Detailed Description
For the purposes of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present specification more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to specific embodiments of the present specification and corresponding drawings. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are only some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art without undue burden from the disclosure, are intended to be within the scope of the present application based on the embodiments described herein.
The following describes in detail the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a communication segment information management system according to an embodiment of the present application, where the system includes: a number of terminals 100, a management center 102, and a database 104. Also, for each device 106 in the communication segment, the management center 102 may also generate a digital object unique identifier (Digital Object Identifier, DOI) containing the device information in advance according to the entered device information of the device 106, and set on the device 106, so that the terminal 100 of any user (e.g., a staff member of the communication segment) may obtain the device information through the DOI on the device 106.
In one or more embodiments of the present application, each terminal 100 may have installed thereon a client provided by the system of the embodiments of the present application, so that a user may log in an account through the client on the terminal 100 for information management. The management system 102, which may be specifically an application running on a server, communicates with the database management system of the database 104 and with clients in the terminal 100 to perform services. The terminal 100 may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a personal computer, or other devices, and the server may be a single device or may be formed by multiple devices (e.g., a distributed server), which is not limited in this application.
Specifically, the database 104 stores a map including the locations of the railway and the locations of the devices in the communication segment, device information of the devices 106, and account information of the registered accounts of the users in the system, respectively. Wherein, since each user is a staff member of the communication segment in the present application, the registered account is for facilitating the use of the system, and the management center 102 can determine the identity of the user accessed each time, the same user can only allow to register one account when registering the account. That is, in the system provided in the present application, accounts are in one-to-one correspondence with users, and one user corresponds to only one account.
In addition, in the embodiment of the application, the map may be an electronic map of the communication segment acquired from a unit or business that provides the electronic map. The railway position in the map may be determined according to the position information of the terminal uploaded by the user through the terminal 100, and each device position in the map may be determined according to the position information of the terminal when the user uploads the device information through the terminal 100. The map may be stored in the database 104 and provided by the management center 102 to each terminal 100 with the map including the locations of the communication segments and the locations of the devices.
Specifically, for each terminal 100, when an account is logged in on the client of the terminal 100, the terminal 100 may report its own location information to the management center 102, so that the management center 102 may determine the railway location according to the location information reported by each terminal 100. Also, since the line patrol staff needs to patrol the railway line during operation, in this application, the account information stored in the database 104 may include: a work station, wherein the work station comprises at least: line patrol staff. For each terminal 100, when the working position in the account information of the terminal logged in account is the line patrol man hour, the terminal 100 may report its own position information to the management center 102, and the management center 102 may determine the railway position according to the position information reported by the terminal 100 of which the working position is logged in for the line patrol staff account. Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a map including a railway location according to an embodiment of the present application.
Similarly, when the user scans the DOI on the device 106 through the terminal 100 to obtain the device information, the device information may be sent to the management center 102 together with the location information of the terminal, and the management center 102 may determine the location of each device in the communication segment according to the received device information and the location information.
Also, in the embodiment of the present application, the device information may further include at least one of: the equipment identification, the equipment name, the equipment type, the workshop to which the equipment belongs, the work area to which the equipment belongs, the position information of the equipment, the equipment ownership unit, the equipment model, the equipment production date and the equipment state. The device name may be determined by the terminal 100 that uploads the device information for the first time according to the monitored operation of the user, that is, set as needed. The device type may be one determined from preset device types by the terminal 100 according to the monitored user operation. Of course, which specific device types can be set as desired, and the application is not limited. For example, the setting may be made according to the requirements of the railway communication apparatus. The workshops to which the equipment belongs, the work areas to which the equipment belongs and the equipment rights units are respectively attributive information of the property rights of the equipment, and can be set according to requirements. For example, a transformer is installed at point a, which belongs to the D shop management in the C work area under the B division in terms of the section management, and therefore the affiliated shop, the affiliated work area and the ownership unit of the transformer are respectively: d workshops, C workshops, B branch offices, and the like. The actual conditions of the equipment model and the production date can be at least as follows: at least one of the establishment, standby, sealing and scrapping may be determined by the terminal 100 according to the monitored user operation, and may be specifically input by a worker through the terminal 100 according to the actual situation of the device 106. For example, when the device 106 is in use, the device status entered by the worker is in use, and when the device 106 is out of use, the device status entered by the worker is either blocked or disabled. It should be noted that, when the device status includes only the above-mentioned several types, the device status is only used to enable other users to determine the installation status of the device 106 in the communication section through the system of the present application, and is not an operation status such as whether the device 106 can work normally.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an interface including information of each device displayed by a terminal according to an embodiment of the present application, where, for each device 106 displayed in the interface, displaying various device information corresponding to the device 106 includes: the equipment identification, the equipment name, the equipment type, the workshop to which the equipment belongs, the work area to which the equipment belongs, the position information of the equipment, the equipment ownership unit, the equipment model, the equipment production date and the equipment state. The interface also includes keys of "newly added device", "import device" and "export device". When the user's operation of the "add device" key is monitored, the user can jump to the interface for inputting device information, and then the user can add a new device 106 through inputting device information. When the operation of the key of the 'import device' or the 'export device' by the user is monitored, the set device information can be imported, stored in the database or exported. And, the interface also includes keys corresponding to the device states, namely, the "on-use", "on-building", "standby", "sealing" and "scrapping" keys, and when any key corresponding to the device state is monitored to be operated by the user, the device information of each device 106 in the device state is displayed. In addition, when the user's "all" key operation is monitored, the device state of the display device 106 is not limited.
In one or more embodiments of the present application, for each terminal 100, the terminal 100 may report its own location information to the management center 102. Corresponding equipment information can be obtained through a preset DOI on the equipment 106 according to the monitored user operation, and a service request carrying the equipment information is generated and sent to the management center for executing the service. The management center 102 may execute the service according to the received service request and/or the device information stored in the database 104, and store the execution result in the database 104. The DOI may specifically be a two-dimensional code or a bar code, and of course, other types of DOIs (e.g., three-dimensional codes) may be selected according to needs, which is not limited in this application.
The process of executing the service is described in various embodiments below.
Specifically, since the device information of each device 106 includes a device status, in order to update the device information of the device 106 as needed, in one or more embodiments of the present application, the service request may include: a device state change request. Thus, for each terminal 100, the terminal 100 may acquire device information from the DOI preset on the device 106 according to the monitored user operation, so as to determine the device identifier of the device 106. The terminal 100 may also determine that a state change request needs to be transmitted according to an operation of a user. The state change request at least carries the device identifier and the state to be changed determined by the terminal 100. When the management center 102 receives the state change request, it can determine the stored device state in the device information corresponding to the device identifier from the stored device information according to the device identifier, then determine whether the device state is consistent with the received state to be changed, if so, it does not change the device state, and can return error prompt information to the terminal 100 that sends the request, if not, it changes the device state in the device information corresponding to the device identifier to the state to be changed, and stores the state to be changed.
For example, assuming that the device status in the device information of the X device stored in the database 104 is under construction, when the management center receives the device identifier carrying the X device and the status change request of the status to be changed (for example, in use) sent by the terminal, it may determine that the device information needs to be updated, and change the device status in the device information of the X device to be stored in the database 104 after use.
In addition, after determining that the device status has changed, the management center 102 marks the changed device status in the map provided for each terminal 100 so that the user can determine the usage status of the different devices 106 in the communication segment through the terminal 100. Of course, to simplify the amount of information presented in the map, the management center 102 may preferentially present in the map the device states of the devices 106 that have changed in device states for a preset period of time. For example, the map is marked with the device status of each device 106 in which a change in the device status occurs within one week. Alternatively, the management center 102 may display the locations of the devices in different device states in the map according to the types of the device states in different interfaces. For example, interface 1 displays the device location of each device 106 in the communication section in use, interface 2 displays the device location of each device 106 in the communication section in build, and so on.
Further, since a planned operation may be required during the operation of the communication segment during the daily maintenance, or an event may occur in the communication segment, when the operation is performed in the communication segment or the event occurs, the user may report the corresponding event to the management center 102 through the terminal 100, and then the management center 102 may mark the position where the event occurs in the map provided to each terminal, so that the user may visually and intuitively understand the event in the communication segment through the system.
Specifically, the service request may include: the event reports the request. For each terminal 100, the terminal 100 may acquire device information from a DOI preset on the device 106 according to the monitored user operation, so as to determine a device identifier of the device 106. The terminal 100 may also determine event information according to a user operation, and send an event report request carrying device information and event information to the management center 102. Wherein the event information may include at least one of: at least one event type determined from among the preset event types, at least one event level determined from among the preset event levels, at least one event state determined from among the preset event states, and event content. The preset event type and event level may be set as required, for example, the event type includes: construction, monument, cement encapsulation, others, etc., event classes include class 1 to 10, etc., without limitation. The event states may include at least: at least one of entered, modified, approved, and overdue.
The management center 102 may, after receiving the event report request, mark the event information in the map provided for each terminal according to the received event report request carrying the event information and the location information reported by the terminal 100 that sent the event report request. While the event information may also be stored in database 104 for later viewing.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of an interface for displaying event information provided by a management center for a terminal according to an embodiment of the present application, where event information such as event types, event levels, event positions and event states corresponding to a plurality of events are displayed in the interface. And corresponding to each event state, corresponding keys such as 'entered', 'modified', 'checked accepted' and 'overdue' keys are arranged in the interface, and when the key operation of the user is monitored, only the event information of each event corresponding to the event state can be displayed.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, there is not necessarily a relationship between the event in the communication segment and the communication segment device 106, and when the event is stored in the relationship with the device 106, for example, an event affecting the operation of the device 106, before sending the event report request, the terminal 100 may also obtain, through the DOI of the device 106, the device information of the device 106, and carry the device information to send the event report request to the management center 102.
Still further, since the main work contents of the staff in the communication section further include: line inspection and equipment maintenance. Generally, line inspection and equipment maintenance may be determined in advance according to a rule, so in this embodiment of the present application, the management center 102 may further determine, for each device 106 stored in the database 104, maintenance information of the device 106 according to a preset maintenance rule and device information of the device 106, where the maintenance information at least includes: maintenance time, maintenance event, and maintenance requirement. The maintenance rule may be a rule which is determined to be executable by the application program after machine language compilation according to the railway communication maintenance rule.
For each terminal 100, the terminal 100 may obtain device information through a DOI preset on the device 106 according to the monitored user operation, and generate a maintenance query request carrying a device identifier, and send the maintenance query request to the management center 102, so after receiving the maintenance query request carrying the device identifier, the management center 102 may determine maintenance information corresponding to the device identifier according to the generated maintenance information corresponding to each device 106, and return the determined maintenance information to the terminal 100 that sends the maintenance query request and display the maintenance information. Therefore, after the user scans the DOI of the device 106 through the terminal 100, the user can obtain the maintenance information returned by the management center 102, so that the user can conveniently maintain the device 106 according to the maintenance information.
For line patrol, the management center 102 determines a line patrol plan of an account of a line patrol staff for each working post according to the account information of the account stored in the database 104 and a preset line patrol rule, and stores the determined line patrol plan in the database 104 and the terminal 100 for logging in the account of the line patrol staff sent to the working post. Wherein, the line patrol plan comprises at least one kind of data: line inspection business identification, line inspection time, line inspection starting point and line inspection ending point.
Further, since the terminal 100 may report its own location information to the management center 102, the management center may also provide the terminal 100 with a map including the locations of the terminals, where the terminal 100 displayed on the map may be the terminal 100 on which the line patrol employee logs in the account, as shown in fig. 5. In fig. 5, a map is visible, and several user icons are displayed, and the positions of the icons displayed on the map are determined according to the position information reported last by the terminal 100 logged in by the line patrol staff. The line inspection state of each line inspection staff can be displayed in real time. When it is detected that the user clicks an icon of any line patrol employee on the map, the map may be enlarged and displayed locally, and the content of the location information reported by the terminal 100 and the account information of the login account of the terminal 100 may be displayed, as shown in fig. 6.
In addition, since the line patrol staff may also encounter a fault condition of the device 106 during the line patrol operation, the user may also use the terminal 100 to report fault information to the management center 102.
Specifically, for each terminal 100, according to the monitored user operation, the terminal 100 may obtain device information through a DOI preset on the device 106, generate fault report information carrying the device identifier, and send the fault report information to the management center 102. And the account information of each account stored in the database 104 may include: the management center 102 can pre-determine each workshop, each work area and responsible person account of each unit in the communication section according to the work position in each account information, so that when the management center 102 receives the fault report information, at least one of the workshop, the work area of the equipment and the equipment rights unit can be determined first, the responsible person account of the workshop of the equipment and/or the responsible person account of the work area of the equipment and/or the responsible person account of the equipment stored in the database 104 are determined according to the account information of each account, and/or the instant communication connection between the account for transmitting the fault report information and the determined responsible person account is finally established, so that at least one responsible person communicates with the user for reporting the fault information. That is, through the instant messaging function, after the user sends the fault report information, the user can enter the instant messaging group established by the management center 102, so that the line inspection staff can obtain the technical support of the responsible person to process the fault of the equipment 106, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.
Based on the communication segment information management system shown in fig. 1, various information related to work production in a communication segment is integrated through the system and visually provided for a user, meanwhile, the information can be timely reported and updated, the efficiency of searching information by staff can be improved, and the working efficiency of the communication segment can be effectively improved.
In addition, in this embodiment of the present application, when receiving various information or requests uploaded by the terminal 100, the management center 102 may generate a globally unique serial number correspondingly, establish a corresponding relationship between data generated according to the requests and the serial number, and store the corresponding relationship in the database 104, or establish a corresponding relationship between the information and the serial number and store the corresponding relationship in the database 104. Then for each terminal 100, the terminal 100 may determine the serial number to be queried according to the monitored user operation, and send a query request carrying the serial number to be queried to the management center 102. The management center 102 determines data corresponding to the serial number from the database 104 according to the received query request carrying the serial number to be queried, and returns the determined data to the terminal 100 sending the query request and displays the data. So that various data received by the management center 102 can be obtained through subsequent query, and a function of tracing query is established.
Further, in the embodiment of the present application, the management center 102 may store the received position information reported by each terminal 100 in the database 104, so that the movement track of any terminal 100 can be traced back at any time. Also, since it is generally necessary to trace back the patrol trace of the patrol staff, the management center 102 may store only the location information uploaded by the terminal 100 on which the patrol staff's account is logged in the database 104. In addition, the stored location information may further include a time stamp for acquiring the location information. The timestamp may be determined when the terminal 100 collects the location information, or when the management center 102 receives the location information reported by the terminal 100, which is not limited in this application.
The foregoing is merely exemplary of the present application and is not intended to limit the present application. Various modifications and changes may be made to the present application by those skilled in the art. Any modifications, equivalent substitutions, improvements, etc. which are within the spirit and principles of the present application are intended to be included within the scope of the claims of the present application.
