本发明公开了一种抗菌防锈水基切削液,由以下重量份数的原料组成:十二烷基苯磺酸钠8‑10份、二乙醇胺硼酸多聚羧酸复合酯9‑16份、环己六醇六磷酸脂1‑3份、烷基磷酸酯2‑5份、石油磺酸钠2‑6份、三乙醇胺3‑6份、硼酸1‑3份、葡萄糖酸钠4‑8份、润滑剂2‑6份、消泡剂1‑2份、表面活性剂0.6‑0.9份、防锈剂1‑3份、抗菌剂2‑3份、去离子水30‑35份。本发明冷却及润滑性能好,杀菌效果好,解决了传统水基切削液容易滋生细菌、变质、发臭的问题,同时防止金属表面生锈。

技术领域
本发明属于金属切削技术领域,具体涉及一种抗菌防锈水基切削液。
背景技术
切削液是一种用在金属切削、打磨加工过程中,用来冷却和润滑刀具和加工件的工业用液体,在机床工作过程中会有一些导轨油、主轴油、液压油以及铁屑、灰尘等各种杂物混入切削液,这其中包含大量的细菌微生物,细菌的新陈代谢可产生如有机酸一类的酸性物质,对机床、工件产生腐蚀,同时破坏了切削液的稳定性,使切削液的润滑性能大大下降,缩短切削液的使用寿命。而且水基切削液含水比较多,长期与金属接触,本身就会对金属产生腐蚀。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种抗菌防锈水基切削液,冷却及润滑性能好,杀菌效果好,解决了传统水基切削液容易滋生细菌、变质、发臭的问题,同时防止金属表面生锈。
本发明的技术方案是:一种抗菌防锈水基切削液,由以下重量份数的原料组成:十二烷基苯磺酸钠8-10份、二乙醇胺硼酸多聚羧酸复合酯9-16份、环己六醇六磷酸脂1-3份、烷基磷酸酯2-5份、石油磺酸钠2-6份、三乙醇胺3-6份、硼酸1-3份、葡萄糖酸钠4-8份、润滑剂2-6份、消泡剂1-2份、表面活性剂0.6-0.9份、防锈剂1-3份、抗菌剂2-3份、去离子水30-35份。
与现有技术相比,本发明优点在于:冷却及润滑性能好,杀菌效果好,解决了传统水基切削液容易滋生细菌、变质、发臭的问题;同时防止金属表面生锈。

实施例1
一种抗菌防锈水基切削液,由以下重量份数的原料组成:十二烷基苯磺酸钠8份、二乙醇胺硼酸多聚羧酸复合酯9份、环己六醇六磷酸脂1份、烷基磷酸酯2份、石油磺酸钠2份、三乙醇胺3份、硼酸1份、葡萄糖酸钠4份、润滑剂2份、消泡剂1份、表面活性剂0.6份、防锈剂1份、抗菌剂2份、去离子水30份。
实施例2
一种抗菌防锈水基切削液,由以下重量份数的原料组成:十二烷基苯磺酸钠9份、二乙醇胺硼酸多聚羧酸复合酯10份、环己六醇六磷酸脂2份、烷基磷酸酯3份、石油磺酸钠4份、三乙醇胺4份、硼酸2份、葡萄糖酸钠6份、润滑剂3份、消泡剂1.5份、表面活性剂0.7份、防锈剂2份、抗菌剂2.5份、去离子水32份。
实施例3
一种抗菌防锈水基切削液,由以下重量份数的原料组成:十二烷基苯磺酸钠10份、二乙醇胺硼酸多聚羧酸复合酯16份、环己六醇六磷酸脂3份、烷基磷酸酯5份、石油磺酸钠6份、三乙醇胺6份、硼酸3份、葡萄糖酸钠8份、润滑剂6份、消泡剂2份、表面活性剂0.9份、防锈剂3份、抗菌剂3份、去离子水35份。

1.一种抗菌防锈水基切削液,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料组成:十二烷基苯磺酸钠8-10份、二乙醇胺硼酸多聚羧酸复合酯9-16份、环己六醇六磷酸脂1-3份、烷基磷酸酯2-5份、石油磺酸钠2-6份、三乙醇胺3-6份、硼酸1-3份、葡萄糖酸钠4-8份、润滑剂2-6份、消泡剂1-2份、表面活性剂0.6-0.9份、防锈剂1-3份、抗菌剂2-3份、去离子水30-35份。
