医疗冰箱门封条的产品质量直接影响这医疗冰箱门的密封效果,在医疗冰箱门封条加工中,为了提高医疗冰箱门封条的产品质量,需要对医疗冰箱门封条的原料进行充分研磨,现有的医疗冰箱门封条原料研磨装置存在着工作效率低、原料研磨质量不佳、操作人员劳动强度大的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有医疗冰箱门封条原料研磨装置存在的工作效率低、原料研磨质量不佳、操作人员劳动强度大的问题,提供一种结构设计合理、工作效率高、原料研磨质量好、操作人员劳动强度小的医疗冰箱门封条生产用原料研磨装置。
本发明解决的技术问题所采取的技术方案为:
一种医疗冰箱门封条生产用原料研磨装置,包括底板、进料筒、出料筒、研磨筒、电机、筛板和研磨球,其特征在于:所述的底板上设置有支架,并在底板上设置有承载座,所述的进料筒、出料筒分别设置在承载座上,在进料筒、出料筒内均设置有内腔,并在进料筒、出料筒上分别设置有进料管、出料管,所述的研磨筒两端分别设置在进料筒、出料筒内,并在研磨筒外壁上设置有从动轮,所述的电机设置在底板上,并在电机上设置有主动轮、电源线,所述的筛板设置在研磨筒内,并在筛板上设置有筛孔,所述的研磨球设置在研磨筒内,将需要研磨的密封条原料经过进料管加入到研磨筒的一端内,将研磨筒设置为锥形结构,避免研磨过程中的密封条原料在研磨筒内反向移动,能够对密封条原料进行充分研磨,提高密封条原料的研磨质量,研磨筒旋转过程中带动导流板旋转,使导流板带动研磨过程中的研磨球和密封条原料移动,研磨后的密封条原料经过筛板上的筛孔流动到筛板的另一侧,筛板对研磨球起到阻挡作用,使研磨球继续对密封条原料进行研磨,研磨后的密封条从研磨筒流入到出料筒的内腔中,并经过出料管排出,提高了密封条原料的研磨效率及研磨质量。
优选地,所述的研磨筒两端与进料筒内壁及出料筒内壁之间均设置有轴承,电机带动主动轮旋转,主动轮通过皮带带动从动轮旋转,带动研磨筒在进料筒与出料筒之间旋转,带动研磨筒内的密封条原料翻动,使密封条原料充分与研磨球接触,对密封条原料进行研磨,提高密封条原料的研磨效率及研磨质量。
优选地,所述的电机上的主动轮通过皮带与从动轮连接,电机上的主动轮带动从动轮旋转,从动轮带动研磨筒旋转,翻动研磨筒内的密封条原料,提高密封条原料的研磨效率,降低了操作人员的劳动强度。
优选地,所述的筛板,其数量为2-6个,并将筛板上筛孔的目数由靠近进料筒的一端至另一端依次增大,通过筛板能够对研磨筒内研磨过程中的密封条原料进行筛选,避免密封条原料在研磨筒内反向移动,进一步提高密封条原料的研磨质量。
优选地,所述的研磨筒设置为锥形结构,在研磨筒一端与筛板之间及筛板与筛板之间的研磨筒内壁上设置有导流板,并将导流板设置为螺旋状结构,将研磨筒设置为锥形结构,避免研磨过程中的密封条原料在研磨筒内反向移动,能够对密封条原料进行充分研磨,提高密封条原料的研磨质量,研磨筒旋转过程中带动导流板旋转,使导流板带动研磨过程中的研磨球和密封条原料移动,研磨后的密封条原料经过筛板上的筛孔流动到筛板的另一侧,筛板对研磨球起到阻挡作用,使研磨球继续对密封条原料进行研磨,研磨后的密封条从研磨筒流入到出料筒的内腔中,并经过出料管排出,提高了密封条原料的研磨效率及研磨质量。
优选地,所述的支架上设置有行走轮,并在行走轮上设置有刹车装置,通过行走轮、刹车装置便于研磨装置的移运,降低了人工搬运的劳动强度,提高了工作效率,也能克服研磨装置受到使用场地的限制。

优选地,所述的电机5上的主动轮17通过皮带18与从动轮13连接,电机5上的主动轮17带动从动轮13旋转,从动轮13带动研磨筒4旋转,翻动研磨筒4内的密封条原料,提高密封条原料的研磨效率,降低了操作人员的劳动强度。

优选地,所述的支架8上设置有行走轮20,并在行走轮20上设置有刹车装置21,通过行走轮20、刹车装置21便于研磨装置的移运,降低了人工搬运的劳动强度,提高了工作效率,也能克服研磨装置受到使用场地的限制。
