3. The method for outputting consonants of a digital television picture according to claim 1, wherein all playback data other than consonants are set in all playback information of a corresponding program obtained from a database.

The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the obtaining the consonant switch information, and if the consonant switch is set to be turned on, the obtaining all the primary track index information and the packet identifier of the consonant corresponding to the primary track index information from the server further comprises:
obtaining consonant switch information, and judging whether a consonant switch identifier is 1 or not;
if the value is 1, the consonant switch is set to be turned on, and all the main track index information and the packet identification codes of the consonants corresponding to the main track index information are obtained from the server.
5. The method for outputting consonants of a digital television picture according to claim 4, further comprising:
and if the identifier of the consonant switch is 0, the consonant switch is not opened, all the index information of the main audio track is acquired from the server to configure the playing parameters, so that the player only outputs the audio information according to the playing parameters and asynchronously outputs the consonants.

The method as claimed in claim 5, further comprising the steps of configuring playback parameters according to the primary track index information and the packet identifier of the consonant corresponding to the primary track index information, configuring the playback parameters to the player, and outputting audio information according to the playback parameters, further comprising:
acquiring main audio track switching information;
when the main track is switched, the corresponding consonant packet identification codes are switched according to the corresponding relation between the main track index information and the packet identification codes of the consonants, and the switched consonants and the main track are reconfigured to the player so that the player can synchronously output the audio information and the consonants.

A digital television comprising a processor and a memory connected to the processor, the memory storing a consonant output program for a digital television picture, the consonant output program for a digital television picture being executable by the processor for implementing the consonant output method for a digital television picture according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
8. A storage medium storing a consonant output program for a digital television picture, the consonant output program for a digital television picture being executable by a processor to implement the consonant output method for a digital television picture according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
