After the length is fixed, the length fixing device descends through the air cylinder to enable the pipe to enter the pipe cutting machine, and the cutting length is calculated and cut. Waste materials and finished pipe materials enter the belt conveyor, an algorithm determines which belt conveyor the waste materials fall from, the finished pipe materials enter the conveying device 15, the finished pipe materials are conveyed to the lifting frame 20 through the cooperation of various cylinders, a hole is searched by the hole searching device 14, a servo motor rotates to drive a synchronizing wheel to drive the other ring to rotate, an optical fiber sensor for searching the hole is fixed on the ring to rotate along with the ring, so that the hole searching is realized, at the moment, a robot takes workpieces 1-5 from a manual clamping table and puts the workpieces to a specified position, a servo trolley for fixing the hole searching device 14 starts to walk and penetrate pipes, after the pipes move to the corresponding position, a servo tightening wrench starts to work, a tightening shaft rotates to drive screws on the workpieces 1-5 to rotate and lock, then the cylinder connected with a clamp moves, the clamp is loosened, the finished pipe materials are lifted by the cylinder, the servo trolley returns, and the pipes fall to a finished product discharging device, and the finished product is delivered out by a belt conveyor.
