7. The foldable display device of claim 1, wherein the fourth substrate and the third substrate are rectangular plates and have the same width, and the third substrate has a length smaller than that of the fourth substrate.
8. The foldable display device of claim 7, wherein each of the fourth substrates has a groove for the first region of the flexible display panel to be clamped therein.
9. The foldable display device of claim 1, further comprising two outer frames, wherein the two outer frames are respectively disposed on the two bottom cases and press an edge of the first area of the flexible display panel.
10. The foldable display device of claim 9, wherein the outer frame comprises a U-shaped fifth base plate and a U-shaped limiting connecting plate extending along an edge of the fifth base plate, and a small notch is formed at an end of the limiting connecting plate;
the limiting connecting plates are connected with the side wall surfaces of the bottom shell, the fifth substrate covers the non-display area of the first area, and the small gaps of the two limiting connecting plates are spliced to form a large gap for the connecting mechanism to penetrate through.
