Abstract
The invention discloses a planning system of a driving route of an old community based on a scheduling concept, which comprises an entrance license plate recognition system, a parking position vehicle management system, a central processing system, a guiding system, an emergency system, an intelligent ground lock and a user terminal. (2) the central processing system receives an entering signal of a community vehicle, an entering signal of a strange vehicle and a traveling signal of a traveling vehicle, sequentially generates a traveling route of the entering vehicle or the traveling vehicle according to priority levels, and sends the traveling route to the user terminal and the guiding system;

In the step (3), the guidance system monitors the condition of the community road through a camera; and after receiving the driving routes, the signal probe controls the signal lamp to display different colors for different driving routes so as to guide different vehicles to drive.
Preferably, the camera can monitor the traffic road condition of the old community road and is connected with the emergency system, and the emergency system monitors whether an emergency accident occurs in the community according to the traffic road condition acquired by the camera.
In the present invention, the cell integrated information base is also called an old cell integrated information base.
When an emergency accident occurs, the central processing system can reschedule a driving route for the entering vehicle according to the received emergency signal, avoid the emergency accident, and simultaneously avoid the congestion of a rescue route of the emergency accident, so that the emergency accident cannot be rescued in time and excessive loss is caused. In the invention, the first-level priority is an emergency signal, the second-level priority is an entering signal of a district vehicle or a traveling signal of a traveling vehicle, and the third-level priority is an entering signal of a strange vehicle; in the second-level priority, the priority levels of the incoming signals of the cell vehicles or the outgoing signals of the outgoing vehicles generate time sequence; when the generation time is the same, the priority of the trip signal is higher than that of the entering vehicle.
The planning system and method for the driving route of the old cell based on the scheduling concept can meet the driving route requirement of a vehicle owner for entering and going out, solve the problem that a one-way traffic road in the old cell is easy to jam to the maximum extent, and facilitate driving of the vehicle owner.

The functions of the present invention and the procedures in different cases are specifically described in detail by specific embodiments below.
As shown in fig. 1, the planning system provided by the present invention includes: the system comprises an entrance license plate recognition system, a parking position vehicle management system, a central processing system, a guidance system, an emergency system, an intelligent lock and a user terminal.
Example 1 planned route for entrance of vehicles into a residential area
As shown in fig. 2, when a target vehicle a enters an old cell, an entrance license plate recognition system starts to recognize a license plate of the target vehicle, compares the license plate with a cell integrated information base, and the target vehicle is a cell vehicle, generates an entry signal of the cell vehicle, and sends the entry signal to a central processing system.
The central processing system inquires whether a signal with higher priority exists, such as a travel signal of a travel vehicle with earlier generation time. If yes, the cache signal waits for the higher priority process to be completed and then plans the running route of the target vehicle.
If not, the central processing system begins to plan the driving route of the target vehicle, determines the position of a resident of a vehicle owner according to license plate information carried in an entering signal of the vehicle by accessing an old cell comprehensive information base, divides parking spaces into blocks by the old cell comprehensive information base, determines an accurate parking position in a corresponding parking position block, generates driving route information, and sends the driving route information to a user terminal of the vehicle owner and a signal probe in the guiding system.
The vehicle owner can correctly drive to the parking position according to the information of the driving route on the user terminal and under the guidance of a flickering signal lamp which is controlled by the signal probe and has the same color as the route on the information of the driving route. When the parking position is close to, the parking position vehicle management system acquires the entrance signal of the target vehicle, and gives a descending instruction to the intelligent ground lock of the corresponding parking position, so that the vehicle owner finishes parking. And the parking position vehicle management system uploads the data of the parking condition of the parking position to the community comprehensive information base to complete the updating of the dynamic old community parking position condition information.
Embodiment 2 planning driving route for traveling vehicle
When the target vehicle B is going to travel, a travel signal of the travel vehicle is collected and generated by the parking position vehicle management system.
The central processing system queries for a higher priority signal, such as an incoming signal for an earlier arriving vehicle. If so, the cache signal waits for the higher priority process to be completed and then is distributed to the system processing and the planning of the driving route.

The vehicle owner can correctly drive out of the old community according to the information of the driving route on the user terminal and under the guidance of a flickering signal lamp which is controlled by the signal probe and has the same color as the route on the information of the driving route. After the vehicle leaves the parking position, the parking position vehicle management system acquires a driving signal without the vehicle, controls the intelligent locking and lifting of the parking position, and simultaneously uploads the data of the parking condition of the parking position to the residential district comprehensive information base to complete the updating of the dynamic old residential district parking position condition information.
Example 3 planning of a Driving route for an incoming vehicle C and a traveling vehicle D at the same time
