The device consists of a cleaning system 1, a cleaning system 2 and a control system, wherein the system 1 is a hydraulic element cleaning system and consists of a cleaning oil tank, a heating system, a motor pump set, a proportional overflow valve, a flow control valve, a quick change-over joint set, a pressure gauge, a combined filtering device, a cooler and an online pollution detection device; the cleaning system 2 is a tractor hydraulic system loop cleaning system and consists of a motor pump set, a proportional overflow valve and a flow control valve, wherein the control system consists of a controller, a cleaning state display device, a cooling control device, a heating control device, a pollution degree detection device, a proportional pressure regulating system and temperature, pressure and flow sensors so as to control the cooler, a heater, cleaning time, cleaning pressure, temperature, pressure and flow display by the cleaning system.

In the actual use process of the tractor, a user only controls the pollution degree of the hydraulic system by the filter element in the system, and the filter element is not cleaned and replaced timely by the user, so that a precise element control valve, a joint and the like of the hydraulic system are blocked, the oil temperature is increased, and the service life of the tractor is seriously influenced. Therefore, the tractor hydraulic system should perform necessary cleaning work, and the reliability and the service life of the tractor are directly affected by the completion quality of the cleaning work.
Aiming at the situation, the invention provides a hydraulic cleaning device for a tractor, which can realize the cleaning of a hydraulic system and a single hydraulic element of the tractor and prolong the service life of the tractor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects in the technical problem and provides a hydraulic cleaning device for a tractor, which can realize pressure change, flow change and circulating filtration during cleaning and can be repeatedly used. The device is divided into a system cleaning part and an element cleaning part which are respectively driven by different motors, and the cleaning elements and the cleaning system are not interfered with each other.
The scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the hydraulic cleaning device consists of a cleaning system I, a cleaning system II and a control system, wherein the cleaning system I and the cleaning system II share a cleaning oil tank, and the cleaning system I and the cleaning system II respectively have independent power source motor pump sets, a proportional overflow valve and a flow control valve to meet the functions of oil supply, pressure regulation and flow regulation. The cleaning system is a hydraulic element cleaning system, the maximum cleaning pressure of the cleaning system can reach 31.5MPa through the adjustment of a proportional overflow valve of the system, an oil inlet and an oil outlet of a hydraulic element to be cleaned are respectively connected with the oil inlet and the oil outlet of the cleaning system through a quick-change connector, the quick-change connector is formed by connecting three sets in parallel, at most three hydraulic elements can be cleaned simultaneously, and the cleaning system is composed of a cleaning oil tank, a heater, a motor pump set, a proportional overflow valve, a flow control valve, a quick-change connector set, a pressure gauge, a combined filter, a cooler and an online pollution detector; the second cleaning system is a tractor hydraulic system loop cleaning system, the cleaning system cleans the tractor hydraulic system loop under the condition that the tractor is not started, the highest cleaning pressure is 2MPa, the second cleaning system is a low-pressure large-flow cleaning system and comprises a motor pump set, a proportional overflow valve and a flow control valve, when the second cleaning system works, an oil outlet pipeline of the second cleaning system is connected to a tractor hydraulic system oil tank, the tractor hydraulic system loop is connected to a quick-change connector of an oil return pipeline of the cleaning system through an auxiliary oil pipe after circulation of the tractor hydraulic system loop, and finally the tractor hydraulic system loop flows back to the cleaning oil tank through a combined filter, a cooler and an online pollution detector of the cleaning system. The control system consists of a controller, a cleaning state display device, a cooling control device, a heating control device, a pollution degree detection control device, a proportional overflow valve pressure regulating device, a flow regulating device and temperature, pressure and flow sensors, wherein the cooling control device and the heating control device of the control system can determine the opening of a cooler and a heater through the detection of the temperature sensors; the proportional overflow valve pressure regulating device can manually adjust the proportional overflow valves of the first and second cleaning systems by a knob to complete pressure regulation; the flow regulating device can manually adjust the flow control valves of the first and second cleaning systems to complete the regulation of the flow; when the cleaning effect detected by the online pollution detector of the cleaning system meets the cleanliness requirement preset by the controller, the pollution degree detection control device controls the motor-pump set of the cleaning system to stop working; the cleaning state display device can realize the display function of the cleaning system on the working state of the cooler and the heater, the cleaning time, the cleaning pressure, the cleaning temperature, the cleaning pressure and the cleaning flow.

When the cleaning system is adopted to clean the two pairs of tractor hydraulic systems, the oil return pipeline of the tractor hydraulic system needs to be disconnected firstly, the oil return pipeline is connected to the oil return pipeline of the quick change joint group 9 through the auxiliary oil pipe, the oil inlet pipeline of the cleaning system II is directly connected to the oil tank of the tractor hydraulic system through the auxiliary oil pipe, and the vent hole of the oil tank in the tractor hydraulic system is closed, so that a system cleaning loop is formed, then the motor pump set motor switch on the tractor hydraulic system oil pump and the hydraulic cleaning system II is opened, cleaning is started, and other pressure, flow and cleaning completion control is the same as that of the cleaning system I.
As shown in fig. 2, when the cleaning system is used for cleaning or the cleaning system is used for cleaning, the hydraulic cleaning device can display the oil temperature, the pressure, the flow and the cleaning time of the cleaning system in real time through the data acquired by the temperature sensor, the pressure sensor and the flow sensor in real time through the controller and the cleaning state display device; in addition, the start and stop of the cooler and the heating device can be controlled by the temperature sensor and the controller.
The cleaning system is a high-pressure small-flow system, and the cleaning system is a low-pressure large-flow system, so that the cleaning system is provided with a high-pressure pump, and the cleaning system is provided with a low-pressure pump. The device adopts the quick-change connector group and is provided with the quick-change connectors with different specifications, so that hydraulic elements and systems with different specifications can be quickly connected, and the cleaning efficiency is improved.
