本发明涉及一种一次性自毁注射器，它是由外套、胶塞、芯杆、针头及外包装袋组成。同时芯杆与胶塞相连接后装入外套内，其中只需改造一下芯杆的结构，就能达到自毁的效果，既把芯杆的十字交叉部位的两面，且靠近胶塞的一侧的内部分别设有扁八边形，在其边沿留有向内倒角的一条长窄带，并分别在每条长窄带的两侧设有易断刻痕。使用方法与普通注射器相同，所不同之处就是能做到在注射完之后，其芯杆的长窄带上所设的易断刻痕部位将自动断开，失去抽药和推药的作用，达到自毁。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种注射器装置，特别是一种在注射完成之后能自动消毁的一次性自毁注射器。
背景技术
***门规定，一次性注射器，使用后要当场消毁，杜绝重复使用现象发生，从预防传染病的角度考虑，此项措施是为了，切断传播途径、控制传染源、保护易感人群及消灭病原体。但由于一次性注射器所采用材料为高分子聚丙烯制成，为此，使用一次后，仍能使用若干次，这种情况在某些私人诊疗所或边远山区的私人诊疗所非常普遍，目前市场上虽有用后自毁注射器，但由于其成本高或其它原因，仍没有全面推广。
发明内容
为了克服上述注射器未能达到用后自毁，仍能重复使用的不足，本发明提供一种一次性自毁注射器，该一次性自毁注射器能在注射之后自毁，避免了重复使用的不足。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：它是由芯杆、胶塞、外套、针头及外包装袋组成，同时芯杆与胶塞相连接后装入外套内。其中只需改造一下芯杆的结构，就能达到自毁的效果，既把芯杆的十字交叉部位的两面，且靠近胶塞的一侧的内部分别设有扁八边形，在其边沿留有向内倒角的一条长窄带，并分别在每条长窄带的两侧设有易断刻痕，由于注射器在抽药和推药时都要用一定的力，又由于芯杆带动胶塞在外套内前后移动时也要产生摩擦力，通过这些力的作用，能使所设的若干个易断刻痕之间，在这些力的作用下，其易断刻痕部位将自动断开，对于容量大的注射器，用的力大，其长窄带就短，同时所设的易断刻痕就少；对于容量小的注射器，用的力小，其长窄带就长，同时所设的易断刻痕就多。
使用方法与普通注射器相同，所不同之处就是本注射器，能做到在注射完之后，其芯杆内所设的窄带与易断刻痕部位将自动断开，失去抽药和推药的作用，达到自毁。芯杆内所设的十字交叉每面的扁八边形及边沿长窄带上所设的易断刻痕采用摸具一次成型。
本发明的有益效果是，结构简单，生产成本低，一次成型。
