The panel 20 is in sliding fit with the panel body 10. The panel 20 has a covering position that completely covers the panel body 10. In the present embodiment, the panel 20 is assembled by sliding from top to bottom relative to the panel body 10, and the panel 20 is disassembled by sliding from bottom to top relative to the panel body 10. When the panel 20 is assembled in place, the panel 20 is fully covered on the panel body 10, with the panel 20 in the closed position. The air conditioner panel assembly further comprises a magnetic attraction connecting structure. When the panel 20 slides to the covering position, the magnetic connection structure is located between the panel 20 and the panel body 10 and fixes the panel 20 and the panel body 10.
The air conditioner panel assembly of the present embodiment is applied to enable the panel 20 to be in sliding fit with the panel body 10, and the panel 20 and the panel body 10 are fixed through the magnetic connection structure after the panel 20 is assembled in place (i.e. when the panel 20 slides to the covering position). The above structure makes the assembly or disassembly of the panel 20 easier to operate, and the magnetic connection structure makes the connection of the panel 20 and the panel body 10 more compact and reliable, thereby making it possible to more effectively utilize the assembly space and making the whole more compact. In addition, the structure is simpler, complex structures such as buckles and hinges are avoided, the processing and the manufacturing are facilitated, the mold development period is shortened, the production efficiency is effectively improved, and the manufacturing cost is greatly reduced. Meanwhile, the structure of the parts on the panel 20 is simplified, the appearance is more concise and attractive, the panel strength is improved, the panel is not easy to deform during manufacturing, gaps are not generated during assembly, and accordingly condensation is avoided, and the whole machine is more reliable.
Note that, the sliding direction of the panel 20 with respect to the panel body 10 is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments not shown in the drawings, the panel may slide from bottom to top with respect to the panel body during assembly, or may slide from left to right or from right to left with respect to the panel body.
In the air conditioner panel assembly of the present embodiment, the panel 20 has two hovering positions partially covering the panel body 10. Specifically, in the process of sliding the panel 20 from bottom to top relative to the panel body 10, when the panel 20 slides to a position covering only approximately half of the panel body 10, the panel 20 is in the first hovering position, and at this time, the lower half of the panel body 10 is exposed to the outside, so that a user can clean a lower area inside the air conditioner conveniently; when the panel 20 is slid to a position covering only the top of the panel body 10, the panel 20 is in the second hovering position, and at this time, the other parts of the panel body 10 except the top are exposed to the outside, so that the user can clean the whole area inside the air conditioner conveniently. The number of the first limiting members 31 is two, and the two first limiting members 31 are arranged at intervals along the sliding direction of the panel 20. The two first limiting members 31 are in one-to-one correspondence with the two hovering positions. The second stop 32 selectively cooperates with one of the two first stops 31 to maintain the panel 20 in the respective hover position. Specifically, in the process of pushing the panel 20 to slide from bottom to top, when the second limiting member 32 touches the first limiting member 31 disposed below, the second limiting member 32 is elastically deformed due to the pushing force of the user, so as to be able to move above the first limiting member 31. At this time, the second stopper 32 is engaged with the first stopper 31 to hold the panel 20 at the first hovering position. Similarly, the panel 20 is further pushed to slide upwards, and the second limiting member 32 passes over the first limiting member 31 arranged upwards and is matched with the first limiting member 31, so that the panel 20 can be kept at the second hovering position.
