Abstract
本发明一种高分子防水复合金属板,所述复合金属板本体沿厚度方向自上而下依次由第一高分子防水卷材层、玻璃纤维非织物内增强层、第二高分子防水卷材层、第一胶粘层和金属板层连接而成。本发明通过将第一高分子防水卷材层、玻璃纤维非织物内增强层、第二高分子防水、第一胶粘层和金属板层连接成一体,避免对屋面的多次施工,且增强了屋面防水层的抗破坏能力以及增强了屋面的防水效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及防水、保温建材领域,尤其涉及一种应用于钢结构屋面、高分子防水材料屋面细部构造的高分子防水复合金属板。
背景技术
在现在厂房屋面***中经常采用单层屋面***,单层屋面***,是一类轻型屋面,以压型钢板为基层,上设隔汽层、轻质块状保温隔热层、单层卷材防水层,采用连续干法作业,机械固定技术施工,广泛用于工业建筑、大型商业建筑和公共建筑屋面。
但是在使用过程中发现存在以下问题:
1、单层屋面***施工层次多,操作复杂,造价高。
2、屋面防水层单独存在,容易遭到破坏,破坏后容易造成屋面***渗漏,从而导致整个屋面***失败。
3、单层屋面***中的多个材料层的热收缩系数不同,尤其高分子材料层的热收缩系数高,容易在高温日晒中与金属板层发生拉脱。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种高分子防水复合金属板,目的在于解决解决现有单层屋面***多层施工所带来的质量和成本问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明一方面提供了一种高分子防水复合金属板,所述复合金属板本体沿厚度方向自上而下依次由第一高分子防水卷材层、玻璃纤维非织物内增强层、第二高分子防水卷材层、第一胶粘层和金属板层连接而成。
上述技术方案中的有关内容解释如下:
1、上述方案中,所述第二高分子防水卷材层的下面向下设有至少两条平行的第一卡条,该第一卡条设有一压接面;所述金属板层的上面向上设有至少两条平行的第二卡条,该第二卡条设有一压接配合面;压接状态下,所述压接面与所述压接配合面压接配合。
2、上述方案中,所述第一卡条设有两条,两条第一卡条均沿所述复合金属板本体的长度方向设置,且设于所述第二高分子防水卷材层的两个相对边沿的下面;所述压接面为第一卡条朝向复合金属板本体内侧的一面,该压接面与所述第一卡条的外侧面相交且形成一夹角α,该夹角α为锐角;
所述第二卡条设有两条,两条第二卡条均沿所述金属板层的长度方向设置,且设于所述金属板层的两个相对边沿的上面;所述压接配合面对应于所述压接面设于所述第二卡条的外侧面;压接状态下,所述压接面与所述压接配合面压接配合,所述第二高分子防水卷材层与金属板层形成一空腔,该空腔内设有所述第一胶粘层。
3、上述方案中,所述夹角α为45°~60°。
4、上述方案中,所述玻璃纤维非织物内增强层沿厚度方向自上而下依次由第一玻璃纤维层、第二胶粘层、非织物基材层、第三胶粘层以及第二玻璃纤维层组成;所述第一玻璃纤维层和第二玻璃纤维层均由多个所述玻璃纤维条沿复合金属板本体的长度或者宽度方向依次间隔排列而成;所述第一玻璃纤维层、第二胶粘层、非织物基材层、第三胶粘层和第二玻璃纤维层通过热辊压连接成一体;金属板层具有热胀冷缩的性质,而第一高分子防水卷材层和第二高分子防水卷材层具有热收缩系数高的性质,通过在第一高分子防水卷材层和第二高分子防水卷材层中间设置收缩系数低的玻璃纤维非织物内增强层来控制第一高分子防水卷材层和第二高分子防水卷材层的尺寸变化率,防止其在暴晒的情况下与所述金属板层拉脱。
5、上述方案中,所述第一玻璃纤维层由多个玻璃纤维条沿复合金属板本体的长度方向依次间隔平行排列而成;所述第二玻璃纤维层由多个玻璃纤维条沿复合金属板本体的宽度方向依次间隔平行排列而成;所述玻璃纤维非织物内增强层的玻璃纤维采用沿所述复合金属板本体的长度或者宽度方向依次排列而成;这种布置方式让第一高分子防水卷材层和第二高分子防水卷材层在受热收缩时受到单向的力,防止双向的力将第一高分子防水卷材层和第二高分子防水卷材层破坏。
6、上述方案中,所述第二高分子防水卷材层的厚度小于所述第一高分子防水卷材层的厚度,由于所述第二高分子防水卷材层的厚度较小,所以通过玻璃纤维非织物内增强层可以控制其整体受温度影响较小,从而防止其在受热时收缩,进而防止整个防水卷材层与金属板层拉脱;如果所述第二高分子防水卷材层的厚度较大,玻璃纤维非织物内增强层仅能控制其上表面受温度影响较小,而第二高分子防水卷材层的下表面仍受温度影响较大,在受热收缩时,所述第二高分子防水卷材层仍会与金属板层拉脱,进而导致整个防水卷材复合层与金属板层拉脱。
7、上述方案中,所述第一高分子防水卷材层为TPO防水卷材层或者PVC防水卷材层;所述第二高分子防水卷材层为TPO防水卷材层或者PVC防水卷材层。

为达到上述目的,本发明的另一方面提供了高分子防水复合金属板的制备方法,依次包括下列步骤:
第一步,制作好玻璃纤维非织物内增强层;
第二步,第一台挤出机挤出第一高分子防水卷材层,挤出的同时,将第一高分子防水卷材层热复合到玻璃纤维非织物内增强层的上面;
第三步,第二台挤出机挤出第二高分子防水卷材层,挤出的同时,将第二高分子防水卷材层热复合到玻璃纤维非织物内增强层的下面,形成一防水卷材层;
第四步,将第三步的防水卷材层收卷;
第五步,将金属板层的下面加热,并在金属板层的上面涂上第一胶粘层;
第六步,将第四步的防水卷材层铺于第一胶粘层上,并通过两个压辊挤压成复合金属板。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点和效果:
1、本发明通过将第一高分子防水卷材层、玻璃纤维非织物内增强层、第二高分子防水、第一胶粘层和金属板层连接成一体,避免对屋面的多次施工,且增强了屋面防水层的抗破坏能力以及增强了屋面的防水效果。
2、本发明的第二高分子防水卷材层的第一卡条与金属板层的第二卡条形成一空腔,空腔内设有所述第一胶粘层,所述第一胶粘层对第二卡条有向外的力,使得第一卡条的压接面和第二卡条的压接配合面越压越紧;当第二高分子防水卷材层受热收缩时,第二卡条给所述第二高分子防水卷材层张力,防止所述第二高分子防水卷材层与金属板拉脱。
3、本发明的第一卡条以及第二卡条均沿所述复合金属板本体的长度方向设置,而所述第二高分子防水卷材层上的第二玻璃纤维层的玻璃纤维条沿复合金属板本体的宽度方向依次间隔平行排列,由此,所述第二高分子防水卷材层在受热时,通过第一卡条与第二卡条的配合以及玻璃纤维条的控制,从而保证第二高分子防水卷材层的宽度以及长度方向均不收缩,防止其与金属板拉脱。

下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例
参见附图1~3所示,一种高分子防水复合金属板,所述复合金属板本体沿厚度方向自上而下依次由第一高分子防水卷材层1、玻璃纤维非织物内增强层2、第二高分子防水卷材层3、第一胶粘层4和金属板层5合成。
所述第一高分子防水卷材层1和第二高分子防水卷材层3均为片材,且所述第二高分子防水卷材层3的厚度小于所述第一高分子防水卷材层1的厚度。
所述第一高分子防水卷材层1为TPO防水卷材层或者PVC防水卷材层;所述第二高分子防水卷材层3为TPO防水卷材层或者PVC防水卷材层。
所述玻璃纤维非织物内增强层2沿厚度方向自上而下依次由第一玻璃纤维层21、第二胶粘层22、非织物基材层23、第三胶粘层24以及第二玻璃纤维层25组成;所述第一玻璃纤维层21和第二玻璃纤维层25均由多个玻璃纤维条6沿所述复合金属板本体的长度或者宽度方向依次排列而成,具体的,所述第一玻璃纤维层21由多个玻璃纤维条6沿复合金属板本体的长度方向依次间隔平行排列而成;所述第二玻璃纤维层25由多个玻璃纤维条6沿复合金属板本体的宽度方向依次间隔平行排列而成。
具体的,所述非织物基材层23为纤维纸,所述第二胶粘层22和第三胶粘层24均为环氧树脂层。
所述第一玻璃纤维层21、第二胶粘层22、非织物基材层23、第三胶粘层24和第二玻璃纤维层25通过热辊压连接成一体。
所述第二高分子防水卷材层3沿长度方向的两个相对边沿均向下设有第一卡条31,所述第一卡条31朝所述复合金属板本体内侧设有一压接面,该压接面与所述第一卡条的外侧面相交且形成一夹角α,该夹角α为锐角,具体的,所述夹角α为45°~60°。
所述金属板层5沿长度方向的两个相对边沿均向上设有第二卡条41,所述第二卡条41对应于所述压接面设有一压接配合面。
压接状态下,所述压接面与所述压接配合面压接配合,所述第二高分子防水卷材层3与金属板层5形成一空腔,该空腔内设有所述第一胶粘层4。
一种高分子防水复合金属板的制备方法,依次包括下列步骤:
第一步,制作好玻璃纤维非织物内增强层2;
第二步,第一台挤出机挤出第一高分子防水卷材层1,挤出的同时,将第一高分子防水卷材层1热复合到玻璃纤维非织物内增强层2的上面;
第三步,第二台挤出机挤出第二高分子防水卷材层3,挤出的同时,将第二高分子防水卷材层3热复合到玻璃纤维非织物内增强层2的下面,形成一防水卷材层;
第四步,将第三步的防水卷材层收卷;
第五步,将金属板层5的下面加热,并在金属板层5的上面涂上第一胶粘层4;
第六步,将第四步的防水卷材层铺于第一胶粘层4上,并通过两个压辊挤压成复合金属板。

Claims (3)
1.一种高分子防水复合金属板,其特征在于:所述复合金属板本体沿厚度方向自上而下依次由第一高分子防水卷材层(1)、玻璃纤维非织物内增强层(2)、第二高分子防水卷材层(3)、第一胶粘层(4)和金属板层(5)连接而成;
所述第二高分子防水卷材层(3)的下面向下设有至少两条平行的第一卡条(31),该第一卡条(31)设有一压接面;所述金属板层(5)的上面向上设有至少两条平行的第二卡条(41),该第二卡条(41)设有一压接配合面;压接状态下,所述压接面与所述压接配合面压接配合;
所述第一卡条(31)设有两条,两条第一卡条(31)均沿所述复合金属板本体的长度方向设置,且设于所述第二高分子防水卷材层(3)的两个相对边沿的下面;所述压接面为第一卡条(31)朝向复合金属板本体内侧的一面,该压接面与所述第一卡条(31)的外侧面相交且形成一夹角α,该夹角α为锐角;
所述第二卡条(41)设有两条,两条第二卡条(41)均沿所述金属板层(5)的长度方向设置,且设于所述金属板层(5)的两个相对边沿的上面;所述压接配合面对应于所述压接面设于所述第二卡条(41)的外侧面;所述第二高分子防水卷材层(3)与金属板层(5)形成一空腔,该空腔内设有所述第一胶粘层(4);
所述玻璃纤维非织物内增强层(2)沿厚度方向自上而下依次由第一玻璃纤维层(21)、第二胶粘层(22)、非织物基材层(23)、第三胶粘层(24)以及第二玻璃纤维层(25)组成;所述第一玻璃纤维层(21)、第二胶粘层(22)、非织物基材层(23)、第三胶粘层(24)和第二玻璃纤维层(25)通过热辊压连接成一体;
所述第一玻璃纤维层(21)由多个玻璃纤维条(6)沿复合金属板本体的长度方向依次间隔平行排列而成;所述第二玻璃纤维层(25)由多个玻璃纤维条(6)沿复合金属板本体的宽度方向依次间隔平行排列而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高分子防水复合金属板,其特征在于:所述夹角α为45°~60°。
3.根据权利要求1~2任意一项所述的高分子防水复合金属板的制备方法,其特征在于:依次包括下列步骤:
第一步,制作好玻璃纤维非织物内增强层(2);
第二步,第一台挤出机挤出第一高分子防水卷材层(1),挤出的同时,将第一高分子防水卷材层(1)热复合到玻璃纤维非织物内增强层(2)的上面;
第三步,第二台挤出机挤出第二高分子防水卷材层(3),挤出的同时,将第二高分子防水卷材层(3)热复合到玻璃纤维非织物内增强层(2)的下面,形成一防水卷材层;
第四步,将第三步的防水卷材层收卷;
第五步,将金属板层(5)的下面加热,并在金属板层(5)的上面涂上第一胶粘层(4);
第六步,将第四步的防水卷材层铺于第一胶粘层(4)上,并通过两个压辊挤压成复合金属板。
