本发明公开了一种美纹纸用水性环保粘结剂,其包括:水性聚氨酯和填充剂,所述填充剂包括透光粉末和有色矿石粉末,所述水性聚氨酯在美纹纸用水性环保粘结剂中所占的重量份为70~90份,所述填充剂在美纹纸用水性环保粘结剂中所占的重量份为10~30份,所述有色矿石粉末在填充剂中所占的重量份为15~25份,所述透光粉末在填充剂中所占的重量份为5~15份。本发明所述的美纹纸用水性环保粘结剂,可以涂覆在透明的美纹纸基体上,通过有色矿石粉末来展现美纹纸的色彩,长时间光照不会褪色,并利用透光粉末进行光的折射和反射,提升色彩的明亮度,经久耐用,而且环保效果好。

本发明涉及胶水技术领域,尤其涉及一种美纹纸用水性环保粘结剂。
背景技术
美纹纸又称分色带纸,是一种高科技装饰或喷涂用纸,广泛应用于室内装饰以及设备的喷涂。
美纹纸通常包括纸基和涂在纸基单侧表面的压敏胶,方便进行美纹纸的黏贴。压敏胶一般为透明的,因此美纹纸的外观主要靠其纸基的颜色来展现,由于纸基在长期光照作用下容易褪色,导致美纹纸的外观颜色淡化,失去了装饰或者分界的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种美纹纸用水性环保粘结剂,提升环保性和装饰效果,避免颜色的淡化。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种美纹纸用水性环保粘结剂,包括:水性聚氨酯和填充剂,所述填充剂包括透光粉末和有色矿石粉末,所述水性聚氨酯在美纹纸用水性环保粘结剂中所占的重量份为70~90份,所述填充剂在美纹纸用水性环保粘结剂中所占的重量份为10~30份,所述有色矿石粉末在填充剂中所占的重量份为15~25份,所述透光粉末在填充剂中所占的重量份为5~15份。
其中,所述水性聚氨酯采用聚氨酯乳液。
其中,所述透光粉末为透明玻璃粉末。
其中,所述有色矿石粉末包括多种颜色的矿石粉末。
其中,所述有色矿石粉末为单种颜色的矿石粉末。
其中,所述水性聚氨酯在美纹纸用水性环保粘结剂中所占的重量份为70份,所述填充剂在美纹纸用水性环保粘结剂中所占的重量份为30份,所述有色矿石粉末在填充剂中所占的重量份为25份,所述透光粉末在填充剂中所占的重量份为5份。
其中,所述水性聚氨酯在美纹纸用水性环保粘结剂中所占的重量份为80份,所述填充剂在美纹纸用水性环保粘结剂中所占的重量份为20份,所述有色矿石粉末在填充剂中所占的重量份为15份,所述透光粉末在填充剂中所占的重量份为5份。
本发明的有益效果:一种美纹纸用水性环保粘结剂,可以涂覆在透明的美纹纸基体上,通过有色矿石粉末来展现美纹纸的色彩,长时间光照不会褪色,并利用透光粉末进行光的折射和反射,提升色彩的明亮度,经久耐用,而且环保效果好。

下面通过具体实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
一种美纹纸用水性环保粘结剂,包括:水性聚氨酯和填充剂,所述填充剂包括透光粉末和有色矿石粉末,所述水性聚氨酯采用聚氨酯乳液,对环境无污染,环保效果好,所述透光粉末为透明玻璃粉末,进行光线的反射和折射,提升粘结剂的明亮度。
实施例1:
采用70份的水性聚氨酯、25份的有色矿石粉末以及5份的透光粉末进行混合,搅拌均匀,得到美纹纸用水性环保粘结剂,有色矿石粉末采用多种颜色的矿石粉末进行混合,涂布在透明的美纹纸基体上,使得美纹纸具有多彩的外观颜色;
实施例2:
采用70份的水性聚氨酯、15份的有色矿石粉末以及15份的透光粉末进行混合,得到美纹纸用水性环保粘结剂,有色矿石粉末采用单种颜色的矿石粉末,涂布在透明的美纹纸基体上,得到单色的外观颜色;
实施例3:
采用80份的水性聚氨酯、15份的有色矿石粉末以及5份的透光粉末进行混合,得到美纹纸用水性环保粘结剂,有色矿石粉末采用单种颜色的矿石粉末,涂布在透明的美纹纸基体上,得到单色的外观颜色;
实施例4:
采用80份的水性聚氨酯、15份的有色矿石粉末以及5份的透光粉末进行混合,得到美纹纸用水性环保粘结剂,有色矿石粉末采用多种颜色的矿石粉末进行混合,涂布在透明的美纹纸基体上,得到多彩的外观颜色。
