the telescopic tripod (3) comprises a second supporting frame (12) and two first supporting frames (9), the second supporting frame (12) comprises a supporting big arm (14), a supporting small arm (15) and a telescopic rod (16), the supporting small arm (15) is connected with the supporting big arm (14) in a telescopic mode, and the telescopic rod (16) is sleeved in the supporting small arm (15) in a telescopic mode;
the telescopic upright post (2) at least comprises a first telescopic joint and a second telescopic joint which are connected from top to bottom, the high beam (6) is arranged at the top end of the first telescopic joint, and the dipped headlight (5) is arranged at the upper end of the second telescopic joint.
