Detailed Description
The present invention is an interior trim disposed adjacent to a seat back of a rear seat of an automobile, the interior trim including a bulging portion bulging toward an inner side of a vehicle compartment from a reference surface parallel to a side surface of the seat back, the bulging portion including a floor surface protruding toward the inner side of the vehicle compartment from the reference surface, an accessory shoe provided at a position of the floor surface facing a front side of the vehicle and having an opening portion facing the front side of the vehicle, or an accessory shoe provided at a position of the floor surface facing a rear side of the vehicle and having an opening portion facing the rear side of the vehicle.
According to the structure, the arm of the occupant seated in the rear seat is located in the vicinity of the accessory shoe, so the occupant can always easily use the accessory shoe. Further, since the article connected to the accessory shoe is positioned in front of or behind the bulging portion and does not protrude toward the vehicle interior side, it does not interfere with a seated occupant.
[ examples ] A method for producing a compound
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 6. Fig. 1 is a perspective view of an automobile to which an interior 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention is applied, as viewed from the inside of a vehicle cabin. The interior 1 covers the vehicle interior side of the vehicle body side panel 3 of the automobile, and is also referred to as a "side wall interior (japanese patent: クォータートリム)". In fig. 1 to 6, arrow X indicates the vehicle front-rear direction, arrow Y indicates the vehicle up-down direction, and arrow Z indicates the vehicle width direction.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the interior trim 1 is disposed adjacent to the seat back 22 of the rear seat 2. The rear seat 2 includes a seat cushion (also referred to as a "seat") 21 and a seat back (also referred to as a "back") 22. The interior 1 is made of synthetic resin, and as shown in fig. 3, has bulging portions 7 and 9 bulging toward the vehicle interior side from a reference surface 11 parallel to a side surface 22a of the seat back 22.
The bulging portion 7 includes: a floor 71 projecting from the reference surface 11 toward the vehicle interior side; and a side surface 72 that is connected to a cabin inner end portion of the floor 71 and faces in a direction opposite to the side surface 22a of the seat back 22. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the mesa 71 includes: a surface 71a which is a substantially horizontal surface and is positioned at the uppermost part of the bulging portion 7; and an inclined surface 71b which is continuous with the front end of the surface 71a and inclined in a direction toward the vehicle front side as approaching the lower portion of the bulging portion 7. The accessory shoe 4 is provided on the inclined surface 71b of the floor 71 facing the front of the vehicle.
The bulging portion 9 is located in a position forward of the bulging portion 7 in the vehicle. The bulging portion 9 includes: a floor 91 projecting from the reference surface 11 toward the vehicle interior; and a side surface 92 that is connected to a cabin inner end portion of the floor 91 and faces in a direction opposite to the side surface 22a of the seat back 22. The land 91 is opposed to the inclined surface 71 b. I.e., the deck 91 faces rearward of the vehicle.
The accessory shoe 4 is a device for supplying a 12V dc power supply, and can be connected to various electric products. As shown in fig. 6, the accessory shoe 4 includes a shoe main body 42 and a cover 41 for covering an opening portion 42a of the shoe main body 42. The socket body 42 is formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape and provided inside the bulging portion 7, and a circular opening 42a is located on the inclined surface 71 b. That is, the opening portion 42a faces the vehicle front and obliquely upward. In the example shown in fig. 6, the terminals of the charger 19 are inserted into the socket body 42. An article such as a cellular phone connected to the charger 19 via a wire can be stored in a pocket 5 described later.
As shown in fig. 4, the interior 1 includes: a horizontal surface 12 that protrudes inward of the vehicle compartment from the reference surface 11 and is continuous with the front end of the inclined surface 71 b; and a plate member 8 facing the reference surface 11 with a space therebetween. The horizontal surface 12, the plate member 8, the reference surface 11, the lower portion of the inclined surface 71b, and the lower portion of the table surface 91 constitute the bag portion 5. The plate member 8 of the present embodiment is formed to be independent from an interior member main body constituting the reference surface 11 and the like, and is assembled to the interior member main body. Further, an opening 13 for a speaker is provided above the bag portion 5 of the interior 1.
According to the above configuration, the arm of the occupant seated in the rear seat 2 is located in the vicinity of the accessory shoe 4, so the occupant can always easily use the accessory shoe 4. Further, since an article (for example, a charger 19 shown in fig. 6) connected to the accessory shoe 4 is positioned in front of the bulging portion 7 and does not protrude toward the vehicle interior side, it does not interfere with a seated occupant. Further, since the opening 42a faces the vehicle front and obliquely upward, the operability when the occupant inserts the plug-like member into the socket main body 42 with his or her hands is better than when the opening 42a faces directly upward or directly sideways.
With the automobile of the present embodiment, the vehicle rear region can be used as a cargo room by laying down the seat back 22 forward and superposing it on the seat cushion 21. That is, the trim 1 constitutes a side surface of the cargo room in a state where the seat back 22 is laid down forward. In the state where the seat back 22 is laid down forward in this manner, the accessory shoe 4 is positioned above the back surface 22b of the seat back 22. Thus, even when the seat back 22 is laid down forward and the vehicle rear region is used as a cargo compartment, the user can easily use the accessory shoe 4 from the cargo compartment side. Further, since the accessory shoe 4 is provided on the inclined surface 71b facing the front of the vehicle, the work is not hindered by the article connected to the accessory shoe 4, for example, when loading goods from the rear door side.
In addition, the automobile of the present embodiment includes a seatbelt apparatus 6 for the rear seat 2. As shown in fig. 5, the seatbelt apparatus 6 includes a seatbelt webbing 61, a tongue 65 attached to the seatbelt webbing 61, a seatbelt buckle into which the tongue 65 is inserted, a winding device 64 of the seatbelt webbing 61, and a through-type anchor 62. The winding device 64 is provided inside the bulging portion 7. A withdrawal opening 63 for the webbing 61 is provided above the winding device 64 of the interior 1. A through anchor 62 for passing the webbing 61 pulled out from the pull-out opening 63 is provided above the pull-out opening 63 of the interior trim 1.
In the present embodiment, the accessory shoe 4 is provided in a position in front of the winding device 64, the pullout port 63, and the through anchor 62 in the vehicle. Thus, in a state where the seat belt webbing 61 is tied to the body of the occupant seated in the rear seat 2, the occupant is not hindered by the seat belt webbing 61 when using the accessory shoe 4.
In the above-described embodiment, the floor surface 71 of the bulging portion 7 has an inclined surface 71b facing the vehicle front, and the opening 42a of the accessory shoe 4 provided on the inclined surface 71b faces the vehicle front. In addition, in the present invention, the accessory shoe may be provided at a lower portion of the floor 91 of the bulging portion 9 facing rearward in the vehicle so as to face rearward in the vehicle, or the accessory shoe may be provided at a lower portion of the floor 91 of the bulging portion 9 facing rearward in the vehicle so as to face rearward in the vehicle and obliquely upward.
In the above embodiment, the accessory shoe 4 is a device for supplying power, but in the present invention, the accessory shoe may be used for connecting a vehicle-mounted device such as car navigation and a mobile terminal such as a smartphone to transmit and receive signals such as video and audio. In the above embodiment, the socket body 42 of the accessory socket 4 has the circular opening 42a and is configured to be fittable to the cylindrical terminal of the electric product. In the present invention, the socket body of the accessory socket may have a polygonal opening, and may be configured to be fitted with a USB terminal, for example.
In addition, although the above description discloses the best configuration, method and the like for carrying out the present invention, the present invention is not limited thereto. That is, although the present invention has been particularly shown and described with respect to specific embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes in shape, material, number, and other details of the above-described embodiments may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Therefore, the above-disclosed descriptions of the limited shapes, materials, and the like are merely illustrative for facilitating understanding of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the present invention, and therefore, the present invention includes descriptions of the names of members in which some or all of the limitations of the shapes, materials, and the like are removed.
