Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a pop can for preventing carbonated beverage from splashing and a method thereof, belonging to the technical field of beverage containers.
Background
As soon as the pop can is invented in 1963, for the sake of sanitation and portability, the pop can is always used for containing carbonated beverage, but because the carbonated beverage is accelerated in molecular movement after shaking and vibration, carbonic acid is decomposed into carbon dioxide and water, and the volume is expanded, so that when the pop can is opened, the carbon dioxide is rapidly raised to drive the beverage to splash at the opening together, and no good solution exists at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, and provides a pop can for preventing carbonated beverage from splashing and a method thereof, which structurally solve the problem of splashing of carbonated beverage when the pop can is opened.
The technical proposal is as follows:
a pop-top can and method for preventing carbonated beverage from splashing comprises a can body, a pull ring, a two-stage structure, a trial-and-error sheet and a drinking opening sheet; the top of the can body is provided with a drink opening sheet and a trial-error sheet which are made by prefabricated indentation, one end of the drink opening sheet, which is close to the center of the top of the can body, is connected with one end of the two-section structure, the other end of the two-section structure is connected with the tail end of the pull ring and the trial-error sheet, and the distance between the drink opening sheet and the trial-error sheet is the length of the two-section structure.
Further, the trial-and-error wafer is much smaller than the mouthpiece wafer.
Further, the side wall of the tank body is provided with a plurality of circular grooves.
Further, the grooves are vertically arranged, and icon indication is attached to the groove near the top of the tank body.
The pop can is used for storing the carbonated beverage, and the pop can is opened by adopting the following steps:
step 1: pulling the pull ring to separate the trial-and-error thin sheet from the top of the pop can, and reversely pushing the pull ring to close the trial-and-error thin sheet if bubbles are sprayed out;
step 2: knocking the wall of the can according to the icon indication on the groove, so that carbon dioxide leaves the inner wall of the pop can and floats above the liquid level;
step 3: pulling the pull ring again to drive the two-stage structure to bring the drinking opening sheet away from the top of the pop can so as to form a drinking opening;
step 4: the pull ring is bent in the opposite direction, so that the blocking of the drinking opening is avoided, and the drinking opening is used for drinking the carbonated beverage.
The beneficial effects are that:
1) The invention opens the error testing sheet far smaller than the drinking mouth sheet through the pull ring to release the gas in the can,
and then the drink opening sheet is opened through the two-stage structure, so that the splashing of the drink is avoided.
2) The tank body is provided with the groove, so that the tank body is convenient to hold and simultaneously reminds a user to enable gas to quickly float to the surface of liquid through knocking, and liquid is prevented from being carried and sprayed out together after opening.

wherein: the bottle is characterized in that the bottle is provided with a pull ring 1, a two-section structure 2, a drinking mouth sheet 3, a trial-and-error sheet 4, a groove 5 and a can body 6.
Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings and the specific embodiments:
the pop-top can and the method for preventing carbonated beverage from splashing as shown in fig. 1 comprise a can body 6, a pull ring 1, a two-stage structure 2, a trial-and-error sheet 4 and a drinking mouth sheet 3; the top of the can body 6 is provided with a drink opening sheet 3 and a trial-error sheet 4 through prefabricated indentation, one end of the drink opening sheet 3, which is close to the center of the top of the can body, is connected with one end of the two-section structure 2, the other end of the two-section structure 2 is connected with the tail end of the pull ring 1 and the trial-error sheet 4, and the distance between the drink opening sheet 3 and the trial-error sheet 4 is the length of the two-section structure 2.
The trial-and-error wafer 4 is much smaller than the mouthpiece wafer 3.
The side wall of the tank body 6 is provided with a plurality of circular grooves 5.
The grooves 5 are vertically arranged, and icon indication is attached to the grooves 5 near the top of the tank body.
The pop can is used for storing the carbonated beverage, and the pop can is opened by adopting the following steps:
step 1: pulling the pull ring to separate the trial-and-error thin sheet from the top of the pop can, and reversely pushing the pull ring to close the trial-and-error thin sheet if bubbles are sprayed out;
step 2: knocking the wall of the can according to the icon indication on the groove, so that carbon dioxide leaves the inner wall of the pop can and floats above the liquid level;
step 3: pulling the pull ring again to drive the two-stage structure to bring the drinking opening sheet away from the top of the pop can so as to form a drinking opening;
step 4: the pull ring is bent in the opposite direction, so that the blocking of the drinking opening is avoided, and the drinking opening is used for drinking the carbonated beverage.
Examples: when the invention is used, the pull ring is pulled firstly, the error testing sheet is separated from the top of the pop can, at the moment, if bubbles are sprayed out, the pull ring can be reversely pushed, the error testing sheet is closed, the bubbles are prevented from being sprayed out, the wall of the can is knocked according to the indication of the icon on the groove, so that carbon dioxide leaves the inner wall of the pop can and floats above the liquid level, and the liquid is not driven to be sprayed out together; after no bubble is sprayed out, the pull ring is pulled again, the pull ring drives the two-section structure, and the drinking opening sheet is taken away from the top of the pop can by the two-section structure, so that a drinking opening is formed for a user to drink the beverage.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiment of the invention is not intended to be limiting, but rather is intended to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and scope of the invention.
