技术领域
本发明属于新能源汽车技术领域,具体地说,本发明涉及一种增程式电动汽车用变速***。
背景技术
增程式电动汽车,由发动机带动发电机,发电机供电给控制器;充电模式下,控制器将电流输出给电池包充电;行车模式下,控制器将电流输出给电动机,驱动车辆前进。发动机不运行时,由电池包供电给控制器,控制器再将电流输出给电动机,驱动车辆前进。
现有增程式电动汽车的设计中,发动机和发电机组装在一起,作为一个总成;电动机和减速器组装在一起,作为另一个总成;这两个总成是独立布置的。这样设计的好处是独立程度高,布置灵活度大。缺点是布置困难,毕竟在整车上布置两个大总成是比较困难的,这可能会导致部分乘坐空间或者储物空间被占用,用户使用体验较差。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提供一种增程式电动汽车用变速***,目的是提高集成度,方便布置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:增程式电动汽车用变速***,包括电动机、变速器壳体和与发动机连接的发电机,所述发电机和所述电动机设置于所述变速器壳体的内部。
所述发电机既能作为发电机使用,又能作为用于启动发动机的启动电机使用。
所述发电机和所述电动机的轴线平行。
所述发电机和所述电动机为同轴布置。
所述的增程式电动汽车用变速***还包括设置于所述变速器壳体的内部的减速齿轮组,减速齿轮组与所述电动机和所述差速器连接。
所述减速齿轮组为二级齿轮传动机构,包含两组齿轮副。

需要说明的是,在下述的实施方式中,所述的“第一”、“第二”、“第三”和“第四”并不代表结构和/或功能上的绝对区分关系,也不代表先后的执行顺序,而仅仅是为了描述的方便。
如图1所示,本发明提供了一种增程式电动汽车用变速***,包括电动机3、变速器壳体6和与发动机1连接的发电机2,发电机2和电动机3设置于变速器壳体6的内部。
具体地说,增程式电动汽车,就是在纯电动汽车基础上增加增程器,在电池电量不足时,增程器向车辆提供一定的能量,使车辆继续行驶下去,从而使车辆的行驶里程增长。
增程式电动汽车相比传统内燃机汽车,优势在于:①纯电动模式行驶时,无需启动发动机,可以实现零排放;②增程模式行驶时,由于增程器只工作在最佳工况点,油耗更低,NVH((Noise、Vibration、Harshness))性能更好,排放也更好;③由于是使用电机驱动,具有起步扭矩大,加速性能好的优点;④没有变速器,成本略有降低。
增程式电动汽车相比纯电动汽车,优势在于:①、相同总续航里程条件下,所需电池包电容量更小,制造成本大大降低,用户接受程度更高;②、对充电设备依赖程度低,在充电设备不普及地区,能有效利用传统加油站进行能量补充,能解决用户里程焦虑,有利于电动汽车的推广和普及。
如图1所示,变速器壳体6为内部中空的结构,发动机1位于变速器壳体6的外部,发动机1和变速器壳体6安装在汽车的前舱内。发电机2和电动机3固定安装在变速器壳体6的内部,发电机2与发动机1的主轴连接,启动发动机1时,发电机2作为启动电机使用,用于启动发动机1;发动机1平稳运转后,发电机2作为发电机使用,发电机2所发出电能,用于对动力电池进行充电或者供给电动机3使用。动力电池亦能对电动机3提供电能,电动机3用于产生使车轮8旋转的动力,进而驱动车辆行驶。
如图1所示,本发明的增程式电动汽车用变速***还包括设置于变速器壳体6的内部的差速器5和减速齿轮组4,差速器5与驱动半轴7连接,减速齿轮组4与电动机3和差速器5连接,减速齿轮组4用于将来自电动机3的动力传递至差速器5,减速齿轮组4起到减速增距的作用。驱动半轴7的轴线与电动机3的轴线相平行,驱动半轴7的一端与差速器5连接,车轮8安装在驱动半轴7的另一端,驱动半轴7穿过变速器壳体6后伸出至变速器壳体6的外侧,车轮8位于变速器壳体6的外部。驱动半轴7设置两个且两个驱动半轴7为同轴设置,各个驱动半轴7上分别设置一个车轮8,该车轮8为驱动轮。
如图1所示,作为优选的,减速齿轮组4位于发电机2和电动机3之间,减速齿轮组4的动力输入端与电动机3连接,减速齿轮组4的动力输出端与差速器5连接。发电机2和电动机3位于变速器壳体6的一端,差速器5位于变速器壳体6的另一端。
本发明的增程式电动汽车用变速***,将发电机2、电动机3、减速齿轮组4、差速器5集成在一起,组成一个变速器总成,简化了结构。再将该变速器总成和发动机1总成组装在一起,组成动力总成,再将动力总成布置在前舱内,简化了布置。避免了常规布置方案中,驱动模块占用乘坐及储物空间,从而保障增程式电动汽车的空间利用率。也避免了低程度集成布置方案中,动力总成体积过大问题,有利于简化布置。
减速齿轮组4可以为一级齿轮传动机构,也可以为多级齿轮传动机构。
当减速齿轮组4选用多级齿轮传动机构时,多级齿轮传动机构包括依次连接的第一级齿轮对至第N级齿轮对,其中N≥2,每个齿轮对均包括互相啮合的主动齿轮和从动齿轮,相邻两级齿轮对中,低一级的齿轮对的从动齿轮与高一级的齿轮对的主动齿轮通过传动轴连接。
如图1所示,在本实施例中,减速齿轮组4为二级齿轮传动机构,包含两组齿轮副,一根动力输入轴,一根中间轴,一根动力输出轴;动力输入轴是电机转轴,中间轴是单独存在的一根轴,动力输出轴是通过差速器旋转中心的虚拟轴。减速齿轮组4包括与电动机3连接的第一齿轮、与第一齿轮相啮合的第二齿轮、与第二齿轮同轴设置且同步旋转的第三齿轮和与差速器5连接且与第三齿轮相啮合的第四齿轮,第一齿轮、第二齿轮、第三齿轮和第四齿轮均为圆柱齿轮,第二齿轮和第三齿轮为可旋转的设置于变速器壳体6的内部,第一齿轮位于发电机2和电动机3之间。
如图1和图2所示,增程式电动汽车处于充电工作模式时,发动机带动发电机进行运转,发电机进行发电,控制器将电流输出给动力电池充电。
如图1和图3所示,增程式电动汽车处于增程工作模式时,发动机带动发电机进行运转,发电机进行发电,控制器将电流输出给电动机,驱动车辆前进,并且如果发电机的发电量大于驱动车辆所需电量,则富余电量将被控制器输出给动力电池进行充电。
如图1和图4所示,增程式电动汽车处于增程工作模式时,发动机带动发电机进行运转,发电机进行发电,控制器将电流输出给电动机,驱动车辆前进,并且如果发电机的发电量等于驱动车辆所需电量,则仅由增程器驱动车辆,动力电池不进行充电。
如图1和图5所示,增程式电动汽车处于增程工作模式时,发动机带动发电机进行运转,发电机进行发电,控制器将电流输出给电动机,驱动车辆前进,并且如果发电机的发电量小于驱动车辆所需电量,则由动力电池同时对发电机提供电能。
以上结合附图对本发明进行了示例性描述。显然,本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制。只要是采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性的改进;或未经改进,将本发明的上述构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

1.增程式电动汽车用变速***,包括电动机、变速器壳体和与发动机连接的发电机,其特征在于:所述发电机和所述电动机设置于所述变速器壳体的内部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的增程式电动汽车用变速***,其特征在于:所述发电机既能作为发电机使用,又能作为用于启动发动机的启动电机使用。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的增程式电动汽车用变速***,其特征在于:所述发电机和所述电动机的轴线平行。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的增程式电动汽车用变速***,其特征在于:所述发电机和所述电动机为同轴布置。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一所述的增程式电动汽车用变速***,其特征在于:还包括设置于所述变速器壳体的内部的减速齿轮组,减速齿轮组与所述电动机和所述差速器连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的增程式电动汽车用变速***,其特征在于:所述减速齿轮组为二级齿轮传动机构,包含两组齿轮副。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的增程式电动汽车用变速***,其特征在于:所述减速齿轮组位于所述发电机和所述电动机之间。
8.根据权利要求1至7任一所述的增程式电动汽车用变速***,其特征在于:还包括设置于所述变速器壳体的内部的差速器,差速器的轴线和所述电动机的轴线平行,差速器与驱动半轴连接。
