本发明公开了一种门板贴膜工艺,包括如下步骤:S1.在模具上要贴膜的那一面,温度控制在15‑75℃,中间部位较低温,***部位较高温;S2.将膜静电吸附在模具上要贴膜的那一面;S3.通过注塑机分为前后两段从模具中间部位射出注射液至模具内,前段射出的速度为额定速度的10%‑25%,注射量为总料量的20%‑40%,注射液的温度为170‑200℃;后段射出的速度为额定速度的45%‑75%,注射量为总料量的60%‑80%,注射液的温度为200‑230℃;S4.注射液冷却成型后,脱模,取出成品。本发明对膜的外观、色彩更容易控制,使产品表面多样化,且制备出的具有贴膜的门板无需修边,又耐磨。

Description

一种门板贴膜工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及门板加工领域,具体涉及一种门板贴膜工艺。
背景技术
厨柜、衣柜或门柜,其门板的加工步骤有裁切、铣型、去毛刺、喷胶、贴膜等步骤。现有的门板的贴膜是将门板的膜皮裁切完成后,然后与喷胶后的门板在高温真空环境下进行压膜处理,喷胶和贴膜分别进行操作。这种门板的贴膜不耐磨(门板边缘磨的过程中容易进入空气,使膜起皱),而且对膜与门板之间的平整度有较高的要求,才能在真空下压膜;贴好的膜也常常需要修边处理(门板与膜之间的边缘要完全对应贴合)。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种耐磨、对膜的要求低、无需修边的门板贴膜工艺。
所采用的技术方案为:
1.一种门板贴膜工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1.首先在模具上要贴膜的那一面,温度控制在15-75℃,在此温度范围内,中间部位较低温,***部位较高温;
S2.然后将膜通过静电发生器加上静电,将膜静电吸附在模具上要贴膜的那一面;
S3.模具上吸附膜之后,将注射液温度控制在170-230℃,然后通过注塑机分为前后两段从模具中间部位射出注射液至模具内,前段射出的速度为额定速度的10%-25%,注射量为总料量的20%-40%,注射液的温度为170-200℃;后段射出的速度为额定速度的45%-75%,注射量为总料量的60%-80%,注射液的温度为200-230℃;
S4.注射液冷却成型后,脱模,取出成品。
进一步地,S1中的中间部位的温度范围为15-30℃,***部位的温度范围为30-75℃。
进一步地,S3中前段注射量为总料量的20%-30%,后段注射量为总料量的70%-80%。
进一步地,S3中前段注射液的温度为170-180℃;后段注射液的温度为220-230℃。
在上述技术方案中,步骤S1的目的是为了匹配S3中的注射液的注射,由于从模具中间部位射出注射液至模具内,注射液中间部位的温度较高,流至***部位的温度较低,从而对应的模具的中间部位的温度控制要低;***部位的温度控制要高。较为优选的,在15-75℃的温度范围内,模具的中间部位的温度逐步过渡到***部位的温度,减少温度上的较大突变;更为优选地,是与注射液的从中间部位流至***部位的温度变化相互补偿,从而使注射液在模具上的整体温度相互补偿后趋向整体上的温度的一致性和稳定性。
步骤S2的作用在于,膜直接定位在模具中,而且对膜的平整度要求不高,只要能够静电吸附在模具中就行。膜可以直接使用成品,也可以在模具中制备,成型后再静电吸附在模具中。
步骤S3的目的在于,分为两段分别进行注射注射液,该注射液即是门板的制作原料。由于第一次注射液是直接接触膜,因此,在注射液的温度、用量和注射速度上,前段的注射液的温度较低,用量较少,注射速度要低。额定速度为设定的最高速度。也由于前段的注射液的温度较低,用量较少,注射速度要低,因此能够减少对膜的高温或高速冲击,起到保护膜的作用,并相对于后段,前段的注射液可以形成保护层。
后段注射液的温度要高,用量较多,注射速度较高,这样可以更容易在高速高温下前后端注射液融合成一体。
这样S4步骤就可以直接冷却成型,脱模,得到具有贴膜的门板。
在整个工艺过程中,对膜的要求较低,因此可以对膜的外观、色彩更容易控制,使产品表面多样化。例如在S2中,在膜加上静电之前,膜可以直接在模具里制备,并在制备过程中加入需要的色料形成所需色彩的膜。也可以在模具中制备复合膜。当然也可以直接使用成品或市售的复合膜。
在整个工艺过程中,由于直接在模具里制备贴膜的门板,因此无需修边,门板与膜的边缘就很齐整;也具有较高的耐磨性,由于不是通过真空压膜,是通过注塑直接成型于膜上,因此耐磨性较高,即便空气进入膜与门板之间也不起皱。
综上,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明的门板贴膜工艺,对膜的要求较低,因此可以对膜的外观、色彩更容易控制,使产品表面多样化,且制备出的具有贴膜的门板无需修边,又耐磨。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施例对本发明进行详细说明,但这些例举性实施方式的用途和目的仅用来例举本发明,并非对本发明的实际保护范围构成任何形式的任何限定,更非将本发明的保护范围局限于此。
实施例1
一种门板贴膜工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1.首先在模具上要贴PET膜的那一面,温度控制在15-75℃,在此温度范围内,中间部位较低温,温度范围为15-30℃,***部位较高温,温度范围为30-75℃;
S2.然后将PET膜通过静电发生器加上静电,将PET膜静电吸附在模具上要贴PET膜的那一面;
S3.模具上吸附PET膜之后,将注射液温度控制在170-230℃,然后通过注塑机分为前后两段从模具中间部位射出注射液至模具内,前段射出的速度为额定速度的10%,注射量为总料量的20%,注射液的温度为170℃;后段射出的速度为额定速度的45%,注射量为总料量的80%,注射液的温度为220℃;
S4.注射液冷却成型后,脱模,取出成品。
观察成品:门板与膜的边缘就很齐整,无需修边;用测试机千次摩擦和刮擦门板边缘,无起皱。
实施例2
一种门板贴膜工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1.首先在模具上要贴PET/PE复合膜的那一面,温度控制在15-75℃,在此温度范围内,中间部位较低温,温度范围为15-30℃,***部位较高温,温度范围为30-75℃;
S2.然后将PET/PE复合膜通过静电发生器加上静电,将PET/PE复合膜静电吸附在模具上要贴PET/PE复合膜的那一面;
S3.模具上吸附PET/PE复合膜之后,将注射液温度控制在170-230℃,然后通过注塑机分为前后两段从模具中间部位射出注射液至模具内,前段射出的速度为额定速度的25%,注射量为总料量的30%,注射液的温度为180℃;后段射出的速度为额定速度的75%,注射量为总料量的70%,注射液的温度为230℃;
S4.注射液冷却成型后,脱模,取出成品。
观察成品:门板与膜的边缘就很齐整,无需修边;用测试机千次摩擦和刮擦门板边缘,无起皱。

1.一种门板贴膜工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1.首先在模具上要贴膜的那一面,温度控制在15-75℃,在此温度范围内,中间部位较低温,***部位较高温;
S2.然后将膜通过静电发生器加上静电,将膜静电吸附在模具上要贴膜的那一面;
S3.模具上吸附膜之后,将注射液温度控制在170-230℃,然后通过注塑机分为前后两段从模具中间部位射出注射液至模具内,前段射出的速度为额定速度的10%-25%,注射量为总料量的20%-40%,注射液的温度为170-200℃;后段射出的速度为额定速度的45%-75%,注射量为总料量的60%-80%,注射液的温度为200-230℃;
S4.注射液冷却成型后,脱模,取出成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的门板贴膜工艺,其特征在于,S1中的中间部位的温度范围为15-30℃,***部位的温度范围为30-75℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的门板贴膜工艺,其特征在于,S3中前段注射量为总料量的20%-30%,后段注射量为总料量的70%-80%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的门板贴膜工艺,其特征在于,S3中前段注射液的温度为170-180℃;后段注射液的温度为220-230℃。
