Description

Two-way oil supply structure of stabilizer for sub-combustion stamping engine
Technical Field
The invention relates to a stabilizer of a sub-combustion ramjet engine, in particular to a two-way oil supply structure of the stabilizer for the sub-combustion ramjet engine.
Background
The high-altitude reconnaissance plane can provide more and more accurate information in a certain specific area than a satellite, saves cost, has high flying speed, can avoid the striking of conventional air defense weapons, and is greatly concerned by various countries. Some high-altitude scout power devices use rocket engines, but the application range of the rocket engines is greatly limited due to the fact that the rocket engines are low in specific impulse and limited in range. The operating Mach number range of the sub-combustion ramjet is wide, and the specific impulse is high. It has therefore been proposed to develop an improved drone in which the ram engine is exchanged for the rocket engine.
The unmanned aerial vehicle has high flying height and long single flying time, and the fuel oil adjusting range is nearly 20 times, so that the difficulty of the development of the engine combustion chamber is that the stable and efficient combustion in a wide range (10 km-30 km), the stable and reliable combustion in a large range and the small flow fuel oil (100g/s) are difficult. The flame holder includes an oil supply line structure, an evaporation tube, and a stabilizing side plate. The traditional flame stabilizer only supplies fuel in one path, and the fuel is designed in a branch way with the fuel injection device so as to meet the fuel regulation range. The oil supply structure of the traditional stabilizer comprises a circular oil supply pipe and a plurality of radial oil supply straight pipes, wherein one ends of the plurality of radial oil supply pipes are located at the same circle center, the other ends of the plurality of radial oil supply pipes are communicated with the circular oil supply pipe, and the plurality of radial oil supply straight pipes and the circular oil supply pipe are an oil supply inlet. On the premise that the oil supply pressure of the system is certain, the fuel flow can be adjusted only by adjusting the nozzle area of the outlet of the oil supply pipeline; in addition, when the flow rate is lower than 150g/s, the oil supply pressure is too low (less than 0.3MPa) when one path of oil supply is performed, and the problems of poor low-pressure atomization, low-frequency oscillation combustion and the like can be generated under the condition of low flow rate.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a two-way oil supply structure of a stabilizer for a scramjet engine, aiming at the technical problems that the existing flame stabilizer is difficult to realize large-scale fuel adjustment, low-frequency oscillation combustion of a combustion chamber is caused when fuel injection pressure drop is too low under small flow, and the efficiency is low.
The technical solution of the invention is as follows: a two-way oil supply structure of a stabilizer for a sub-combustion ramjet engine is characterized by comprising a first oil supply unit and a second oil supply unit which are independent from each other;
the first oil supply unit and the second oil supply unit respectively comprise an oil pipe inlet, a plurality of radial oil supply pipes and at least one arc-shaped oil supply pipe with two closed ends, wherein the arc-shaped oil supply pipe is communicated with each radial oil supply pipe;
and one ends of the plurality of radial oil supply pipes of the first oil supply unit and one ends of the plurality of radial oil supply pipes of the second oil supply unit are positioned at the same circle center and are arranged in a staggered manner.
Furthermore, the arc-shaped oil supply pipe of the first oil supply unit and the arc-shaped oil supply pipe of the second oil supply unit are located on the same circumference.
Each radial oil supply pipe of the first oil supply unit and each radial oil supply pipe of the second oil supply unit are communicated with a plurality of arc-shaped oil supply pipes; the plurality of arc-shaped oil supply pipes of the first oil supply unit and the second oil supply unit form a plurality of concentric circles.
Further, the number of the radial oil supply pipes of the first oil supply unit and the second oil supply unit is three.
Furthermore, each radial oil supply pipe of the first oil supply unit and the second oil supply unit is communicated with three arc-shaped oil supply pipes.
Further, the plurality of radial oil supply pipes are equal in length.
Further, an oil pipe inlet of the first oil supply unit is arranged at the circle center.
Further, the oil pipe inlet of the second oil supply unit is arranged on the radial oil supply pipe
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
(1) the invention realizes fuel regulation in a wider range. On the premise that the injection pressure drop of fuel input by the engine is certain, the fuel flow can be adjusted by adjusting the nozzle area of the outlet of the fuel supply pipeline, and fuel can be supplied simultaneously by two fuel supply units or only by one of the two fuel supply units, so that the corresponding fuel adjusting range is improved to 20 times from about 15 times of that of the traditional sub-combustion ramjet engine, and the large-range change of fuel required by maneuvering, cruising and flying at different heights of the unmanned aerial vehicle during high-altitude flight is effectively met.
(2) The stabilizer can realize one-way oil supply under the condition of small flow, effectively improves the injection pressure drop of the small flow, and effectively solves the problems of low-frequency oscillation combustion and low efficiency of a combustion chamber.
(3) The stabilizer of the ramjet engine has the advantages that the efficiency is highest when the stabilizer of the ramjet engine is independently supplied with oil, so that the efficient work in a wide range is guaranteed, the high-altitude rated cruise point of the ramjet engine needs to be designed as far as possible to be independently supplied with oil by the stabilizer.
(4) When two oil supply pipelines simultaneously supply oil, under the same injection pressure drop, the stabilizer for the secondary combustion ramjet engine with the two-way oil supply structure can supply oil 1.5 times of that of a common flame stabilizer, and the total amount of independent oil supply of the stabilizer is increased.

Detailed Description
The present invention is further illustrated by the following specific examples.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a first oil supply unit and a second oil supply unit independent of each other are included; the first oil supply unit and the second oil supply unit respectively comprise an oil pipe inlet, three radial oil supply pipes with equal length and three arc-shaped oil supply pipes with two closed ends, wherein the three arc-shaped oil supply pipes are communicated with each radial oil supply pipe;
in this embodiment, an oil pipe inlet, a radial oil supply pipe and an arc-shaped oil supply pipe of the first oil supply unit are respectively marked as a first oil pipe inlet 11, a first radial oil supply pipe 12 and a first arc-shaped oil supply pipe 13; recording an oil pipe inlet, a radial oil supply pipe and an arc-shaped oil supply pipe of the second oil supply unit as a second oil pipe inlet 21, a second radial oil supply pipe 22 and a second arc-shaped oil supply pipe 23 respectively; one ends of the first radial oil supply pipe 12 and the second radial oil supply pipe 22 are located at the same center of circle and are arranged in a staggered manner.
The first arc-shaped oil supply pipe 13 and the second arc-shaped oil supply pipe 23 are located on the same circumference; the first oil pipe inlet 11 is arranged at the circle center of one end of the first radial oil supply pipe 12 and one end of the second radial oil supply pipe 22; a second oil line inlet 21 is provided in the second radial oil supply line 22.
According to the two-way oil supply structure of the stabilizer for the sub-combustion ramjet engine, when the required fuel oil flow is small, oil can be supplied only by using the first oil supply unit or the second oil supply unit; when the required fuel flow is large, the first fuel supply unit and the second fuel supply unit can be used for supplying fuel at the same time; when the required fuel flow is larger, the first fuel supply unit and the second fuel supply unit can be used for supplying fuel at the same time, and the nozzle area of the outlet of the fuel supply pipeline is adjusted.
The number of oil supply pipelines and nozzles corresponding to one path of oil supply is half of that of the traditional stabilizer, so that the injection pressure drop corresponding to the same flow is increased by four times, and the problem of low-frequency oscillation combustion under the low flow is solved; and the function of one-way oil supply of the traditional stabilizer can be achieved by simultaneously supplying oil through two ways under the condition of large flow.
