain wheel 30 are connected through the fourth chain 31, and the initial position of the third sliding block 32 is at the top end of the third screw rod 28, so that the first sliding block 7 and the third sliding block 32 can always slide at the same position, the sensing element 33 is arranged on the right side of the third sliding block 32, the medicine extraction condition on the upper side of the position can be detected and fed back to the controller 2, and when the number of the medicines is small, the controller 2 displays the medicine through the display screen 3 to remind a doctor to replenish the medicines.
