The invention discloses a flexible shaft transmission device of firework production equipment, which is characterized by comprising a flexible shaft core, wherein the flexible shaft core is inserted into a flexible shaft sleeve, two ends of the flexible shaft sleeve are respectively fixed with a shaft sleeve head, two ends of the flexible shaft core are respectively fixed with a shaft core head, one shaft core head of the flexible shaft core is connected with a power input shaft of the firework production equipment, the other shaft core head of the flexible shaft core is inserted into a left connecting sleeve and is connected with the left connecting sleeve by a key, the left connecting sleeve is fixed with an antistatic insulating plate by a bolt, the antistatic insulating plate is fixed with a right connecting sleeve by a bolt, and an output shaft of a speed reducer with a motor is inserted into the right connecting sleeve and is connected with the right connecting sleeve by a key; one end of the adjusting nut is provided with a small hole, one end of the pull sleeve is provided with a thread, the other end of the pull sleeve is provided with a flange, the pull sleeve penetrates through the small hole of the adjusting nut and is in threaded connection with the shaft sleeve head, the adjusting nut is in threaded connection with the shell, and the shell is fixed on the speed reducer through a bolt. All the production equipment related to firework powder is placed in a production room with a firewall, and the pneumatic motor or the hydraulic motor is adopted for driving the equipment, but the pneumatic motor or the hydraulic motor consumes high power and has unstable rotating speed. Some want to install the motor outside the firewall, adopt rigid shaft transmission, but often receive fireworks equipment power input shaft's restriction, can not realize. Some motors are arranged outside the firewall and driven by flexible shafts, but the static electricity is introduced in danger, and the reliability is also a problem.

The flexible shaft core is formed by winding two or more layers of steel wires, and the winding directions of the steel wires of adjacent layers are opposite.
The flexible shaft sleeve is formed by winding a steel belt, and rubber is wrapped outside the steel belt.
And a sliding bearing or a rolling bearing is arranged between the shaft core head and the shaft sleeve head.
