Background
With the development of science and technology and the development of economy, the transportation of materials is more and more frequent. Currently, the transportation of existing bulk materials such as coal, iron ore, grain, sand, etc. is generally achieved by conveyor machines, which include long-weight machines, bucket wheel machines, belt conveyors, rotary table conveyors, etc., through which the materials are transported to a destination to achieve normal industrial production. In many cases, during the transport of material, it is necessary to transfer the material from one conveyor to another, for example from an upper conveyor to a lower conveyor, and a conventional transfer device may employ a discharge hopper.
In practical use, there are the following problems:
1. in the prior art, the conveying efficiency is low due to the single-path conveying, and the discharging operation at the downstream end is single.
2. In the sorting device in the prior art, materials are often required to be stopped in-situ for sorting, the number of the materials is small, the stay sorting of a large number of materials can cause serious waste of time, and the efficiency is extremely low.
3. In the prior art, the technical scheme of improving the working efficiency by dispersing blanking is provided, but more sorting paths are difficult to provide at one sorting position due to crowded single-site positions.
4. In the prior art, the material blanking mode is single, and only a plurality of stages of blanking valves are used for sorting, distributing and dispersing, so that the sorting mode has limitation, and the requirement of multiple working conditions is difficult to adapt.
5. In the sorting device in the prior art, there is a technology that the lower bin at the downstream end moves to switch the conveying path, such as four lower bins switch the conveying path back and forth, but because the volume and the weight of the lower bins are large, the completion difficulty is increased, larger kinetic energy driving is needed, and the working cost is increased.
