本发明提供了一种无线通信方法、基站和终端,包括:基站从目标资源中确定第一资源和第二资源,该目标资源为处于第一制式的终端和处于第二制式的终端共用的资源,该第一资源为该处于第一制式的终端所使用的资源,该第二资源为该处于第二制式的终端所使用的资源;该基站向所述处于第一制式的终端发送第一指示信息,该第一指示信息用于指示该处于第一制式的终端使用的第一资源;该基站向该处于第二制式的终端发送第二指示信息,该第二指示信息用于指示该处于第二制式的终端使用的第二资源。本发明能够避免第一制式终端或第二制式终端单独使用公用的资源而造成共用的资源的浪费,提高了共用的资源的利用率。
