Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the drawings and examples.
As shown in fig. 1.
An abdominal cavity drainage device comprises a water inlet pipe and a suction pipe, wherein the water inlet pipe comprises a water inlet outer pipe 1 and a water inlet inner pipe 2; the water inlet inner pipe 1 is arranged in the water inlet outer pipe 2 and can rotate freely. The suction tube comprises a suction outer tube 9 and a suction inner tube 11, and the suction inner tube 11 is arranged in the suction outer tube 9 and can rotate freely. Preferably, the gap between the water inlet inner pipe 1 and the water inlet outer pipe 2 and the gap between the suction inner pipe 11 and the suction outer pipe 9 are both 1-2mm. Meanwhile, the invention can be designed into different specifications, and the gap is correspondingly adjusted so as to meet the use requirement.
The outer diameter of the water inlet outer tube 2 is smaller than the outer diameter of the suction outer tube 9. Typically, the inlet outer tube 2 has a thickness of 12-16F and the suction outer tube 9 has a thickness of 28-30F, wherein 1F represents a diameter of about 0.33mm. A connecting part 6 is arranged between the water inlet outer tube 2 and the suction outer tube 9. The connecting part 6 is in a truncated cone shape and is made of soft silica gel, so that the water inlet outer tube 2 and the suction outer tube 9 are connected smoothly and are separated from each other. Meanwhile, the water inlet outer tube 2 and the suction outer tube 9 can be properly twisted, so that the operation is convenient. The proximal end of the water inlet inner tube 1 and the proximal end of the suction inner tube 11 are both open.
The middle part of the water inlet inner pipe 1 is provided with a first convex ring 3 which surrounds the outer wall of the water inlet inner pipe, and the outer edge of the water inlet inner pipe is provided with threads; the inner wall of the middle part of the water inlet outer tube 2 is provided with a first thread section corresponding to the first convex ring 3; the length of the first thread section is greater than the thickness of the first convex ring 3, so that the first convex ring 3 can move back and forth along the first thread section, further drive the water inlet inner pipe 1 to move back and forth, and prevent the water inlet inner pipe 1 from separating from the water inlet outer pipe 2. Preferably, the length of the water inlet outer tube 2 is about 20cm, and the proximal end of the water inlet inner tube 1 is 2-3cm from the proximal end of the water inlet outer tube 2.
Meanwhile, a plurality of water inlet inner holes 5 are formed in the side wall of the proximal end of the water inlet inner tube 1, a plurality of water inlet outer holes 4 are formed in the side wall of the proximal end of the water inlet outer tube 2, and flushing fluid flowing in through the water inlet inner tube 1 can flow out of the water inlet tube through the water inlet inner holes 5 and the water inlet outer holes 4 and enter a patient body, so that flushing is achieved. Preferably, the water inlet outer holes 4 and the water inlet inner holes 5 are axially arranged in a plurality of rows, and the number of the holes in each row is the same or different. Preferably, the number of the water inlet outer holes 4 is 6, the number of the water inlet inner holes 5 is 3, and the arrangement space between the two holes is matched with the pitch of the first thread section, namely, when the first convex ring moves by 1.5 or 0.5 pitch, the water inlet inner holes 5 and the water inlet outer holes 4 are staggered with each other, so that the water inlet range and the water inlet amount are changed. The number of the water inlet outer holes 4 and the water inlet inner holes 5 is 4-8 per row. The aperture of the water inlet outer hole 4 is 1/16-1/8 of the circumference of the water inlet outer pipe 2. The aperture of the water inlet inner hole 5 is 1/16-1/8 of the circumference of the water inlet inner pipe 1.
The distal end part of the suction inner tube 11 is provided with a second convex ring 10 encircling the outer wall, and the inner wall of the distal end of the suction outer tube 11 is provided with a second thread section corresponding to the second convex ring 10; the length of the second thread section is greater than the thickness of the second flange 10 and extends to the distal end of the suction outer tube 9, so that the second flange 10 can move along the second thread section until being separated from the second thread section, and therefore, the suction inner tube 11 can move back and forth in the suction outer tube 9 and can be separated from the suction outer tube 9, and drainage operation is more convenient. The suction outer tube 9 has a suction outer hole 7 on the proximal side wall, and the suction inner tube 11 has a suction inner hole 8 on the proximal side wall, so that the suction inner hole and the suction inner hole can be correspondingly communicated with each other to realize drainage. When the inner suction pipe 11 moves back and forth, the position between the inner suction pipe 8 and the outer suction pipe 7 can be changed, the suction range can be adjusted, and the occurrence of the events such as poor drainage and the like caused by the mutual adhesion and blockage of the inner suction pipe 11 and the outer suction pipe 9 can be prevented. The suction outer holes 7 and the suction inner holes 8 may be uniformly provided along the circumference of the tube so as to secure the suction effect. Preferably, the outer suction holes 7 are arranged in 8-10 rows of 4-6 holes, and the aperture of the outer suction holes is about 1/8 of the circumference of the outer suction pipe 9. The suction inner holes 8 are arranged in 6-8 rows of 4-6 holes, and the aperture of each row is about 1/8 of the circumference of the suction inner tube 11. Alternatively, the proximal end of the suction inner tube 11 may be filled with a medical sponge material without providing the suction inner hole 8, and suction may be performed by the sponge material.
The distal end of the water inlet inner pipe 1 extends out of the water inlet outer pipe 2 and is connected with a water injection device so as to inject medicines such as flushing liquid; the distal end of the suction inner tube 11 also extends out of the suction outer tube 9 and can be connected with a negative pressure device for drainage by negative pressure. The scale marks are arranged at the distal end parts of the water inlet inner pipe 1 and the suction inner pipe 11, and the degree of the water inlet outer pipe 2 or the suction outer pipe 9 respectively extending into the distal end port of the water inlet outer pipe 2 or the suction outer pipe 9 is displayed, so that the operation is more convenient.
The application method of the invention comprises the following steps: in operation, the device is put into a patient, so that the distal end of the water inlet outer tube and the distal end of the suction outer tube are respectively pulled out through skin and then fixed in different areas of the abdomen of the patient. Then, the distal end of the water inlet tube is connected to a water injection device, and a flushing fluid or the like is injected into the patient, and the injection amount is adjusted by rotating the water inlet tube. When drainage is needed, the distal end of the suction inner tube is connected with a negative pressure device, dirt in the body is led out through the negative pressure effect, and the positions of the proximal end opening of the suction inner tube and the proximal end of the suction outer tube can be changed by rotating the suction inner tube, so that the suction force and the drainage area can be adjusted. Therefore, the invention can penetrate through the whole focus area, form opposite flushing and unobstructed drainage, avoid the inner end of the body to become a blind end, reduce the tissue damage caused by physical factors of the previous inner blind end, and can stop the drainage tube from shifting and falling off. Simultaneously, can also form the sinus passageway, make things convenient for drainage device's change, namely install the guide wire on former drainage device's the outer tube that intakes, then, pull out original suction outer tube from its distal end department, until the inner tube that intakes and guide wire all move out of the body, install this guide wire to new drainage device's inner tube distal end that intakes again to under the traction of this guide wire, put back home position or target position according to the sinus passageway, very big convenience is changed the operation.
The invention is not related in part to the same as or can be practiced with the prior art.
