When the driving member controls the spool 103 to rotate, the pulling wire 104 is continuously wound on the spool 103, thereby pulling the slider 102 back to one end of the slide rail 101. Preferably, the sliding rail 101 is provided with a guide wheel, the traction wire 104 is connected with the winding shaft 103 after being guided by the guide wheel, and the traction wire 104 can adopt a steel wire to ensure the working stability of the boxing target.
The driving piece comprises a motor assembly 6, a transmission assembly and an electromagnetic clutch 105, wherein the motor assembly 6 is in transmission connection with the electromagnetic clutch 105 through the transmission assembly, the electromagnetic clutch 105 is connected with the winding shaft 103, and the electromagnetic clutch 105 is electrically connected with the controller. The motor assembly 6 comprises a driving motor, the driving motor is connected with a reduction gearbox, an output shaft of the reduction gearbox is connected with a transmission assembly, and the transmission assembly is connected with the electromagnetic clutch 105. The driving motor can adopt a servo motor or a stepping motor, so that the automatic boxing target can be controlled more simply and efficiently. The output shaft of the reduction gearbox is longer, and is far away from a trainer as far as possible, and meanwhile, a protective baffle is arranged around the motor assembly 6 and the transmission assembly to prevent personnel from being injured. The drive motor may be operated at all times to control the rotation of spool 103 via electromagnetic clutch 105, thereby controlling the movement of the boxing target assembly.
The transmission assembly comprises a driving wheel 106 and a driven wheel 107, and the driving wheel 106 and the driven wheel 107 are in transmission connection through a belt 108. An output shaft of the reduction gearbox is connected with a driving wheel 106, a driven wheel 107 is connected with a rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is connected with an electromagnetic clutch 105. Since the driving pulley 106 and the driven pulley 107 are drivingly connected by the belt 108, the apparatus is prevented from being damaged by slipping of the belt 108 when overload occurs.
An elastic body 109 is arranged at the end of the sliding rail 101, and one end of the elastic body 109 is connected with the sliding piece 102. Specifically, the elastic body 109 is an extension spring, which is disposed at an end of the slide rail 101 away from the handler. After the trainer hits the target 115 on the fist target assembly, if the trainer is not strong enough, the extension spring can pull the slider 102 back to the end of the slide 101 away from the trainer.
The end of the sliding rail 101 far away from the extension spring is provided with a buffer spring 110. The buffer spring 110 is disposed at one end of the sliding rail 101 near the trainer, and when the sliding member 102 slides to the end of the sliding rail 101, the sliding member 102 contacts with the buffer spring 110, and the buffer action of the buffer spring 110 prevents the damage of the equipment.
The boxing target assembly comprises a telescopic frame 114, and a plurality of target bodies 115 are arranged on the telescopic frame 114. The telescopic frame 114 is provided with an adjusting knob, the height of the telescopic frame 114 is adjusted through the adjusting knob, the target body 115 is arranged on the telescopic frame 114, and the angle of the target body 115 can be adjusted, so that training of trainers with different heights is facilitated, and the device is particularly shown in fig. 2.
Further, the target 115 includes a support plate, and an elastic pad is disposed on the support plate. The elastic cushion is foam and sponge, and the elastic cushion wraps the supporting plate, and the supporting plate can be self-balanced to meet different training requirements of a trainer on strength.
The boxing target component is provided with a pressure sensor, and the pressure sensor is electrically connected with the controller. The pressure sensor is mounted in an elastic pad, and when a trainer hits the target body 115, the pressure sensor generates an electrical signal and feeds the electrical signal back to the controller.
Preferably, an electromagnet is disposed at one end of the sliding rail 101, the electromagnet is correspondingly disposed with a backstop spring 111 for blocking the sliding member 102, and the electromagnet is electrically connected with the controller. A groove is formed in the surface of the sliding rail 101, an electromagnet is arranged in the groove, the backstop spring sheet 111 is made of iron products, the backstop spring sheet 111 is obliquely arranged on the surface of the sliding rail 101, and one end of the backstop spring sheet 111 is hinged with the sliding rail 101. When the electromagnet is powered off, the backstop elastic sheet 111 forms a convex structure on the surface of the sliding rail 101, and when the sliding piece 102 slides in a direction away from a trainer, the sliding piece 102 can pass through the backstop elastic sheet 111 to reach the end part of the sliding rail 101; when the slider 102 slides in a direction approaching the trainer, the stopper spring 111 holds the slider 102 against the slider 102, and prevents the slider 102 from sliding in a direction approaching the trainer. After the electromagnet is electrified, the electromagnet interacts with the backstop spring sheet 111 to enable the backstop spring sheet 111 to cover the groove, the sliding piece 102 loses the blocking effect of the backstop spring sheet 111, and the sliding piece 102 slides towards the direction approaching the trainer.
Further, a first position sensor 112 and a second position sensor 113 are respectively disposed at two ends of the sliding rail 101, and the first position sensor 112 and the second position sensor 113 are respectively electrically connected with the controller. The first position sensor 112 is arranged at one end of the sliding rail 101 far away from the trainer, the second position sensor 113 is arranged at one end of the sliding rail 101 close to the trainer, and when the sliding piece 102 moves to the two ends of the sliding rail 101, the first position sensor 112 and the second position sensor 113 respectively generate an electric signal and feed the electric signal back to the controller.
Wherein, the expansion bracket 114 of the middle and upper boxing target 3 is provided with a high-position target body 116, a boxing target body 117 and a middle-position target body 118, and the boxing target body 117 is positioned between the high-position target body 116 and the middle-position target body 118. The high-position target 116 is a straight-line boxing method, if the requirement of head training is met, head impact can be used, and the middle-position target 118 is a straight-line leg method such as middle position forward pedaling, side-step, back-step and the like, and a knee method, boxing method and the like.
The working method of the automatic boxing target system comprises the following steps:
the trainer selects a training mode through a mobile phone APP, a touch display screen or a remote control module, wherein the training mode comprises a single boxing method, a combined boxing method, a random boxing method and an intelligent boxing method;
when a single boxing training is selected, a program of a control center is started, and the control center controls one set of automatic boxing targets to run according to the setting of the program;
when the combined boxing training is selected, a program of a control center is started, and the control center controls at least two sets of automatic boxing targets to run according to the sequence and the interval time set by the program;
when random boxing training is selected, a program of a control center is started, and the control center controls each set of automatic boxing targets to randomly run according to the interval time set by the program;
when intelligent boxing training is selected, a program of a control center is started, the control center detects the position of a trainer through a sensor group, and the control center controls each set of automatic boxing targets to run aiming at the position of the trainer;
wherein, the operation process of each automatic boxing target comprises:
s1, after a first position sensor 112 of an automatic boxing target detects a sliding piece 102, the first position sensor 112 generates an electric signal and feeds the electric signal back to a controller, the controller controls an electromagnetic clutch 105 and an electromagnet to be electrified at the same time, and the sliding piece 102 moves towards a direction approaching a trainer under the action of a traction wire 104;
s2, after the sliding piece 102 slides over the non-return spring piece 111, the controller controls the electromagnet to lose electricity, and the non-return spring piece 111 bounces again;
s3, if a trainer hits the boxing target assembly, an electric signal generated by a pressure sensor on the boxing target assembly is fed back to the controller, and the controller controls the electromagnetic clutch 105 to lose electricity; if the trainer does not hit the boxing target component, after the second position sensor 113 detects the sliding piece 102, the second position sensor 113 generates an electric signal and feeds the electric signal back to the controller, and the controller controls the electromagnetic clutch 105 to lose power;
s4, the sliding piece 102 moves away from the trainer under the impact force of the trainer; or the slider 102 moves away from the trainer under the force of the elastic body 109;
s5, the sliding piece 102 passes over the backstop elastic sheet 111, and the sliding piece 102 returns to the initial position.
When the invention is used by a trainer, the control center is provided with a boxing training program, the trainer selects a training mode through the mobile phone APP, the touch display screen or the remote control module, the training mode comprises a single boxing method, a combined boxing method, a random boxing method and an intelligent boxing method, each boxing method is provided with boxing target movement speed selection and time interval selection, and the boxing target movement speed can be controlled by controlling the rotation speed of the driving motor. In the combined boxing method, if one scheme is that a right straight boxing is connected with a left swing boxing, one scheme is that a left hook boxing is connected with a right straight boxing and a right middle leg is swept, and one scheme is that a left straight boxing is connected with a left straight boxing in a flashing manner, the left flashing manner is that a trainer dodges leftwards, and at the moment, the target attacking distance of the boxing is longer, if the trainer can be hit without dodging. The single boxing method is as one scheme of left straight boxing and one scheme of right straight boxing and left swing boxing are repeated for ten times. The random boxing method has a random scheme, namely a trainer does not know how each set of automatic boxing targets operates in advance.
The combined boxing training process can control each set of automatic boxing targets to run according to a certain sequence, and the random boxing method controls each set of automatic boxing targets to run randomly, so that the reaction capacity of a trainer is improved. The trainer can punch the target 115, and can also perform dodging training when the target 115 moves to the position. The target body 115 can hit the target body when the target body is not hit by the flash, and the training person can defend the target body while making a fist, so that the practice sense can be cultivated by correcting some wrong habit actions which only attack and do not defend.
When the combined boxing training is carried out, a trainer can set the interval time of each set of automatic boxing targets through the control center, for example, the movement time interval of each set of automatic boxing targets is set to be 1 second, and five sets of boxing targets are started in sequence. The slide 102 of each automatic boxing target is initially positioned at the end of the slide rail 101 away from the trainer, and the backstop spring 111 acts as a barrier to the slide 102. The control center firstly controls the first set of automatic boxing targets to run, and when the sliding parts 102 of the first set of automatic boxing targets return to the original positions, the second set of automatic boxing targets are controlled to run after 1 second of interval; when the sliding member 102 of the second set of automatic boxing targets returns to the original position, the third set of automatic boxing targets is operated again after 1 second interval; when the sliding piece 102 of the third automatic boxing target returns to the original position, the fourth automatic boxing target is operated again after 1 second interval; when the slide 102 of the fourth set of automatic fist target is returned to the original position, the fifth set of automatic fist target is re-operated after an interval of 1 second.
When the first set of automatic boxing targets are started, after the first position sensor 112 of the first set of automatic boxing targets detects the sliding piece 102, the first position sensor 112 generates an electric signal and feeds the electric signal back to the controller, the controller controls the electromagnetic clutch 105 and the electromagnet to be simultaneously electrified, the electromagnet and the backstop elastic piece 111 interact, the backstop elastic piece 111 covers the groove, the sliding piece 102 loses the blocking effect of the backstop elastic piece 111, and the sliding piece 102 slides towards the direction close to a trainer; after the sliding piece 102 passes over the backstop elastic sheet 111, the controller controls the electromagnet to lose electricity, and the backstop elastic sheet 111 bounces again. After the electromagnetic clutch 105 is electrified, the winding shaft 103 and the transmission assembly are in an engaged state, the transmission assembly drives the winding shaft 103 to rotate, the traction wire 104 is continuously wound on the winding shaft 103, and the sliding piece 102 is pulled to gradually slide towards the direction close to the trainer, so that the target body 115 is continuously close to the trainer. The trainer can control the rotation speed of the motor assembly 6 through the controller, thereby controlling the speed of the movement of the target 115.
The trainer sees the target body 115 and then quickly punches the target, when the target body 115 is hit, the electric signal generated by the pressure sensor on the target body 115 is fed back to the controller, the controller outputs the signal to the electromagnetic clutch 105, so that the electromagnetic clutch 105 is powered off, and the traction wire 104 stops winding on the winding shaft 103. Because the target 115 moves by pulling the sliding member 102 by the pulling wire 104 during the movement process of approaching the trainer, the dead weight of the target 115 can generate a certain inertia, and the trainer needs enough force to hit the target 115 back, so that the strength and the fist feeling of the trainer can be exercised.
When the force of the trainer overcomes the force of the target body 115, the target body 115 stops moving in the original direction and moves in the opposite direction under the moment of the trainer, and the pull wire 104 wound on the winding shaft 103 is gradually released. If the force of the trainer is sufficiently high and fast enough, the slider 102 can go over the backstop spring 111 and back to the end of the slide rail 101, and the target 115 returns to the original position. If the strength of the trainer is insufficient, the slider 102 can go over the backstop spring 111 under the action of the tension spring and return to the end of the slide rail 101, and the target 115 returns to the initial position.
If the reaction of the trainer is not fast enough, the target body 115 is not hit during the downward movement of the target body 115, the sliding member 102 continuously moves towards the direction approaching the trainer, after the second position sensor 113 detects the sliding member 102, the second position sensor 113 generates an electric signal and feeds the electric signal back to the controller, the controller sends the signal to the electromagnetic clutch 105, the electromagnetic clutch 105 is powered off, the winding shaft 103 is disconnected from the motor assembly 6, the sliding member 102 continues to move towards the direction approaching the trainer, after the sliding member 102 impacts the buffer spring 110, the speed gradually slows down until the movement is finally stopped, then the sliding member 102 returns to the end of the sliding rail 101 after passing over the backstop spring sheet 111 under the tensile force of the extension spring, and the target body 115 returns to the initial position.
The control center can count the boxing data of the trainer, can count boxing force data of the trainer through the pressure sensor on the boxing target, count the force of each different boxing method, display the boxing force data on the touch display screen, and also upload the data to the server, and the user obtains the data from the server through the mobile phone APP, so that the trainer can know own advantages, disadvantages and progress. The automatic boxing target system can punch and kick, and can also punch and kick the elbows and knees, so that the distance sense, rhythm sense, reaction speed, beating strength and defensive ability of a trainer can be exercised in multiple directions, the coordination ability of vision, hearing, hands and feet of the trainer is enhanced, and the brain and limb reaction speed of the trainer is improved.

an elastic body (109) is arranged at the end part of the sliding rail (101), and one end of the elastic body (109) is connected with the sliding piece (102); a buffer spring (110) is arranged at one end of the sliding rail (101) far away from the elastic body (109); the sliding piece (102) moves away from the trainer under the impact force of the trainer; the sliding piece (102) moves away from the trainer under the action of the elastic body (109); the sliding piece (102) moves towards the direction approaching the trainer under the action of the traction wire (104); the boxing target component is provided with a pressure sensor, and the pressure sensor is electrically connected with the controller; one end of the sliding rail (101) is provided with an electromagnet, the electromagnet is correspondingly provided with a backstop spring piece (111) for blocking the sliding piece (102), and the electromagnet is electrically connected with the controller; the two ends of the sliding rail (101) are respectively provided with a first position sensor (112) and a second position sensor (113), and the first position sensor (112) and the second position sensor (113) are respectively electrically connected with the controller.

when intelligent boxing training is selected, a program of a control center is started, the control center detects the position of a trainer through a sensor group, and the control center controls each set of automatic boxing targets to run aiming at the position of the trainer;
