The throwing pipe 5 rotates to enable the plastic balls 20 to move out of the throwing pipe 5 under the action of centrifugal force, the spring 19 stretches accordingly, the discharge port of the throwing pipe 5 can be opened, and therefore fish can be thrown out, when the throwing pipe 5 does not rotate, the plastic balls 20 can move into the throwing pipe 5 under the action of the elastic force of the spring 19, the throwing pipe 5 can be blocked, and therefore the fish can be thrown out.
