For example, at least one (one) of a, b, or c, may represent: a, b, c, "a and b", "a and c", "b and c", or "a and b and c", wherein a, b, c may be single or plural.
Aiming at the problems that the aging condition of the current society is increasingly serious and old people are not nursed well, the embodiment of the application provides an alarming method, an alarming device and related equipment.
It should be noted that the alarm method, the alarm device and the related equipment provided in the embodiments of the present application may not only be used in an elderly care institution to protect the safety of the elderly, but also be used in a hospital, a school, an entertainment place, a community, and other places to ensure the personal safety of people (such as patients in the hospital, children in the school or the community, and visitors in an amusement park) in these places, and the embodiments of the present application do not specifically limit this.
For convenience of understanding, a specific application scenario of the alarm method and the alarm device provided in the embodiments of the present application is described below.
The positioning method and the positioning device provided by the embodiment of the application are applied to alarm equipment. The alarm device has a structure as shown in fig. 1, and includes a positioning module 101, a first communication module 102, and a second communication module 103, and the working state of the alarm device can be controlled by a control module (e.g., a micro control unit MCU). The control module may be arranged on the alarm device, or may be arranged independently of the alarm device, which is not limited herein, and the alarm method provided in the embodiment of the present application may be executed by the control module.
The Positioning module 101 may acquire position information of the alarm device, and may specifically be implemented by using any one or more Positioning manners, such as a Global Positioning System (GPS), a BeiDou Satellite Navigation System (BDS), a Galileo Satellite Navigation System (Galileo Satellite Navigation System), bluetooth Positioning, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Positioning, and the like, which are not limited herein. In practical applications, in order to ensure the positioning accuracy and improve the rescue quality and efficiency, the positioning module 100 may adopt a plurality of different positioning manners to obtain accurate position information. For example, the positioning module 100 may combine bluetooth positioning and GPS positioning, and when the alarm device is located in an outdoor environment, the GPS positioning may be used to obtain the location information of the alarm device; when the alarm device is in an indoor environment, the information of the alarm device can be obtained in a bluetooth positioning manner, and the embodiment of the present application does not limit the specific manner in which the positioning module 100 obtains the position information, and is not listed here any more.
The first Communication module 102 and the second Communication module 103 may be Mobile Communication modules (e.g., 3G and 4G modules), internet of things (e.g., NB-Iot, SigFox, etc.) modules, General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) modules, Global System for Mobile Communication (GSM) modules, and the GSM modules may transmit location information using GPRS technology. In practical applications, in order to ensure accuracy of data transmission, the first communication module 102 and the second communication module 103 may be implemented by using different communication technologies, for example, the first communication module 102 is an internet of things module, and the second communication module 103 is a GPRS/GSM module. When the alarm device is in a normal working state, in order to save electric energy and prolong the standby time of the device, only one of the first communication module 102 and the second communication module 103 is in an open state, for example, the first communication module 102 is open and the second communication module 103 is closed, and when the alarm device is in the normal working state, the position information is sent to the control platform through the first communication module 400, so that the control platform can monitor the position of a user in real time, and special situations such as missing are avoided.
The following explains an alarm method provided in an embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 2, the figure is a schematic flow chart of an alarm method provided in the embodiment of the present application.
The alarm method provided by the embodiment of the application comprises the following steps:
s201: and receiving an alarm trigger signal.
In the embodiment of the present application, the alarm trigger signal may be triggered by an alarm trigger module disposed on the alarm device. When a user (such as the old in an old care institution) provided with the alarm device is in an emergency, the alarm triggering module can be triggered to send an alarm triggering signal, so that rescuers (such as caregivers and policemen of the old care institution) can rescue the user. In practical application, the alarm triggering module may be triggered by a key, voice, or a specific action on the alarm device, and the application is not limited.
In another example, the alarm trigger signal may be sent by wired or wireless communication via other devices, such as a smart phone or a smart bracelet worn by the elderly, and when an emergency situation occurs, the alarm trigger signal is sent to the control module by wireless communication, which is not listed here.
S202: and the position information sent by the positioning module is sent to the control platform through the opened first communication module.
It should be noted that the first communication module is already in the on state before receiving the alarm trigger signal, and the second communication module is in the off state. Because the second communication module needs a certain time to be opened, in the embodiment of the application, in order to enable the rescuer to obtain the position information of the user in time, after the alarm trigger signal is received, the rescuer directly sends the position information to the control platform through the opened first communication module, so that the rescuer can know the emergency and the position of the old man through the control platform, and the rescue timeliness is ensured.
In some possible implementations, in order to save the power of the device and prolong the endurance time of the alarm device, the first communication module may be further turned off after step S202.
S203: and starting the second communication module, and sending the position information to the control platform through the second communication module.
In the embodiment of the present application, the second communication module may be turned on when the alarm trigger signal is received, or the second communication module may be turned on after step S202, which is not limited herein.
After the second communication module is started, the position information is sent to the control platform again through the second communication module, the situation that the control platform does not receive the position information sent by the first communication module due to network faults and the like is avoided, the control platform can timely and accurately receive the position information of the user, and then the efficiency and the quality of rescue for the user are guaranteed.
In practical application, after the position information is sent to the control platform, the prefabricated voice can be played to inform the user that the position information is conveyed, so that the emotion of the user is relieved.
In the embodiment of the application, the position information of the user can be obtained in real time through the positioning module, so that a caregiver can timely rescue the user according to the position information when a danger occurs, when the danger occurs, the caregiver receives an alarm triggering signal, and the position information sent by the positioning module is sent to the control platform through the started first communication module, so that the control platform can timely and quickly know the occurrence of the dangerous condition and receive the position of the user when the user triggers the alarm. After the alarm trigger signal is received, the second communication module is started, and the position information of the user is sent to the control platform again through the second communication module, so that the situations that the position information is lost in transmission, the control platform cannot receive the position information and the like due to network faults and the like are prevented, the personal safety of the user is guaranteed, and the rescue efficiency and quality are improved.
In order to further ensure the efficiency and quality of rescue, in some possible implementation manners of the embodiment of the application, an alarm device may also be used to make a call for help to the control platform or the rescue worker. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
referring to fig. 3, the figure is a schematic flow chart of another alarm method provided in the embodiment of the present application.
In some possible implementation manners of the embodiment of the present application, when the second communication module is a GPRS/GSM module, step S203 may further include:
s301: and switching the GPRS/GSM module to a voice call mode.
S302: and dialing a preset number through the GPRS/GSM module.
In the embodiment of the present application, the preset number may be a service phone of a guardian, a rescuer or a rescue organization of the user, which is not listed here. The GPRS/GSM module is used for dialing the preset number, so that the rescuers can know the condition of the user in time, and corresponding measures can be taken in a targeted manner.
In practical application, when a call is dialed to a preset number, a preset voice can be played to inform a user that the call has been dialed so as to relieve the emotion of the user.
In some possible cases, if the call is not dialed successfully or many times, the GPRS/GSM module may be restarted, and the call is continuously dialed to the preset number after the network is reconnected.
In one example, step S302 may be followed by:
after the telephone is over, if the GPRS/GSM module is not in the voice call state after a second preset time period, the GPRS/GSM module is switched to the positioning mode, or the GPRS/GSM module is controlled to be closed and the first communication module is controlled to be opened.
In some possible cases, due to the influence of network factors or other external factors, when the alarm phone is dialed by using the GPRS/GSM module, the alarm phone may be accidentally hung up, and the rescuer may contact the user again to further know specific situations. Therefore, in some possible designs of the embodiments of the present application, in order to ensure the rescue quality, after the alarm phone is suspended, the GPRS/GSM module is kept in the voice call mode for a period of time (i.e., a second preset time period), since the voice call mode cannot be used for positioning, if there is no subsequent phone access (i.e., the GPRS/GSM module is not in the voice call state), the GPRS/GSM module is switched to the positioning mode, or the GPRS/GSM module is controlled to be turned off and the first communication module is controlled to be turned on, so as to perform positioning.
Or, in another example, after the alarm call is made via the GPRS/GSM module, the method may further comprise:
after the alarm telephone is hung up, if an alarm termination instruction is received, the GPRS/GSM module is controlled to be closed, the first communication module is controlled to be opened, or the GPRS/GSM module is switched to a positioning mode.
Similarly, due to the influence of network factors or other external factors, when the alarm phone is dialed by using the GPRS/GSM module, the alarm phone may be accidentally hung up, and the rescuer may contact the user again to further know specific conditions. For this reason, in some possible designs of the embodiment of the application, in order to ensure the rescue quality, after the alarm telephone is hung up, the GPRS/GSM module is kept in a voice call mode. However, since the voice call mode cannot be used for positioning, after the alarm telephone is disconnected, if an alarm termination instruction is received, the voice call mode is exited so as to perform positioning. The alarm termination instruction may be triggered by a key on the alarm device, or may be issued by the control platform, which is not limited herein.
In order to further ensure the efficiency and quality of the rescue, in some possible implementations of the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 4, after step S201, the method may further include:
s401: and triggering the recording module to record so as to obtain the sound information input by the user.
In this embodiment of the application, the recording module may collect the sound of the user through an external microphone. The recording module may be disposed in the alarm device, or may be another module communicatively connected to the alarm device, which is not limited herein. In some possible implementation manners, the duration of the voice message entered by the user may be limited, for example, 5 to 10 seconds, so as to avoid occupying too much memory and having too long transmission time.
In practical applications, step S401 may be executed immediately after step S201, that is, immediately after receiving the alarm trigger signal, the recording module is triggered to record sound to obtain the sound information entered by the user, or may be executed after step S202 or step S203, or may be executed in parallel with step S202 or step S203, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application. When the recording is started, the user can be prompted to record by sending out a prompt tone or prompting voice.
S402: and sending the sound information to the control platform through the first communication module and/or the second communication module.
In the embodiment of the application, the sound information input by the user can be sent to the control platform through the first communication module or the second communication module, or the sound information can be sent to the control platform for multiple times through the first communication module and the second communication module respectively, so that data transmission loss is avoided.
It should be noted that step S402 may be executed immediately after step S401, that is, immediately after receiving the recorded voice information, the voice information may be sent to the control platform through the first communication module and/or the second communication module, or may be executed after step S202 or step S203, or may be executed in parallel with step S202 or step S203. The sound information may be sent to the control platform together with the position information, or may be sent to the control platform separately, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In an example, in order to avoid that the call dialed to the preset number cannot be answered all the time and the rescue effect is affected, after the step S302, if a call failure occurs, the step S402 may be executed.
In another example, when the second communication module is a GPRS/GSM module, limited by its technical characteristics, the start and access verification of the GPRS/GSM module requires a certain time, and in order to be able to grasp the situation of the alarm (i.e. the user of the alarm device) in the first time after the alarm, step S402 may be executed after step S202, so that the rescuer may grasp the situation of the old in time from the control platform.
It should be further noted that the voice information generally needs to transmit a large amount of data, and playing of the voice information needs a certain amount of time, which is not favorable for the rescuer to grasp the situation of the alarm in time. For this reason, in some possible implementation manners of the embodiment of the present application, step S402 may specifically include:
s4021: and converting the voice information into the text information by using a voice conversion technology.
S4022: and sending the text information to the control platform.
In the embodiment of the present application, any speech recognition method may be used to convert the voice information into the text information, which is not limited in the present application. The salvage personnel can directly master the condition of the alarm through the text information on the control platform, and the salvage efficiency is favorably improved.
Referring to fig. 5, the figure is a schematic flow chart of another alarm method provided in the embodiment of the present application.
In some possible implementation manners of the embodiment of the present application, in order to save electric energy and prolong standby time, the alarm device may further include: a gyroscope to detect the state of motion of the positioning module (corresponding to the alarm device). Then, the alarm method provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include:
s501: and acquiring the motion state of the positioning module detected by the gyroscope.
S502: judging whether the positioning module moves within a first preset time period or not according to the motion state; when the positioning module is not moved within the first preset time period, step S503 is executed.
S503: and entering a dormant state, and controlling the positioning module, the first communication module and the second communication module to be closed.
When the positioning module does not move within the first preset time period, the situation that the user forgets to wear the alarm device or the user does not move (such as in a sleep state) is indicated, and the positioning module, the first communication module and the second communication module are controlled to be closed, so that the power consumption of the alarm device can be reduced, and the endurance time of the alarm device can be prolonged. The first preset time period is not limited, and can be specifically set according to actual needs.
In some possible designs, upon entering sleep mode, a sleep state notification may be sent to the control platform so that the platform monitors the status of the user. Optionally, when the mobile terminal is in the sleep state for a long time, the control platform may further send an alarm to prompt a caregiver to check the state of the user or the alarm device, so as to prevent the user from making an accident.
Optionally, whether the user has an accident situation such as falling or rapid landing can be judged according to the motion state detected by the gyroscope. If yes, directly triggering alarm, executing steps S202-S203, and sending the position information to the control platform so as to timely rescue.
In some possible implementations of the embodiment of the present application, with continued reference to fig. 5, the method further includes:
s504: when the mobile terminal is in the sleep mode, if the gyroscope detects the movement of the alarm device, the positioning module and the first communication module are controlled to be started.
When the alarm device acts, the user is explained to move, and the positioning module and the first communication module are controlled to be started to position the position of the old man in real time.
In the embodiment of the application, the modules in the alarm device can be adaptively opened and closed according to the actual use condition of the alarm device, so that the electric energy is saved and the cruising ability of the alarm device is improved on the basis of ensuring the rescue quality and efficiency.
Based on the alarm method provided by the embodiment, the embodiment of the application further provides an alarm device.
Referring to fig. 6, the drawing is a schematic structural diagram of an alarm device provided in an embodiment of the present application.
