Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of packaging of display devices, in particular to a liquid crystal panel packaging box with a buffer piece.
Background
As shown in fig. 1, in general, when the liquid crystal panel 1 is shipped, a liquid crystal glass 10, a COF flexible circuit board 12 bonded to a terminal side of the liquid crystal glass 10, and a PCB 11 with electronic components connected to the COF flexible circuit board 12 are put into a package box 9.
As shown in fig. 1, when the liquid crystal panel 1 is stacked in the packing box 9, a height difference may exist between the liquid crystal glass 10 and the PCB 11 due to the different thicknesses of the liquid crystal glass 10 and the PCB 11. The presence of such a difference in height and the shaking of the COF flexible circuit board 12 cause a problem that the COF flexible circuit board 12 is folded or broken during transportation. At present, the risk of fracture is reduced by placing a buffer positioning block (not shown) at the PCB to reduce the shaking of the COF flexible circuit board 12, but the buffer block has the risk of jumping off and shifting in actual transportation, and limits the automatic line packaging. Further, when the packing case 9 is not filled, it is necessary to fill the packing case 9 by filling a large number of spacer pads (not shown), which causes a large amount of waste of the pads.
Therefore, it is desirable to provide a liquid crystal panel package to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a liquid crystal panel packaging box with a buffer piece, which compensates for the height difference of different positions of a liquid crystal panel by arranging buffer pieces with different sizes on the inner top wall of an upper cover, prevents a COF flexible circuit board from being folded or broken, and can solve the problem that the packaging box is not filled by arranging the buffer pieces, thereby saving the packaging cost.

The invention provides a liquid crystal panel packing box with a buffer piece, which comprises: the liquid crystal display panel comprises a box body, an upper cover and a plurality of buffer parts, wherein the box body is provided with an accommodating space for bearing and accommodating a plurality of horizontally superposed liquid crystal panels; the upper cover is arranged on the box body and used for sealing the accommodating space; the buffer piece is arranged on the inner top wall of the upper cover and can extend into the accommodating space to be pressed on different positions of the liquid crystal panel in a propping mode.
Further, the buffer parts are divided into at least two buffer parts with different sizes, one of the buffer parts can be abutted against the liquid crystal glass of the liquid crystal panel, and the other buffer part can be abutted against the PCB positioned on one side of the liquid crystal glass.
Furthermore, a plurality of embedding parts are arranged on the inner top wall of the upper cover, and one end of the buffer piece is fixed on the embedding parts; the other end of the buffer piece is a free end which extends into the accommodating space so as to be pressed on the liquid crystal glass of the liquid crystal panel or the PCB positioned on one side of the liquid crystal glass.

Detailed Description
The following description of the present invention will be given with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments.
Referring to fig. 2, the liquid crystal panel packaging box 100 of the present invention is used for packaging a plurality of liquid crystal panels 1. Each liquid crystal panel 1 includes a liquid crystal glass 10, a PCB 11, and at least one COF flexible circuit board 12 for connecting the liquid crystal glass 10 and the PCB 11.
As shown in fig. 2, the liquid crystal panel packaging box 100 includes a box body 2, an upper cover 3, and a plurality of buffers 4. The cabinet 2 is formed with a receiving space 20 to carry and receive the liquid crystal panels 1 horizontally stacked. The upper cover 3 is mounted on the case 2 to close or seal the accommodating space 20. The buffer member 4 is disposed on the inner top wall 300 of the upper cover, and can extend into the accommodating space 20 to press against different positions of the uppermost liquid crystal panel 1.
In this embodiment, the box 2 and the upper cover 3 have a rectangular parallelepiped shape to conform to the shape of the liquid crystal panel 1.
Referring to fig. 2, a plurality of engaging portions 31 are formed on an inner top wall 300 of the upper cover 3, one end of the buffer member 4 is fixed to the engaging portion 31, and the other end of the buffer member 4 is a free end and extends into the accommodating space 20 to press against the liquid crystal glass 10 of the liquid crystal panel 1 or against the PCB 11 on one side of the liquid crystal glass 10.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, the upper cover 3 includes a main plate 301, a receiving groove 302 formed on an inner top wall of the main plate 301, and a side wall 303 located around the main plate 301 and surrounding the receiving groove 302. Wherein the inner top wall of the main plate 301 is the inner top wall 300 of the upper cover 3. The receiving groove 302 is substantially a closed quadrilateral structure. The container 302 is used to combine with a flange 21 on the case 2 (see fig. 2) to mount the upper cover 3 on the case 2, and also to seal the case 2 by the upper cover 3.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, the engaging portion 31 is formed on the inner top wall 300 of the main plate 301 and is adjacent to the accommodating groove 302. The fitting portion 31 is a T-shaped groove, and the cushion member 4 is a T-shaped block to be fitted in the T-shaped groove.
As shown in fig. 2, the buffer 4 is divided into at least two buffers with different sizes, one of the buffers can be pressed against the liquid crystal glass 10 of the liquid crystal panel 1, and the other buffer can be pressed against the PCB 11 on one side of the liquid crystal glass 10. The different-size buffering parts mainly refer to different heights, and certainly, different widths or other sizes.
In this embodiment, the cushioning members 4 are T-shaped blocks having different heights, and these T-shaped blocks are selectively fitted into the fitting portions 31. In particular, said buffer 4 is divided into at least one buffer 4' of small height and at least one buffer 4 "of large height. The buffer 4 'with small height is used for pressing against the PCB 11, and the buffer 4' with large height is used for pressing against the liquid crystal glass 10. The buffer member 4 is inserted into the embedding part 31 through the adjusting part 32, and the buffer member 4 is pressed against the liquid crystal panel 10 or the PCB 11, so that the problem of folding of the COF flexible circuit board 12 caused by the height difference between the two sides of the liquid crystal glass 10 and the PCB 11 after the liquid crystal panel 1 is packed in a box is solved, and the problem of material waste caused by a large amount of filling sheets when the packing box is not filled is further solved.
