Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned defects of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a calling box structure, in which a rotary key is combined into a floor key, so as to save the area of a calling box panel.
The invention aims to realize the purpose through the technical scheme, and the calling box structure comprises:
the calling box comprises a calling box base and a calling box shell;
the calling box base comprises a plurality of limiting bulges fixed with the calling box shell;
the limiting bulge comprises a plurality of limiting clamping pieces;
the calling box shell comprises a shell wall; the shell wall comprises a clamping piece groove used for fixing the limiting clamping piece.
Furthermore, a first bolt through hole is also formed in the limiting protrusion;
the calling box shell also comprises a second bolt through hole;
the first bolt through hole and the second bolt through hole are consistent in radius.
Furthermore, the calling box base also comprises a first rotary key;
a plurality of first digital keys are arranged around the first rotary key; a first fixed groove is formed in the first digital key;
the first rotary key further comprises a first connecting bulge which is used for limiting and fixing with the first fixing groove;
the calling box base also comprises a controller;
the first fixing groove is internally provided with a first sensor used for transmitting a first connecting signal to the sensor.
Furthermore, a second rotary key is also arranged on the calling box base;
a plurality of second digital keys are arranged around the second rotary key; a second fixed groove is formed in the second digital key;
the second rotary key further comprises a second connecting bulge which is used for limiting and fixing with the second fixing groove;
and a second sensor used for transmitting a second connecting signal to the sensor is also arranged in the second fixing groove.
Furthermore, the base of the calling box also comprises a plurality of digital display tubes shaped like Chinese character 'ji'.
Furthermore, the calling box base comprises a first digital display tube and a second digital display tube;
the first digital display tube is positioned above the first rotary key and the first digital key;
the second digital display tube is positioned above the second rotary key and the second digital key.
Furthermore, the first digital display tube and the second digital display tube are also electrically connected with the controller.
Furthermore, the calling box base also comprises an uplink key and a downlink key.
Furthermore, the calling box base also comprises a confirming key and a canceling key.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the following advantages: the elevator calling box adopts two rotary keys of the calling box, and the two rotary keys are provided with ten keys of 0-9, so that the elevator calling box can meet the elevator requirement of 100 floors in total, and basically meets most of the elevator calling box requirements in the market. Meanwhile, the invention is also provided with a cancel key, which can ensure that the demand of the instruction can be directly cancelled when the rotation is wrong.

Examples, as shown in fig. 1 to 7; a calling box structure, comprising: a calling box base 1 and a calling box shell 11;
the calling box base 1 comprises a plurality of limiting bulges 10 fixed with a calling box shell 11;
the limiting bulge 10 comprises a plurality of limiting clamping pieces 101;
the calling box shell 11 comprises a shell wall 111; the housing wall 111 includes a card-holding groove 1110 for fixing with the limit card 101.
The limiting bulge 10 is also provided with a first bolt through hole 102;
the calling box shell 11 also comprises a second bolt through hole 110;
the first bolt through hole 102 and the second bolt through hole 110 have the same radius.
The calling box base 1 also comprises a first rotary key 2;
a plurality of first digital keys 21 are arranged around the first rotary key 2; the first number key 21 is provided with a first fixing groove 211;
the first rotary key 2 further comprises a first connecting protrusion 22 for limiting and fixing with the first fixing groove 211;
the calling box base 1 also comprises a controller 9;
the first fixing recess 211 further includes therein a first sensor for transmitting a first connection signal to the sensor 9.
The calling box base 1 also comprises a second rotary key 4;
a plurality of second digital keys 41 are arranged around the second rotary key 4; the second number key 41 is provided with a second fixing groove 411;
the second rotary key 4 further comprises a second connecting protrusion 42 for limiting and fixing with the second fixing groove 411;
a second sensor for transmitting a second connection signal to the sensor 9 is further included in the second fixing recess 411.
The calling box base 1 also comprises a plurality of 8-shaped digital display tubes. Comprises a first digital display tube 8 and a second digital display tube 81;
the first digital display tube 8 is positioned above the first rotary key 2 and the first digital key 21;
the second digital display tube 81 is located above the second rotary key 4 and the second digital key 41.
The first digital display tube 8 and the second digital display tube 81 are also electrically connected with the controller 9. The first digital display tube 8 and the second digital display tube 81 are electrically connected with the controller 9 through a data transmission line 91. The controller 9 controls the first digital display tube 8 and the second digital display tube 81 to display through the data transmission line 91.
The calling box base 1 also comprises an uplink key 3 and a downlink key 5. The up and down commands of the elevator can be realized through the up button 3 and the down button 5.
The calling box base 1 also comprises a confirming key 6 and a canceling key 7. When the corresponding floor number is determined by the rotary key, the corresponding floor number can be cancelled by the determination key 6, and when the selected floor needs to be cancelled, the cancellation key 7 is directly selected for cancellation.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the rotary key rotates to a corresponding number, the rotary key is pulled outwards at the same time, the connecting bulge on the rotary key is fixed in the fixed groove, the pressure sensor in the fixed groove is fixedly pressed, the pressure sensor transmits a control signal of the fixedly pressed digital key to the controller, the controller waits for the upward key or the downward key and then waits for the key to be determined or cancelled, and therefore control over the elevator is achieved.
