The connection mode of the telescopic support leg 302 and the rock drilling main machine 301 can also be directly the connection mode of the gas leg rock drill in the factory state, and the connection of the telescopic support leg 302 and the support leg sliding table 304 can also be hinged by a simple straight shaft.
The bottom layer trolley 1 is loaded on a wheel type frame 2; the fixed rail 210 is fixedly connected to the top-level cart 4. The middle part of the herringbone framework of the bottom layer trolley 1 is hung with the rock drill 300 by adopting the suspension device, and the rock drill 300 at the position is used for drilling a core-drawing blast hole of a tunnel face.
In this embodiment, the middle layer trolley 3 and the top layer trolley 4 in the tunnel excavation trolley 100 can be driven away from the immediately lower layer trolley by a hanging bridge, a construction trestle or a telescopic rail bridge. The trestle has the same structure as the trestle constructed in the prior art which is frequently used in the field, belongs to a simple bridge temporary facility and is not needed to be described in detail.
The suspension device in this embodiment may be replaced with a truss manipulator mature in the prior art; accordingly, the rock drill 300 of the present embodiment can be conveniently automatically controlled by the well-known industrial control technology. When the truss manipulator is used for setting the rock drill 300, the drilling position and the drilling machine angle are correspondingly adjusted, so that intelligent automatic control can be realized.
The rock drill 300 in this embodiment may also be replaced with a hydraulically fed hydraulic rock drill.
In this embodiment, the two rails 401 of the suspended rock drill may also be arranged in parallel, or alternatively, in other angular cross arrangements, such as non-straight edges.

Claims (8)

1. The multi-head rock drilling machine for tunnel excavation and tunneling is characterized by comprising a tunnel excavation trolley (100) with a plurality of layers of operation platforms, wherein the tunnel excavation trolley (100) is provided with a plurality of rock drilling machines (300) capable of automatically feeding through the operation platforms; the rock drill (300) is composed of a stepping self-walking rock drill, and the stepping self-walking rock drill comprises a rock drill main machine (301), a telescopic supporting leg (302), a first locking mechanism and a second locking mechanism; the rock drilling host (301) and the telescopic support legs (302) are respectively fixed on a host sliding table (303) and a support leg sliding table (304), and the host sliding table (303) and the support leg sliding table (304) are movably arranged on a rock drilling machine track (305); one end of the telescopic support leg (302) is connected to the host sliding table (303), and the other end of the telescopic support leg is connected to the support leg sliding table (304); the first locking mechanism is formed between the main machine sliding table (303) and the rock drill track (305); the second locking mechanism is formed between the leg slipway (304) and the rock drill track (305); the first locking mechanism and the second locking mechanism have the same structure; the rock drill track (305) is fixedly installed through a rock drill installation seat (306), and the rock drill installation seat (306) is longitudinally and adjustably connected to the rock drill track (305); the rock drill mounting seat (306) is also connected to the suspension arm (403) in a lifting manner, the rock drill mounting seat (306) is of a left-right combined structure, the left part is connected with the rock drill track (305), and the right part is connected with the suspension arm (403); the left part and the right part are connected through a rotating shaft so as to realize the pitching angle adjustment of the rock drill (300), thereby adapting to the drilling position and angle requirements of the auxiliary hole.
2. A multi-head rock drill rig for tunnel excavation driving according to claim 1, characterized in that the rock drill (300) set up by a working platform is suspended below the corresponding working platform by suspension means.

A multi-head rock drill for tunnel excavation and tunnelling as claimed in claim 2 wherein the suspension means is constituted by a truss manipulator; alternatively, the suspension device comprises a track (401), a slider (402) and a boom (403); the track (401) is horizontally arranged, fixed with the corresponding operation platform and positioned below the operation platform; the sliding block (402) is suspended on the track (401) with adjustable position; the suspension arm (403) is suspended on the slider (402); the rock drill (300) is arranged by at least two suspension arms (403) distributed along the length direction of the rock drill (300).
4. A multi-head rock drill for tunnel excavation driving as claimed in claim 3, wherein in a construction in which the suspension means comprises a rail (401), a slider (402) and a boom (403), the rock drill (300) is connected to the boom (403) in a liftable and adjustable manner.

A multi-head rock drill for tunnel excavation driving as claimed in claim 3, wherein in a construction in which the suspension means comprises a rail (401), a slider (402) and a boom (403), the rail (401) is composed of a first rail (401 a) and a second rail (401 b), the first rail (401 a) and the second rail (401 b) being arranged non-collinearly.

A multi-head rock drill for tunnel excavation driving according to claim 5, characterized in that the first track (401 a) and the second track (401 b) are laid in an angle square shape; one of the first track (401 a) and the second track (401 b) is arranged longitudinally along the trolley, and the other track is arranged transversely along the trolley and extends from the edge of the trolley towards the middle.

The multi-head rock drill for tunnel excavation and tunnelling as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the tunnel excavation trolley (100) is provided with an arc-shaped track (200) imitating a tunnel wall; the tunnel excavation trolley (100) is also provided with a plurality of rock drills (300) capable of automatically feeding through an arc-shaped track (200).

The multi-head rock drill for tunnel excavation and driving according to claim 7, wherein the arc-shaped rail (200) is composed of a fixed rail (210) and a movable rail (220) to form a tunnel wall imitating arc-shaped structure; the fixed rail (210) is arranged through a top-layer operation platform, the movable rail (220) is arranged through a lower-layer operation platform below the top-layer operation platform, the movable rail (220) is fixedly connected with the lower-layer operation platform, the lower-layer operation platform can be radially and telescopically arranged on the trolley framework, and a driving oil cylinder (400) is connected between the lower-layer operation platform and the trolley framework.
