The invention provides an indoor unit of an air conditioner.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the indoor unit of an air conditioner includes:
An electronic control box (not shown in the drawings);
A cleaning unit 200, wherein the cleaning unit 200 includes a cleaning module 210 and a filter screen track module 220, the cleaning module 210 drives the filter screen to move on the filter screen track module 220 to clean the filter screen, and the cleaning module 210 is provided with a wire connection end (not labeled in the figure); and
And an electric wire 400, wherein the electric wire 400 is arranged between the cleaning module 210 and the filter screen rail module 220, one end of the electric wire 400 is connected to the electric wire connection end, and the other end is connected to the electric control box.
In this embodiment, it can be understood that the electronic control box has a circuit board therein, which is an important module for controlling the indoor unit of the air conditioner. The cleaning component 200 is a component for driving and cleaning the filter screen, that is, the air conditioner indoor unit circulates air in the operation process, after the air enters the air conditioner indoor unit and before passing through the heat exchanger, the air needs to be filtered by the filter screen, and after the air conditioner indoor unit is used for a long time, the filter screen becomes dirty, so that the cleaning of the filter screen is realized through the cleaning component 200. The process of cleaning the filter mesh by the cleaning member 200 is approximately as follows: the filter screen is driven to run in the cleaning component 200, and cleaning of the filter screen is realized in the running process, and the specific structure of the cleaning component 200 can be referred to in other patent applications of the applicant before the application date of the present application. To achieve control of the cleaning member 200, the electronic control box and the cleaning member 200 need to be connected by an electric wire 400, the electric wire 400 being used to transmit electric power and/or signals.
For example, the cleaning module 210 has a driving mechanism for driving the filter screen to move, a cleaning mechanism for cleaning the filter screen, a water pump, a water containing cavity, and the like, the water pump pumps condensed water generated by the indoor unit of the air conditioner to the water containing cavity, the driving mechanism drives the filter screen to move and clean the filter screen, the filter screen track module 220 has a corresponding track, and the filter screen can move in the track. In general, the wire 400 requires a water pump and a driving mechanism connected to the cleaning module 210, so that the wire 400 is divided into two sections, wherein a first section 410 is disposed at the cleaning module 210 and the other section 420 is disposed at the filter screen rail module 220. That is, the electric wires 400 are disposed along the cleaning module 210 and the filter screen rail module 220, so that the electric wires 400 are prevented from being disposed on the chassis of the indoor unit of the air conditioner to occupy the space of other electric wires, and from being disposed together with other electric wires to be excessively cluttered, thereby simplifying the wiring of the electric wires 400 connected to the cleaning member 200. .
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the electric wire 400 is disposed on the cleaning module 210 and is a first electric wire segment 410, and the electric wire 400 is disposed on the filter screen track module 220 and is a second electric wire segment 420;
The first wire segment 410 is arranged along the height direction of the cleaning module 210; and/or the second wire segment 420 is disposed along the length of the filter screen rail module 220.
In this embodiment, generally, the cleaning module 210 and the filter rail module 220 are disposed to intersect each other to fully utilize the internal space of the indoor unit of the air conditioner, so that the first wire segment 410 is disposed along the height direction of the cleaning module 210, and the second wire segment 420 is disposed along the length direction of the filter rail module 220, so that the length of the wire 400 can be minimized.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as further shown in fig. 3 to 5, the electric wire 400 is disposed on the cleaning module 210 and is a first electric wire segment 410, and the electric wire 400 is disposed on the filter screen track module 220 and is a second electric wire segment 420;
The first wire section 410 is disposed on the outer side and the front side of the cleaning module 210, the indoor unit of the air conditioner is suspended on a wall, the front side of the cleaning module 210 is far away from the wall, and the outer side of the cleaning module 210 is far away from the heat exchanger of the indoor unit of the air conditioner.
In this embodiment, in order to implement the arrangement of each component in the cleaning module 210, a portion of the first electric wire segment 410 is arranged on the outside, and the remaining portion is arranged on the front side, so that the arrangement of the components in the cleaning module 210 is facilitated, the overall arrangement of the electric wires 400 is also facilitated, the side of the cleaning module 210 away from the wall is the front side, the side close to the wall is the rear side, the side close to the heat exchanger of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is the inside, and the side far from the heat exchanger of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is the outside. In addition, the space corresponding to the front side of the cleaning module 210 is abundant, and the front side space of the cleaning module 210 can be fully utilized.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, a first wire clamping portion 211 is disposed on the outer side of the cleaning module 210, a second wire clamping portion 212 is disposed on the front side of the cleaning module 210, and the first wire segment 410 passes through the first wire clamping portion 211 and the second wire clamping portion 212. In this embodiment, the first wire clamping portion 211 is a structure for forming a limit for the first wire segment 410, so that various forms, such as a limit form of other wires in the indoor unit of the air conditioner, can be adopted. The same is true for the second card wire portion 212. The first wire section 410 is arranged at the outside and the front side of the cleaning module 210 by the arrangement of the first wire clamping portion 211 and the second wire clamping portion 212.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the second wire clamping portion 212 is close to the filter track module 220, so that the first wire segment 410 and the second wire segment 420 are arranged in a bent manner. In this embodiment, by arranging the first wire segment 410 and the second wire segment 420 in such a manner that the bending corresponds to the connection between the cleaning module 210 and the filter screen rail module 220, the wire 400 is not separated from the cleaning member 200 and is in a suspended state, so that the wire 400 is prevented from being squeezed when the indoor unit of the air conditioner is assembled.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the first wire clamping portion 211 is provided with a first through hole 2111, and the first wire segment 410 passes through the first through hole 2111;
and/or, the second wire clamping part 212 is provided with a second through hole 2121, and the first wire segment 410 passes through the second through hole 2121.
In the present embodiment, the first wire clamping portion 211 has a closed annular structure with a first through hole 2111, such that the first wire segment 410 passes through the first through hole 2111, that is, the first wire segment 410 passes through the first wire clamping portion 211, and the first wire segment 410 is limited in the first through hole 2111 to prevent displacement. The same is true for the second wire clamping portion 212, and a detailed description thereof will not be repeated. The first wire section 410 is disposed along the outer side and the front side of the cleaning module 210, and thus the first wire section 410 is in a bent state, and the first wire section 410 is prevented from being separated by the provision of the first wire clamping portion 211 and the second wire clamping portion 212.
Further, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, a third wire clamping portion 213 is further disposed on the front side of the cleaning module 210, the second wire clamping portion 212 and the third wire clamping portion 213 are disposed at intervals from top to bottom along the height direction of the cleaning module 210, and the first electric wire segment 410 further passes through the third wire clamping portion 213. In the present embodiment, the third wire clamping portion 213 is a structure for forming a limit for the first wire segment 410, and thus can take various forms. The cleaning module 210 has a certain height in the height direction of the cleaning module 210, taking the state that the indoor unit of the air conditioner is suspended on the wall as an example, so that the first electric wire segment 410 positioned at the front side of the cleaning module 210 can be effectively fixed through the alternate arrangement of the second wire clamping part 212 and the third wire clamping part 213, and the first electric wire segment 410 is prevented from being locally suspended.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the third wire clamping portion 213 is provided with a wire passing cavity 2131 and a wire inlet 2132 communicating with the wire passing cavity 2131, and a portion of the first wire segment 410 is embedded in the wire passing cavity 2131 through the wire inlet 2132. In the present embodiment, the third wire clamping portion 213 is not a closed ring structure, and has a wire passing cavity 2131, and a portion of the first wire segment 410 is embedded into the wire passing cavity 2131 through the wire inlet 2132, such that the entire first wire segment 410 is in a state of passing through the third wire clamping portion 213. After the first wire segment 410 passes through the first wire clamping portion 211 or the second wire clamping portion 212, a portion of the first wire segment 410 may be embedded into the third wire clamping portion 213, thereby improving the assembly efficiency of the first wire segment 410. In addition, when the first wire clamping portion 211 and the second wire clamping portion 212 are in a closed annular structure, the first wire segment 410 is not easy to separate from the first wire clamping portion 211 and the second wire clamping portion 212, and the arrangement efficiency of the first wire segment 410 is improved on the premise of ensuring the fixing effect of the first wire segment 410.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 and 6, the electric wire 400 is disposed on the cleaning module 210 and is a first electric wire segment 410, and the electric wire 400 is disposed on the filter screen track module 220 and is a second electric wire segment 420;
The second wire section 420 is disposed on the front side of the filter screen rail module 220, the indoor unit of the air conditioner is suspended on a wall, and the front side of the filter screen rail module 220 is far away from the wall. In the present embodiment, as if a portion of the first wire section 410 is disposed at the front side of the cleaning module 210, the second wire section 220 is disposed at the front side of the filter screen rail module 220, which can also improve the space utilization, so that the length of the wire is minimized.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, a fourth wire clamping portion 221 is disposed on the front side of the filter screen rail module 220, and the second wire segment 420 passes through the fourth wire clamping portion 221. The fourth wire clamping portion 221 is a structure for limiting the second wire segment 420, and thus can take various forms. When the second wire segment 420 passes through the fourth wire clamping portion 221, the second wire segment 420 is limited to the fourth wire clamping portion 221, thereby realizing the arrangement on the filter screen rail module 220. By the above structure in cooperation with the arrangement of the first wire section 410, the wire 400 can be arranged in the cleaning member 200 quickly.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the fourth wire clamping portion 221 is provided with a wire passing groove 2213 and a wire inlet 2214 communicated with the wire passing groove 2213, the wire passing groove 2213 is disposed along the length direction of the filter screen rail module 220, and at least part of the second wire section 420 is embedded in the wire passing groove 2213 through the wire inlet 2214. In the present embodiment, the wire passing groove 2213 is a space for accommodating the second wire segment 420, and the wire passing groove 2213 is disposed along the length direction of the filter screen rail module 220, so the second wire segment 420 will not be bent, and thus the second wire segment 420 is embedded into the wire passing groove 2213 through the wire inlet 2214, and the second wire segment 420 is in a state of passing through the fourth wire clamping portion 221. If the length of the wire passing groove 2213 is long, the second wire segment 420 can be almost completely embedded in the wire passing groove 2213, and the end of the second wire segment 420 is connected to the electronic control box; if the length of the wire passing groove 2213 is smaller, a part of the second wire segment 420 is embedded in the wire passing groove.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the fourth wire clamping portion 221 includes a first limiting member 2211 and a second limiting member 2212, the number of the first limiting members 2211 is at least two, the first limiting members 2211 and the second limiting members 2212 are staggered and alternately arranged, a wire passing groove 2213 and a wire inlet 2214 communicated with the wire passing groove 2213 are formed between the first limiting members 2211 and the second limiting members 2212, and at least part of the second wire section 420 is embedded in the wire passing groove 2213 through the wire inlet 2214.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the second limiting member 2212 is disposed along the length direction of the filter track module 220, and at least a portion of the second wire segment 420 is supported by the second limiting member 2212. In the present embodiment, the second wire section 420 has a downward falling tendency under the action of gravity, and the second limiting member 2212 is disposed along the length direction of the filter screen track module 220, i.e. the second limiting member 2212 has a certain length, and at least a portion of the second wire section 420 is supported by the second limiting member 2212, so that the arrangement of the second wire section 420 is more stable.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the cleaning module 210 is connected to one end of the filter rail module 220, and the electric control box is close to the other end of the filter rail module 220. In this embodiment, the cleaning module 210 is located at one end of the filter screen rail module 220, the electric control box is close to the other end of the filter screen rail module 220, and the heat exchanger and the air duct assembly are located between the cleaning module 210 and the electric control box, so that the space of the indoor unit of the air conditioner can be fully utilized.
The indoor unit of the air conditioner further includes a face frame (not shown) covering the cleaning member 200, the cleaning member 200 being separable with respect to the face frame.
In this embodiment, the face frame is provided with an air inlet, the filter screen track module 220 is located at the air inlet, and air passes through the air inlet, that is, passes through the filter screen track module 220, and the filter screen located in the filter screen track module filters the air. The cleaning member is separable with respect to the frame such that the cleaning member 200 is an independent functional member, and the function of the cleaning member 200 can be detected before the indoor unit of the air conditioner is assembled. In addition, since the electric wires 400 are disposed on the cleaning member 200 (the cleaning module 210 and the filter screen rail module 220), the electric wires 400 can be disposed before the air conditioner indoor unit is assembled, the electric wires 400 are prevented from being disposed after the cleaning member 200 is mounted on the chassis of the air conditioner indoor unit, and the assembly efficiency is further improved.
The invention also discloses an air conditioner which comprises an air conditioner outdoor unit and the air conditioner indoor unit of any embodiment.
