In the related art, when the top-loading drum washing machine needs to be overhauled, especially when the outer and inner drums 30 and 40 and peripheral components thereof need to be overhauled, the washing machine needs to be laid down and disassembled to a large extent.
In order to solve the above technical problem, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, in some specific examples, the left side plate 12 is provided with an access opening 1201, and the access opening 1201 is provided with a detachable access cover 123 for opening and closing the access opening 1201, so that the assembly and disassembly are convenient.
For example, the access opening 1201 may be formed in a rectangular shape of the case 10 in the shape of the left side plate 12, and the size of the access opening 1201 may be designed according to the size of the components to be frequently accessed in the case 10, thereby facilitating the replacement of the components to be accessed.
In some embodiments, the left side plate 12 is provided with a plurality of side plate holes 1221 arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the access opening 1201, the access panel 123 is provided with a plurality of panel holes 1231, wherein the plurality of panel holes 1231 are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of side plate holes 1221, and the access panel 123 is connected with the left side plate 12 through a connecting member penetrating through the panel holes 1231 and the side plate holes 1221, so that the structure is simple, and the assembly and disassembly are convenient.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4 and fig. 9 and 11, in some examples, the left side plate 12 includes a side plate body portion 121 and an annular web portion 122, the annular web portion 122 extends in a circumferential direction of the service opening 1201, and a plurality of side plate holes 1221 are provided in the annular web portion 122.
Further, the outer surface of the annular connecting plate portion 122 does not exceed the outer surface of the side plate body portion 121, that is, if the plane where the outer surface of the side plate body portion 121 is located is taken as a reference plane, the annular connecting plate portion 122 is lower than the reference plane, and after the access cover plate 123 is assembled with the left side plate 12, the access cover plate 123 covers the access opening 1201 and the annular connecting plate portion 122, which is beneficial to ensuring that the outer surface of the access cover plate 123 is flush with the outer surface of the side plate body portion 121, thereby ensuring the attractive appearance of the box body 10.
As shown in fig. 4 and 11, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the outer surface of the annular connecting plate portion 122 has an annular recess 1222 surrounding the service opening 1201, and the outer periphery of the service cover plate 123 is provided with a bent flange 1232 matching with the annular recess 1222, so as to ensure the positioning and installation of the service cover plate 123 and the left side plate 12, so that the service cover plate 123 can be precisely fastened on the left side plate 12, which is beneficial to improving the assembly efficiency of the left side plate 12 and the service cover plate 123.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the bottom wall of the annular recess 1222 is provided with a clamping groove 1223, so that the left side plate 12 and the access cover plate 123 can be conveniently clamped, and the connection reliability of the two is ensured.
As shown in fig. 10, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the outer surface of the annular connecting plate portion 122 has a connecting protrusion 1224, the connecting protrusion 1224 surrounds the service opening 1201, a plurality of side plate holes 1221 are provided in the connecting protrusion 1224, when the service cover plate 123 is installed at the service opening 1201, the service cover plate 123 is tightly attached to the connecting protrusion 1224, and the bent flange 1232 of the service cover plate 123 is fitted into the annular recess 1222, so as to ensure the reliability of the connection between the left side plate 12 and the service cover plate 123.
As shown in fig. 5 and 9 and fig. 11, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a portion of the access panel 123 is recessed into the receiving cavity, thereby forming a groove on an outer surface of the access panel 123 and a rib 1233 on an inner surface of the access panel 123.
From this, set up the cell body and form protruding muscle 1233 on the internal surface of maintenance apron 123 through the surface at maintenance apron 123, be favorable to improving the structural strength of maintenance apron 123, prevent that maintenance apron 123 from taking place to warp because of bumping into.
Of course, the above-described structure of the access panel 123 may be provided on the left and right side panels 12 and 13, thereby improving the structural strength of the left and right side panels 12 and 13.
In some examples, the chute body includes a plurality of first chute body portions 12321 arranged at intervals in the height direction of the access panel 123, each first chute body portion 12321 extending in the width direction of the access panel 123.
The channel includes a second channel portion 12322, the second channel portion 12322 forming a circular ring shape, for example, the second channel portion 12322 may form an oblong ring shape. From this, can carry out diversified structural design to the access panel 123, on the basis of guaranteeing the structural strength of access panel 123, improve the aesthetic property of access panel 123.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the cabinet 10 further includes a back-sealing door 15, both ends of the back-sealing door 15 are connected to the rear side of the left side plate 12 and the rear side of the right side plate 13, respectively, wherein the laundry treating apparatus further includes a connecting cross member 16, the connecting cross member 16 is disposed at the rear portion of the back-sealing door 15, both ends of the connecting cross member 16 are connected to the back-sealing door 15 through fasteners, and the connecting cross member 16 has bolt holes adapted to pass transport bolts therethrough.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the cabinet 10 further includes a table 17, the table 17 is mounted on the top of the first housing, that is, the table 17 is mounted on the top of the front panel 11, the left side plate 12 and the right side plate 13, a middle portion of the table 17 defines a top opening 171, and the laundry treating apparatus further includes a top cover 20, the top cover 20 is disposed on the table 17 for opening and closing the top opening 171 to facilitate taking and placing the laundry.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a top-loading drum washing machine 100 according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a cabinet 10 and a connecting beam 16.
The box 10 includes a first housing and a second housing integrally formed, the second housing is connected to two ends of the first housing, and the first housing and the second housing surround at least a portion of the box 10. The connecting beam 16 is arranged on the second shell, and two ends of the connecting beam 16 are connected with the second shell through fasteners. That is, the connecting cross member 16 is detachably provided on the second casing, and the connecting cross member 16 has bolt holes 1613 adapted for the transit bolts to pass through.
Compared with the structure of directly processing bolt holes on the back door in the related art, the top-loading drum washing machine 100 of the embodiment of the invention omits the processing procedure of processing the bolt holes 1613 on the back door 15, directly processes the bolt holes 1613 on the connecting cross beam 16 with smaller size, is easy to process and manufacture, only needs to replace the connecting cross beam 16 after the bolt holes 1613 are damaged, is convenient to assemble and disassemble, and is easy to replace.
In some embodiments, the connecting beams 16 are at least two and are a first connecting beam 1601 and a second connecting beam 1602 respectively, wherein the first connecting beam 1601 and the second connecting beam 1602 are arranged at intervals along the height direction of the second housing, and each of the first connecting beam 1601 and the second connecting beam 1602 is provided with at least two bolt holes 1613 arranged at intervals along the length direction thereof.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, the first connecting beam 1601 is disposed above the second connecting beam 1602, the first connecting beam 1601 and the second connecting beam 1602 extend along the width direction of the rear-sealing door 15, the first connecting beam 1601 is provided with two bolt holes 1613 spaced along the length direction thereof, and the second connecting beam 1602 is provided with two bolt holes 1613 spaced along the length direction thereof, so that the first connecting beam 1601 and the second connecting beam 1602 can be fixed by four bolts, and the transportation is reliable.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the first housing includes a front panel 11, a left side panel 12 and a right side panel 13, and the second housing is formed as a back door 15, both ends of the front panel 11 are connected to the front side of the left side panel 12 and the front side of the right side panel 13, respectively, and both ends of the back door 15 are connected to the rear side of the left side panel 11 and the rear side of the right side panel 13, respectively. Wherein the connecting beam 16 is provided to the rear sealing door 15.
Since the weight of the top-loading drum washing machine 100 is mainly concentrated on the driver 50, the pulley 47, the tub 30, the drum 40, and the like, the driver 50 and the pulley 47 are often disposed at positions deviated from the center of the top-loading drum washing machine 100, so that the center of gravity of the top-loading drum washing machine 100 is deviated from the center thereof; in view of the reliability of transportation of the top-loading drum washing machine 100, it is necessary to dispose the bolt hole 1613 of the connecting cross member 16 also at an off-center position, i.e., the connecting cross member 16 is not of a symmetrical structure.
Therefore, in some embodiments, the outer surface of the back-sealing door 15 is provided with a door-sealing mark, and the connecting beam 16 is provided with a beam mark 1611 having a shape similar to the shape of the door-sealing mark, if the beam mark 1611 and the door-sealing mark are in the same direction, the connecting beam 1611 can be correctly installed, so as to ensure that the connecting beam 16 can be accurately installed on the back-sealing door 15, and further ensure the transportation reliability and safety of the top-opening drum washing machine 100. Therefore, by providing the beam mark 1611, the connecting beam 16 is not assembled erroneously during assembly, which undoubtedly greatly improves the production efficiency.
As shown in fig. 8, in some embodiments, the connecting beam 16 includes: the rear door seal comprises a beam main body 161 and two beam limbs 162, wherein the beam main body 161 forms a plate extending along the width direction of the rear door seal 15, the two beam limbs 162 are respectively connected to two ends of the beam main body 161, and an angle larger than or equal to 90 degrees is formed between each beam limb 162 and the beam main body 161. That is, the connecting beam 16 may be formed in a U-shape to define an escape groove for escaping the back seal door 15 between the beam main body 161 and the two beam limbs 162, and has a simple structure and is easy to process and manufacture.
In some alternative examples, the middle of the outer surface of the beam main body 161 has a first reinforcing rib 1612 protruded outward, the beam mark 1611 may be provided on the first reinforcing rib 1612, and two bolt holes 1613 are provided on both sides of the first reinforcing rib 1612. By providing the first reinforcing rib 1612 on the cross member main body 161, it is advantageous to improve the structural strength of the connecting cross member 16.
In other alternative examples, the outer surface of the junction of the beam main body 161 and the beam limb 162 is provided with a second concave reinforcing rib 1621, so that the structural strength of the junction of the beam main body 161 and the beam limb 162 can be improved, and the structural strength of the connecting beam 16 can be further improved.
In some examples, the free end of each beam limb 162 has a beam connecting portion 1622, the beam connecting portion 1622 may form a plate fitting to two sides of the back-sealing door 15, the beam connecting portion 1622 is provided with one or more threaded holes 1623, the fastener is a threaded fastener, and the connecting beam 16 is connected with the back-sealing door 15 through the threaded fastener penetrating through the threaded holes 1623, so that the connection is convenient and reliable.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the connecting beam 16 further comprises: a reinforcing flange 163, the reinforcing flange 163 extending from one of the two beam limbs 162 to the other along the length of the connecting beam 16, and the reinforcing flange 163 projecting beyond the outer surfaces of the beam body 161 and beam limbs 162.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 8, the beam main body 161 and the two beam limbs 162 are provided at both sides thereof with reinforcing flanges 163 along a direction perpendicular to the surfaces thereof, thereby preventing the connecting beam 16 from being deformed and further improving the structural strength of the connecting beam 16.
As shown in fig. 12, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the cabinet 10 further includes a table 17, the table 17 being mounted on top of the front panel 11, the left side panel 12 and the right side panel 13, and a top opening 171 being defined in a middle portion of the table 17. The top-open type drum washing machine further comprises a top cover 20, the top cover 20 is arranged on the workbench 17, namely the top cover 20 is arranged on the top of the box body 10 and used for opening and closing the top opening 171 of the box body 10, and the top-open type drum washing machine is simple in structure, easy to assemble and convenient for a user to control.
As shown in fig. 12 to 24, the laundry treating apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a cabinet assembly, an outer tub 30, and an inner tub 40.
The box body assembly is internally defined with a containing cavity, the outer barrel 30 is arranged in the containing cavity, the inner barrel 40 is arranged in the outer barrel 30 and can rotate relative to the outer barrel 30, the inner barrel 40 is provided with a supporting shaft 44, the outer barrel 30 is provided with a bearing seat 33, the supporting shaft 44 is rotatably supported by a bearing 34 arranged in the bearing seat 33, and the end surface of the bearing 34 exceeds the free end surface of the supporting shaft 44, so that the length R of the matching contact surface of the bearing 34 and the supporting shaft 44 in the axial direction of the supporting shaft 44 is smaller than the width R.
According to the clothes treatment device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the length R of the matching contact surface of the bearing 34 and the supporting shaft 44 is smaller than the width R of the bearing 34, so that the bearing 34 can be always in a pressing state after being installed in place, the bearing 34 is prevented from sliding in the axial direction of the supporting shaft 44, and the normal operation of the clothes treatment device is ensured.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the outer tub 30 is hung in the accommodating cavity, for example, the outer tub 30 may be disposed in the outer tub 30 through a hanging member, and a shock absorbing member is further disposed between the outer tub 30 and the cabinet 10.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a central axis of the outer tub 30 extends in a horizontal direction, and the inner tub 40 is provided inside the outer tub 30 and rotatable about the central axis of the outer tub 30. Specifically, the top of the outer tub 30 has a laundry access opening 301 corresponding to the position of the top opening 171, the inner drum 40 is disposed in the outer tub 30, the central axis of the inner drum 40 extends along the horizontal direction, the inner drum 40 is rotatable around the central axis of the outer tub 30, the driver 50 is in transmission connection with the inner drum 40, and in operation, the driver 50 is used for driving the inner drum 40 to rotate relative to the outer tub 30.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, each of the two shaft ends of the inner tube 40 is provided with a support shaft 44, and the support shaft 44 extends in the axial direction of the inner tube 40. The shaft ends are understood to mean both ends of the inner cylinder 40 in the axial direction thereof.
In some embodiments, the outer tub 30 is provided with mounting holes 302 at both axial ends thereof, that is, the outer tub 30 is provided with mounting holes 302 at both axial ends thereof, a bearing housing 33 is provided in each mounting hole 302, and the support shaft 44 is rotatably supported by a bearing 34 provided in the bearing housing 33, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the inner tub 40.
As shown in fig. 14, in some embodiments, each of two shaft ends of the inner cylinder 40 is provided with a support shaft 44, and the support shaft 44 extends along the axial direction of the inner cylinder 40, wherein the middle portions of the two shaft ends of the outer cylinder 30 are respectively provided with a mounting hole 302, a bearing seat 33 is arranged in each mounting hole 302, and each support shaft 44 is rotatably supported by a bearing 34 arranged in the corresponding bearing seat 33, so that the inner cylinder 40 can be smoothly rotated relative to the outer cylinder 30.
As shown in fig. 14 and 15, in some embodiments, the end surface of the bearing 34 exceeds the free end surface of the support shaft 44, and the length R of the mating contact surface of the bearing 34 with the support shaft 44 in the axial direction of the support shaft 44 is smaller than the width R of the bearing 34. In other words, after the bearing 34 is assembled in place, the length of the matching contact surface of the bearing 34 and the supporting shaft 44 is smaller than the width of the bearing 34, so that the bearing 34 is always in a pressing state, the bearing 34 is prevented from sliding in the axial direction of the supporting shaft 44, and the normal operation of the clothes treatment device is ensured.
In some embodiments, one of the two support shafts 44 on the inner drum 40 is provided with a first spacer 461, the first spacer 461 is provided at the free end of the support shaft 44 through a first shaft connecting member 491, and the first spacer 461 presses the side of the bearing 34 on the support shaft 44 facing away from the inner drum 40, so as to prevent the bearing 34 from sliding in the axial direction of the support shaft 44, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the clothes treating apparatus. Wherein the support shaft 44 has a threaded shaft hole extending in an axial direction thereof, and the first shaft coupling 491 forms a threaded coupling fitting with the threaded shaft hole.
As shown in fig. 14 and 16, in some embodiments, one of the two support shafts 44 on the inner drum 40 is provided with a pulley 47, the pulley 47 is provided at the free end of the support shaft 44 through the second shaft connector 492, and the pulley 47 presses the side of the bearing 34 on the support shaft 44 facing away from the inner drum 40, so as to prevent the bearing 34 from sliding in the axial direction of the support shaft 44, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the laundry treating apparatus. Wherein the support shaft 44 has a threaded shaft hole extending in an axial direction thereof, and the second shaft connector 492 forms a threaded connector fitting with the threaded shaft hole.
Further, a second gasket 462 is disposed between the pulley 47 and the second shaft connector 492, and the second shaft connector 492 presses the second gasket 462 against the pulley 47, so that the pulley 47 presses the bearing 34, further ensuring the normal operation of the clothes treating apparatus.
In some embodiments, the drive 50 is an electric motor and has a drive shaft that is drivingly connected to the pulley 47 via a belt 48 to rotate the inner drum 40. Specifically, the belt pulley 47 is fixedly mounted on the supporting shaft 44, and the driver 50 drives the belt pulley 47 to rotate through the belt 48, so as to drive the supporting shaft 44 to rotate, and further drive the inner barrel 40 to rotate relative to the outer barrel 30, which is convenient for driving.
According to a further embodiment of the present invention, each support shaft 44 is sleeved with a bushing 45, one end of the bushing 45 is connected with the shaft end of the inner cylinder 40, and the other end of the bushing 45 is stopped against the bearing 34.
Referring to fig. 14 to 16, the centerline axis of the inner tube 40 extends in the left-right direction, and the shaft end of the inner tube 40 on the left side is provided with a support shaft 44 extending outward, and the shaft end of the inner tube 40 on the right side is provided with a support shaft 44 extending outward.
Wherein, the supporting shaft 44 on the right side is sleeved with the shaft sleeve 45 and the bearing 34, one end of the shaft sleeve 45 is connected with the inner cylinder 40 into a whole, the inner side of the bearing 34 is stopped against the other end of the shaft sleeve 45, the bearing 34 is rotatably supported in the bearing seat 33, the outer side of the bearing 34 is provided with a first gasket 461, and the first gasket 461 presses the supporting shaft 44 through a first shaft connecting member 491, thereby pressing the bearing 34 arranged thereon.
Similarly, a shaft sleeve 45 and a bearing 34 are sleeved on the supporting shaft 44 on the left side, one end of the shaft sleeve 45 is connected with the inner cylinder 40, the inner side of the bearing 34 abuts against the other end of the shaft sleeve 45, the bearing 34 is rotatably supported in the bearing seat 33, the outer side of the bearing 34 is provided with a belt pulley 47 and a second gasket 462, and the second gasket 462 presses the belt pulley 47 through a second shaft connecting piece 492, so that the belt pulley 47 presses the supporting shaft 44 and the bearing 34 arranged thereon.
According to one embodiment of the invention, a case assembly comprises: a case 10 having a top opening communicating with the receiving chamber, and a top cover 20 provided on the top of the case 10 for opening and closing the top opening of the case 10.
In some embodiments, the case 10 includes a first case and a second case integrally formed, the second case being connected to both ends of the first case, and the first case and the second case surrounding at least a portion of the case 10. Through assembling integrated into one piece's first casing and second casing, not only can improve the connection reliability of each part of box 10, guarantee the structural strength of box 10, avoid box 10 to take place to warp because of bumping, can improve this clothing processing apparatus's production efficiency moreover.
In some examples, the first housing includes a front panel 11, a left side panel 12, and a right side panel 13, and a front side of the left side panel 12 and a front side of the right side panel 13 are connected to a left end and a right end of the front panel 11, respectively.
Wherein the front panel 11, the left side panel 12 and the right side panel 13 are integrally formed. For example, a whole sheet metal material sheet can be bent to form a U-shaped structure, so that the front panel 11, the left side panel 12 and the right side panel 13 are integrally formed, a connecting structure or a connecting piece is omitted, and the box body 10 is easy to machine and manufacture and beneficial to improving the structural stability of the box body 10.
In some embodiments, the second housing is formed as a back door 15, and both ends of the back door 15 are connected to the rear side of the left side plate 12 and the rear side of the right side plate 13, respectively.
Further, the box assembly of the laundry treating apparatus further includes a connecting beam 16, the connecting beam 16 is disposed at the rear portion of the rear sealing door 15, and both ends of the connecting beam 16 are connected to the rear sealing door 15 through fasteners, and the connecting beam 16 has bolt holes 1613 suitable for the transportation bolts to penetrate through.
Compared with the structure of directly processing the bolt holes on the back-sealing door in the prior art, the processing procedure of processing the bolt holes 1613 on the back-sealing door 15 is omitted, the bolt holes 1613 are directly processed on the connecting cross beam 16 with smaller size, the processing and the manufacturing are easy, and when the bolt holes 1613 are damaged, only the connecting cross beam 16 needs to be replaced, the assembly and disassembly are convenient, and the replacement is easy.
In some embodiments, the box 10 further includes a working platform 17, the working platform 17 is mounted on the top of the first housing, that is, the working platform 17 is mounted on the top of the front panel 11, the left side panel 12 and the right side panel 13, a top opening is defined in the middle of the working platform 17, and the top cover 20 is disposed on the working platform 17 and used for opening and closing the top opening.
As shown in fig. 15 and 16, the laundry treating apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a cabinet assembly, an outer tub 30, and an inner tub 40.
A receiving cavity is defined in the box body assembly. The outer barrel 30 is arranged in the accommodating cavity, the outer barrel 30 is provided with a mounting hole 302, and a bearing seat 33 is arranged in the mounting hole 302. The inner cylinder 40 is provided in the outer cylinder 30, and the inner cylinder 40 is provided with a support shaft 44, and the support shaft 44 is rotatably supported by a bearing 34 provided in the bearing housing 33. The outer tub 30 is further formed with a support stand 35 extending toward the center of the mounting hole 302, the support stand 35 is formed with a first sealing protrusion 351, the support shaft 44 is sleeved with a first sealing member 51, and the first sealing member 51 is stopped and limited by the first sealing protrusion 351.
According to the clothes treating apparatus of the embodiment of the invention, the first sealing protrusion 351 is arranged on the support platform 35, so that the first sealing member 51 sleeved on the support shaft 44 stops against the first sealing protrusion 351, thereby ensuring the sealing performance between the first sealing member 51 and the outer tub 30 and between the support shaft 44 and the first sealing member 51, preventing the water in the outer tub 30 from leaking, and ensuring the normal operation of the clothes treating apparatus.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the support table 35 is located at the inner side of the bearing 34, and the first sealing protrusion 351 is provided at a side of the support table 35 facing the bearing 34, wherein the first sealing member 51 is located between the inner side of the bearing 34 and the support table 35, further ensuring the sealing property between the first sealing member 51 and the outer tub 30 and between the support shaft 44 and the first sealing member 51.
In some embodiments, the bearing seat 33 has a positioning step 36 disposed opposite to the first sealing protrusion 351 therein, wherein an inner ring of the first sealing member 51 is in sealing connection with the shaft sleeve 45 on the support shaft 44, an outer ring of the first sealing member 51 is in sealing connection with the hole wall of the mounting hole 302, and the outer ring of the first sealing member 51 is located between the positioning step 36 and the first sealing protrusion 351, and the positioning step 36 and the first sealing protrusion 351 limit the first sealing member 51, thereby ensuring the sealing between the first sealing member 51 and the outer tub 30 and between the first sealing member 51 and the bearing seat 33, and preventing water in the outer tub 30 from leaking.
In some embodiments, the supporting shaft 44 is sleeved with a bushing 45, and the first seal 51 includes an annular body portion 511, a longitudinal seal portion 512, and a transverse seal portion 513.
As shown in fig. 16, the longitudinal sealing portion 512 is connected to the outer peripheral edge of the annular body portion 511, the longitudinal sealing portion 512 extends in the axial direction of the shaft sleeve 45 on the support shaft 44, one end of the longitudinal sealing portion 512 abuts against the first sealing protrusion 351, the other end of the longitudinal sealing portion 512 abuts against the positioning step 36, the transverse sealing portion 513 is connected to the inner peripheral edge of the annular body portion 511, and the transverse sealing portion 513 is in sealing connection with the shaft sleeve 45 on the support shaft 44, the first sealing member 51 has a simple structure, and it is advantageous to ensure the sealing performance between the first sealing member 51 and the outer tub 30, between the first sealing member 51 and the bearing housing 33, and between the first sealing member 51 and the shaft sleeve 45.
In some examples, the transverse sealing portion 513 includes a plurality of transverse sealing lips 5131, and each transverse sealing lip 5131 extends obliquely relative to the axial direction and the radial direction of the shaft sleeve 45 on the support shaft 44, so as to achieve multiple sealing between the first sealing member 51 and the support shaft 44, further improve the sealing performance between the first sealing member 51 and the support shaft 44, and prevent water in the outer tub 30 from leaking.
In some examples, at least two of the plurality of transverse sealing lips 5131 extend in opposite directions axially of the shaft sleeve 45 on the support shaft 44. For example, the first sealing members 51 on the two support shafts 44 are symmetrically arranged, the transverse sealing portion 513 of each first sealing member 51 includes three transverse sealing lips 5131, the two transverse sealing lips 5131 on the inner side extend obliquely toward the inner cylinder 40 relative to the axial direction and the radial direction of the support shaft 44, and the one transverse sealing lip 5131 on the outer side extends obliquely away from the inner cylinder 40 relative to the axial direction and the radial direction of the support shaft 44, so as to ensure the sealing property of the connection between the first sealing members 51 and the support shaft 44.
As shown in fig. 16, according to a further embodiment of the present invention, a slip-off preventing ring 514 is fitted to an outer side of the lateral sealing part 513, and the first sealing member 51 is fixed to the bushing 45 on the supporting shaft 44 through the slip-off preventing ring 514. For example, the outer surface of the outermost transverse sealing lip 5131 of the first seal member 51 is provided with a mating groove in which the anti-slip ring 514 is disposed to secure the first seal member 51 to the hub 45 on the support shaft 44.
In some specific examples, the shaft 44 is sleeved with a shaft sleeve 45, the first seal 51 is sleeved on the shaft sleeve 45, and the transverse sealing portion 513 of the first seal 51 comprises a plurality of transverse sealing lips 5131, and each transverse sealing lip 5131 extends obliquely relative to the axial direction and the radial direction of the shaft sleeve 45.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the outer tub 30 is hung in the accommodating cavity, for example, the outer tub 30 may be disposed in the outer tub 30 through a hanging member, and a shock absorbing member is further disposed between the outer tub 30 and the cabinet 10.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a central axis of the outer tub 30 extends in a horizontal direction, and the inner tub 40 is provided inside the outer tub 30 and rotatable about the central axis of the outer tub 30. Specifically, the top of the outer tub 30 has a laundry access opening 301 corresponding to the position of the top opening 171, the inner drum 40 is disposed in the outer tub 30, the central axis of the inner drum 40 extends along the horizontal direction, the inner drum 40 is rotatable around the central axis of the outer tub 30, the driver 50 is in transmission connection with the inner drum 40, and in operation, the driver 50 is used for driving the inner drum 40 to rotate relative to the outer tub 30.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, each of the two shaft ends of the inner tube 40 is provided with a support shaft 44, and the support shaft 44 extends in the axial direction of the inner tube 40. In some embodiments, the outer tub 30 is provided at both axial ends thereof with mounting holes 302, a bearing housing 33 is provided in each mounting hole 302, and the support shaft 44 is rotatably supported by a bearing 34 provided in the bearing housing 33, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the inner tub 40.
Further, the outer tub 30 has a support stand 35 extending toward the center of the mounting hole 302 at the shaft end middle portion, and the support stand 35 is located inside the corresponding bearing 34. For example, the outer tub 30 includes an outer tub body 31 and an outer tub end cover 32, a cavity with an open end is defined in the outer tub body 31, the outer tub end cover 32 is disposed at an open port of the outer tub body 31, and a support stand 35 extending toward the center of the mounting hole 302 is disposed at the bottom of the outer tub body 31 and the middle of the outer tub end cover 32.
As shown in fig. 15 and 16, the laundry treating apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a cabinet assembly, an outer tub 30, and an inner tub 40.
A receiving cavity is defined in the box body assembly. The outer barrel 30 is arranged in the accommodating cavity, the outer barrel 30 is provided with a mounting hole 302, and a bearing seat 33 is arranged in the mounting hole 302. The inner cylinder 40 is provided in the outer cylinder 30, and the inner cylinder 40 is provided with a support shaft 44, and the support shaft 44 is rotatably supported by a bearing 34 provided in the bearing housing 33. Wherein, the outer tub 30 is formed with a second sealing protrusion 37 surrounding the mounting hole 302, and the bearing housing 33 has a positioning groove 332 engaged with the second sealing protrusion 37.
According to the laundry treating apparatus of the embodiment of the present invention, the second sealing protrusion 37 is disposed on the outer tub 30, and the positioning groove 332 matched with the second sealing protrusion 37 is disposed on the bearing seat 33, so that not only the positioning and installation of the bearing seat 33 and the outer tub 30 can be realized, but also the connection sealing performance between the bearing seat 33 and the outer tub 30 can be ensured.
In some embodiments, the positioning groove 332 is formed in a ring shape and the positioning groove 332 is provided with a second sealing member 52 therein, and the shaft end of the outer tub 30 is connected with the bearing seat 33 through the second sealing member 52 in a sealing manner. For example, the second sealing member 52 may be embedded in the positioning groove 332, and then the second sealing protrusion 37 is used to press the second sealing member 52, so as to further ensure the connection sealing property between the bearing seat 33 and the outer tub 30.
In some examples, the second seal 52 forms an annular shape, i.e., the second seal 52 forms an annular shape extending along the circumferential direction of the positioning groove 332, thereby ensuring sealability in the circumferential direction.
In some examples, the cross section of the second sealing member 52 forms a U shape, the U shape opens towards the second sealing protrusion 37, and after the bearing seat 33 is assembled with the outer tub 30, the second sealing protrusion 37 on the outer tub 30 is inserted into the opening of the second sealing member 52, so that the second sealing member 52 covers at least a part of the top and side of the second sealing protrusion 37, further ensuring the sealing performance of the connection between the bearing seat 33 and the outer tub 30.
As shown in fig. 19 to 24, in some embodiments, the bearing seat 33 has at least two positioning protrusions 331, each positioning protrusion 331 extends along an axial direction of the outer tub 30, one of the two positioning protrusions 331 surrounds the other one, and a positioning groove 332 is defined between the two positioning protrusions 331, which is simple in structure, easy to machine and manufacture, and facilitates positioning and mounting of the bearing seat 33 and the outer tub 30.
In some embodiments, the bearing seat 33 is fixed to the shaft end of the outer tub 30 by a plurality of bearing connectors arranged at intervals, specifically, the bearing seat 33 has a plurality of lugs arranged along the circumference thereof, each lug is provided with a through hole suitable for the bearing connector to pass through, so that the bearing seat 33 is fixed to the shaft end of the outer tub 30 by a plurality of bearing connectors, that is, the bearing seat 33 is fixed to the bottom of the outer tub 31 and the outer tub end cover 32 by a plurality of bearing connectors.
In some embodiments, the inner cylinder 40 includes an inner cylinder 41, a first inner cylinder end cover 42 and a second inner cylinder end cover 43, two ends of the inner cylinder 41 are open, the first inner cylinder end cover 42 and the second inner cylinder end cover 43 are respectively connected with two ends of the inner cylinder 41 in a sealing manner, and each of the first inner cylinder end cover 42 and the second inner cylinder end cover 43 is provided with a support shaft 44.
Wherein, the side peripheral wall of the inner cylinder body 41 is provided with an opening, thereby facilitating the user to take and place the clothes; the inner surface of each of the first and second drum end covers 42 and 43 is provided with a plurality of agitating ribs arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction thereof, thereby improving the washing efficiency of the laundry treating apparatus.
In some embodiments, the outer tub 30 includes an outer tub body 31 and an outer tub end cover 32, a cavity with an open end is defined in the outer tub body 31, the outer tub end cover 32 is disposed at the open mouth of the outer tub body 31, and the outer tub end cover 32 is hermetically connected to the outer tub body 31, so as to ensure the sealing performance of the outer tub 30 and prevent water of the outer tub 30 from leaking. Further, the bottom wall of the outer tub body 31 and the outer tub end cover 32 both form a shaft end of the outer tub 30, and the bottom wall of the outer tub body 31 and the middle of the outer tub end cover 32 are both provided with mounting holes 302.
As shown in fig. 17, in some examples, the connection groove 312 is disposed on a side of the outer tub 31 facing the outer tub end cover 32, the connection groove 312 surrounds the open opening, and the outer tub end cover 32 has a convex ring engaged with the connection groove 312, so that not only the positioning and installation of the outer tub 31 and the outer tub end cover 32 can be ensured, thereby ensuring the connection reliability of the outer tub 31 and the outer tub end cover 32, but also the connection sealing performance of the outer tub 31 and the outer tub end cover 32 can be ensured.
As shown in fig. 17, in some examples, a barrel outer ring 313 and a barrel inner ring 314 disposed in a sleeving manner are disposed on a side of the outer barrel 31 facing the outer barrel end cover 32, and an end cover outer ring 321 and an end cover inner ring 322 disposed in a sleeving manner are disposed on a side of the outer barrel end cover 32 facing the outer barrel 31, wherein the barrel inner ring 314 is disposed between the end cover outer ring 321 and the end cover inner ring 322, and the end cover outer ring 321 is disposed between the barrel outer ring 313 and the barrel inner ring 314, so that not only can positioning and mounting of the outer barrel 31 and the outer barrel end cover 32 be ensured, thereby ensuring connection reliability of the outer barrel 31 and the outer barrel end cover 32, but also ensuring multiple sealing performance of the outer barrel 31 and the.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the outer tub 30 is hung in the accommodating cavity, for example, the outer tub 30 may be disposed in the outer tub 30 through a hanging member, and a shock absorbing member is further disposed between the outer tub 30 and the cabinet 10.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the central axis of the outer tub 30 extends along a horizontal direction, two shaft ends of the outer tub 30 are respectively provided with mounting holes 302, a bearing seat 33 is provided in each mounting hole 302, and the inner tub 40 is provided in the outer tub 30 and rotatable around the central axis of the outer tub 30.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, each of both shaft ends of the inner tube 40 is provided with a support shaft 44 extending in the axial direction of the inner tube 40, the support shaft 44 being rotatably supported by the bearing 34 provided in the bearing housing 33. Further, a second sealing protrusion 37 is provided at an axial end of the outer tub 30, the second sealing protrusion 37 surrounding the mounting hole 302.
In some embodiments, the outer tub 30 is provided at both axial ends thereof with mounting holes 302, a bearing housing 33 is provided in each mounting hole 302, and the support shaft 44 is rotatably supported by a bearing 34 provided in the bearing housing 33, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the inner tub 40.
Further, the outer tub 30 has a support stand 35 extending toward the center of the mounting hole 302 at the shaft end middle portion, and the support stand 35 is located inside the corresponding bearing 34. For example, the outer tub 30 includes an outer tub body 31 and an outer tub end cover 32, a cavity with an open end is defined in the outer tub body 31, the outer tub end cover 32 is disposed at an open port of the outer tub body 31, and a support stand 35 extending toward the center of the mounting hole 302 is disposed at the bottom of the outer tub body 31 and the middle of the outer tub end cover 32.
A laundry treating apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: a case assembly, an outer tub 30, and an inner tub 40. An accommodating cavity is defined in the box body assembly, the outer barrel 30 is arranged in the accommodating cavity, and the inner barrel 40 can rotate relative to the outer barrel 30.
Wherein, outer bucket 30 includes outer bucket staving 31 and outer bucket end cover 32, has injectd the open cavity of one end in the outer bucket staving 31, and outer bucket end cover 32 locates the open mouth of outer bucket staving 31, and outer bucket 30 is equipped with gas storage component 60, and gas storage component 60 injects the air cavity that switches on with the inner chamber of outer bucket 30, and gas storage component 60 and outer bucket end cover 32 integrated into one piece.
According to the clothes processing device of the embodiment of the invention, the air storage part 60 and the outer barrel end cover 32 are integrally formed, so that a connecting piece of the air storage part 60 and the outer barrel end cover 32 can be omitted, the number of parts is reduced, and the connection reliability of the air storage part 60 and the outer barrel end cover 32 can be ensured.
In some embodiments, the gas trap member 60 is provided at the bottom of the outer tub 30, i.e., the gas trap member 60 is integrally formed at the bottom position of the outer tub cover 32.
In some embodiments, the laundry treating apparatus further includes a water level sensor communicating with the top of the air trap part 60 through a connection pipe for detecting a water level in the outer tub 30, thereby controlling a water inflow as needed.
In some embodiments, the laundry treating apparatus further includes a drain pump 70, and the drain pump 70 is communicated with the inner cavity of the outer tub 30 through a drain pipe, so that the water in the outer tub 30 is drained by the drain pump 70 during the dehydration stage.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, each of two shaft ends of the inner cylinder 40 is provided with a support shaft 44, the support shaft 44 extends along the axial direction of the inner cylinder 40, wherein the bottom of the outer cylinder 31 and the middle part of the outer cylinder end cover 32 are respectively provided with a mounting hole 302, a bearing seat 33 is arranged in each mounting hole 302, each support shaft 44 is rotatably supported by a bearing 34 arranged in the corresponding bearing seat 33, and it is ensured that the inner cylinder 40 can smoothly rotate relative to the outer cylinder 30.
In some embodiments, the bottom of the outer tub body 31 and the outer tub end cover 32 have support bases 35 extending toward the center of the mounting hole 302, respectively, and the support bases 35 are located inside the corresponding bearings 34. The support platform 35 has a first sealing protrusion 351 on a side facing the bearing 34, the support shaft 44 is sleeved with a first sealing element 51, the first sealing element 51 is located between the inner side of the bearing 34 and the support platform 35, and the first sealing element 51 abuts against the first sealing protrusion 351.
Therefore, the first sealing protrusion 351 is disposed on the support platform 35, so that the first sealing member 51 sleeved on the support shaft 44 stops against the first sealing protrusion 351, thereby ensuring the sealing performance between the first sealing member 51 and the outer tub 30 and between the support shaft 44 and the first sealing member 51, preventing the water in the outer tub 30 from leaking, and ensuring the normal operation of the laundry treatment apparatus.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the outer tub 30 is hung in the accommodating cavity, for example, the outer tub 30 may be disposed in the outer tub 30 through a hanging member, and a shock absorbing member is further disposed between the outer tub 30 and the cabinet 10.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the central axis of the outer tub 30 extends along a horizontal direction, two shaft ends of the outer tub 30 are respectively provided with mounting holes 302, a bearing seat 33 is provided in each mounting hole 302, and the inner tub 40 is provided in the outer tub 30 and rotatable around the central axis of the outer tub 30.

Claims (15)

1. A laundry treating apparatus, comprising:
the box body assembly is internally provided with a containing cavity;
the outer barrel is arranged in the accommodating cavity and provided with a mounting hole, and a bearing seat is arranged in the mounting hole;
an inner barrel arranged in the outer barrel, the inner barrel is provided with a support shaft which is rotatably supported by a bearing arranged in the bearing seat,

3. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a bushing is sleeved on the supporting shaft, and the first sealing member includes:
an annular body portion;
a longitudinal sealing part connected to the outer periphery of the annular body part and extending in the axial direction of the shaft sleeve, one end of the longitudinal sealing part abutting against the first sealing protrusion;
a lateral sealing portion connected to an inner peripheral edge of the annular body portion and sealingly connected with the shaft sleeve.
4. A laundry treating apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the transverse sealing portion includes a plurality of transverse sealing lips, each of which extends obliquely with respect to an axial direction and a radial direction of the shaft sleeve.
5. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 4, wherein at least two of the plurality of lateral seal lips extend in opposite directions in an axial direction of the shaft sleeve.
6. The laundry treating apparatus according to any one of claims 3-5, wherein a slip-off preventing ring is fitted over an outer side of the lateral sealing part, and the first sealing member is fixed to the shaft sleeve through the slip-off preventing ring.
7. The laundry treating apparatus according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the cabinet assembly includes:
the box body is provided with a top opening communicated with the accommodating cavity;
the top cover is arranged at the top of the box body and used for opening and closing the top opening of the box body.
8. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the cabinet includes a first casing integrally formed and a second casing connected to both ends of the first casing, the first casing and the second casing surrounding to form the cabinet.
9. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the first casing includes a front panel, a left side plate, a right side plate, and a front side of the left side plate and a front side of the right side plate are connected with a left end and a right end of the front panel, respectively.
10. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the second casing is formed as a back door having both ends connected to the rear side of the left side plate and the rear side of the right side plate, respectively;
the box body assembly further comprises a connecting cross beam, the connecting cross beam is arranged at the rear portion of the rear sealing door, two ends of the connecting cross beam are connected with the rear sealing door through fasteners, and the connecting cross beam is provided with bolt holes suitable for the transportation bolts to penetrate through.
11. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the cabinet further includes a table mounted to a top of the first casing, a middle portion of the table defining the top opening, and the top cover is provided to the table.
12. The apparatus of any of claims 1-5, wherein the outer tub is suspended within the receiving cavity.
13. The laundry treating apparatus according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the outer tub has a central axis extending in a horizontal direction, and the inner drum is rotatable about the central axis of the outer tub.
14. A laundry treating apparatus according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein each of two axial ends of the inner drum is provided with the support shaft, the support shaft extending in an axial direction of the inner drum.
15. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 14, wherein mounting holes are provided at both axial ends of the outer tub, respectively, and the bearing housing is provided in each of the mounting holes.
