本发明实施例提供一种无线资源管理测量的方法、终端设备和网络设备,该方法包括:终端设备接收网络设备发送的针对第一目标测量频点的测量空隙GAP的配置信息,该测量GAP的配置信息用于确定测量GAP的长度;终端设备根据测量GAP的配置信息,确定测量GAP的长度;终端设备根据测量GAP的长度,在测量GAP内对第一目标测量频点上的至少一个小区进行无线资源管理RRM测量。在本发明实施例中,终端设备通过接收测量GAP的配置信息,可以根据实际需要,灵活的确定测量GAP的长度,有助于减少测量GAP对数据传输的影响。
