For convenience of description, a front-rear direction, a width direction perpendicular to the front-rear direction, and a height direction perpendicular to the front-rear direction and the width direction of the cabinet are defined.
The air-cooled refrigerator also comprises an air supply mechanism 2 and an evaporator 3 which are arranged in the refrigerating chamber. The air supply mechanism 2 divides the refrigerating chamber into an evaporator cavity 11 for accommodating the evaporator 3 and a storage chamber 12 positioned in front of the evaporator cavity 11 along the front-back direction. The air supply mechanism 2 comprises an air duct structure 21 with a sealed bottom and a fan 22 arranged in the air duct structure 21. The air duct structure 21 is provided with a plurality of air supply air ducts 211 and a fan cavity 212 which accommodates the fan 22 and is communicated with the evaporator cavity 11. One end of the air supply duct 211 is communicated with the fan cavity 212 along the height direction, the other end is communicated with the storage chamber 12 in the front-rear direction through an air outlet 23, and the bottom of the refrigeration chamber is provided with an air return opening 20 for communicating the storage chamber 12 with the evaporator cavity 11; thus, the fan 21 introduces the air passing through the evaporator 3 into the air supply duct 211, and sends the air into the storage chamber 12 through the air outlet 23, and the cool air passing through the storage chamber 12 flows into the evaporator cavity 11 from the air return opening 24.
In the present invention, the air duct structure 21 includes a front cover plate 24, an air duct body 25, and a rear cover plate 26 sequentially arranged in the front-rear direction. The air outlet 23 is arranged on the front cover plate 24 and communicated with the air supply channel 211, the air supply channel 211 and the fan cavity 212 are arranged on the air channel body 25, and the rear cover plate 26 is provided with a through hole 261 respectively communicated with the fan cavity 212 and the evaporator cavity 11.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the air outlet 23 is formed by an array of a plurality of diamond-shaped through holes to realize breeze delivery. The bottom of the front cover plate 24 is provided with a pair of gaps 241, and the bottom surfaces of the air duct body 25 and the rear cover plate 26 are not lower than the inner walls of the gaps 241, so that the air return opening 20 is formed at the bottom. The mounting box 28 is disposed in the blower cavity 212 and has an air inlet 281 communicated with the evaporator cavity 11, an air outlet 282 communicated with the first, second and third air supply ducts 213, 214 and 215 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and a damper for correspondingly blocking the air outlet 282. The air-cooled refrigerator further comprises a control mechanism for controlling the operation of the refrigerator, and the air door is electrically connected with the control mechanism and is controlled to be opened or closed, so that the air supply of the first, second and third air supply channels 213, 214 and 215 is accurately controlled.
The box body 1 further has a rack 13 for dividing the storage chamber 12 into three storage spaces 131 along the height direction and a temperature sensing element 132 correspondingly disposed in each storage space 131, the air outlet 23 corresponds to the three storage spaces 131, and the temperature sensing element 132 is electrically connected to a control mechanism to control the opening and closing of the corresponding air doors of the first air supply duct 213, the second air supply duct 214 and the third air supply duct 215. The temperature of the corresponding storage space 131 is sensed by the temperature sensing element 132, so that the control mechanism controls the switch of the corresponding air door, and accurate temperature control is realized.
In the present invention, the evaporator 3 is a tube-plate evaporator, and includes an evaporation tube 31 and an evaporation plate 32, the evaporation tube 31 is adhered to the evaporation plate 32 in a parallel-arranged coil shape and includes an upper evaporation tube 311 and a lower evaporation tube 312 connected to each other, and in the height direction, the density of the tubes of the lower evaporation tube 312 is greater than the density of the tubes of the upper evaporation tube 311. The air-cooled refrigerator further comprises two defrosting sensors 4 corresponding to the upper end evaporating pipe 311 and the lower end evaporating pipe 312 respectively, and a first heating wire 51 and a second heating wire 52 which are used for supplying heat to the upper end evaporating pipe 311 and the lower end evaporating pipe 312 respectively, wherein the defrosting sensors 4, the first heating wire 51 and the second heating wire 52 are electrically connected with a control mechanism, and the rated power of the first heating wire 51 is smaller than that of the second heating wire 52.
The design of the evaporator 3 with the dense lower part and the sparse upper part enables hot air entering the evaporator cavity 11 through the air return opening 20 to firstly realize the first sufficient heat exchange through the densely arranged lower end evaporation tubes 312 and then realize the secondary heat exchange through the upper end evaporation tubes 311, so that the optimal heat exchange is realized, the energy consumption is reduced, and the efficiency is improved. The temperature of the gas firstly returning to the evaporator 3 is high, the humidity is high, and much frost is formed at the lower end of the evaporator 3 after heat exchange, so that the second heating wire 52 needs to be set to be higher rated power, the frost is less formed at the upper end of the evaporator 3, the rated power of the first heating wire 51 can be set to be smaller, the start and stop of the first heating wire 51 and the second heating wire 52 are controlled through the frost sensor 4, the sectional control is realized, and the energy consumption is saved.
