本申请公开了一种传输数据的方法、终端设备和网络设备,该方法包括:终端设备在第一时域单元上接收携带资源指示信息的控制信道,资源指示信息包括第一比特域和第二比特域,第一比特域指示用于传输数据信道的第二时域单元,第二比特域指示该数据信道在第二时域单元中占用的至少一个时域符号;若第二比特域上的值属于第一数值集合,终端设备确定至少一个时域符号为第一符号集合中的全部时域符号;若第二比特域上的值属于第二数值集合,终端设备确定至少一个时域符号为第二符号集合中与第二比特域上的值对应的时域符号;终端设备在该至少一个时域符号上传输数据信道。通过这种隐式指示的方式,能够有效地实现资源调度并降低终端设备的盲检复杂度。
