Background
When the tableware is washed by tap water, a large washing water flow is usually needed for washing, but the continuous large water flow for washing the tableware can cause waste of water resources; therefore, there is a need for a tap water filter capable of intermittently washing tableware and saving water resources, so as to solve the problems in the prior art.

Advantageous effects
The invention is provided with the intermittent opening and closing structure, the water flow drives the rotating blade to rotate so as to drive the first gear to rotate, the first gear is meshed with the eccentric gear to drive the eccentric gear to rotate, and the eccentric gear connecting rod drives the second partition plate to move up and down so as to enable the first strip-shaped through hole to be clamped with or separated from the strip-shaped bulge, so that the first strip-shaped through hole and the strip-shaped bulge are in reciprocating motion, the intermittent washing of tableware is realized, and the purpose of saving water is achieved under the condition that the washing cleanliness of the tableware is not influenced.
