本发明公开了一种高强度复合金属材料,所述金属材料包括:金属基底层;以及,在所述金属基底层的表面依次设有轴承合金层、钛和钨的碳化物层以及铬基合金层;其中,所述轴承合金层是巴比合金,所述钛和钨的碳化物层中,碳化钛和碳化钨的质量百分比为1~6:1;所述铬基合金层,按照质量百分比计包括:铬为17.0~18.0%,锰为0.6~1.2%,钼为0.8~1.1%,铜为0.1~0.5%,碳小于或等于0.4%,杂质总和小于或等于0.22%,余量为铁;在所述铬基合金层的表面设有树脂层。本发明中的高强度复合金属材料中通过设置轴承合金层、钛和钨的碳化物层以及铬基合金层,使得金属材料的耐磨性大大增强,同时,还能够提高金属材料的强度。

一种高强度复合金属材料
技术领域
本发明涉及金属材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种高强度复合金属材料。
背景技术
复合材料是一种混合物。在很多领域都发挥了很大的作用,代替了很多传统的材料。复合材料按其组成分为金属与金属复合材料、非金属与金属复合材料、非金属与非金属复合材料。与普通单增强相复合材料比,其冲击强度、疲劳强度和断裂韧性显著提高,并具有特殊的热膨胀性能。分为层内混杂、层间混杂、夹芯混杂、层内/层间混杂和超混杂复合材料。
早在上世纪60年代,为满足航空航天等尖端技术所用材料的需要,先后研制和生产了以高性能纤维为增强材料的复合材料。为了与第一代玻璃纤维增强树脂复合材料相区别,将这种复合材料称为先进复合材料。先进复合材料除作为结构材料外,还可用作功能材料,但是这些材料耐磨性能较差。
为此,有必要针对上述问题,提出一种高强度复合金属材料,其能够解决现有技术中存在的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高强度复合金属材料,以克服现有技术中的不足。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种高强度复合金属材料,所述金属材料包括:金属基底层;以及,在所述金属基底层的表面依次设有轴承合金层、钛和钨的碳化物层以及铬基合金层;其中,所述轴承合金层是巴比合金,所述钛和钨的碳化物层中,碳化钛和碳化钨的质量百分比为1~6:1;所述铬基合金层,按照质量百分比计包括:铬为17.0~18.0%,锰为0.6~1.2%,钼为0.8~1.1%,铜为0.1~0.5%,碳小于或等于0.4%,杂质总和小于或等于0.22%,余量为铁;在所述铬基合金层的表面设有树脂层。
优选的,所述金属基底层占所述金属材料重量的65~75%。
优选的,所述碳纳米管层的厚度为0.5~2mm。
优选的,所述碳纳米管层的厚度为1.2mm。
优选的,所述钛和钨的碳化物层中,碳化钛和碳化钨的质量百分比为4:1。
优选的,所述铬基合金层,按照质量百分比计包括:铬为17.5%,锰为0.9%,钼为0.9%,铜为0.3%,碳小于或等于0.3%,杂质总和小于或等于0.22%,余量为铁。
优选的,所述铬基合金层占所述金属材料重量的15~20%。
优选的,所述树脂层的厚度为0.8~1.2mm。
优选的,所述树脂层为聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯中的一种。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明中的高强度复合金属材料中通过设置轴承合金层、钛和钨的碳化物层以及铬基合金层,使得金属材料的耐磨性大大增强,同时,还能够提高金属材料的强度。

本发明通过下列实施例作进一步说明:根据下述实施例,可以更好地理解本发明。然而,本领域的技术人员容易理解,实施例所描述的具体的物料比、工艺条件及其结果仅用于说明本发明,而不应当也不会限制权利要求书中所详细描述的本发明。
本发明公开一种高强度复合金属材料,包括:金属基底层;以及,在所述金属基底层的表面依次设有轴承合金层、钛和钨的碳化物层以及铬基合金层。其中,所述金属基底层占所述金属材料重量的65~75%,优选的,所述金属基底层占所述金属材料重量的70%;所述铬基合金层占所述金属材料重量的15~20%,优选的,所述铬基合金层占所述金属材料重量的18%。
进一步地,所述轴承合金层是巴比合金。
进一步地,所述碳纳米管层的厚度为0.5~2mm,优选的,所述碳纳米管层的厚度为1.2mm。
进一步的,所述钛和钨的碳化物层中,碳化钛和碳化钨的质量百分比为1~6:1,优选的,碳化钛和碳化钨的质量百分比为4:1。
进一步地,所述铬基合金层,按照质量百分比计包括:铬为17.5%,锰为0.9%,钼为0.9%,铜为0.3%,碳小于或等于0.3%,杂质总和小于或等于0.22%,余量为铁。
进一步地,所述铬基合金层的表面设有树脂层,所述树脂层的厚度为0.8~1.2mm,优选的,所述树脂层的厚度为1mm;所述树脂层为聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯中的一种。
本发明中的高强度复合金属材料中通过设置轴承合金层、钛和钨的碳化物层以及铬基合金层,使得金属材料的耐磨性大大增强,同时,还能够提高金属材料的强度。
通过采用磨试验机对本发明中的复合金属材料进行耐磨性测试,结果表明,该复合金属材料的表面经过摩擦之后仅具有轻微的磨损痕迹;而且,采用光电天平对磨损前后的复合金属材料进行称重,结果表明,磨损试验后复合金属材料未出现明显的重量损失,由此说明本发明中的复合金属材料具有较好的耐磨性能;通过对本发明中的高强度复合金属材料进行力学性能性测试,结果表明,该金属材料具有良好的力学性能稳定及延展性。
最后,还需要说明的是,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者设备不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者设备所固有的要素。

1.一种高强度复合金属材料,其特征在于,所述金属材料包括:金属基底层;以及,在所述金属基底层的表面依次设有轴承合金层、钛和钨的碳化物层以及铬基合金层;其中,所述轴承合金层是巴比合金,所述钛和钨的碳化物层中,碳化钛和碳化钨的质量百分比为1~6:1;所述铬基合金层,按照质量百分比计包括:铬为17.0~18.0%,锰为0.6~1.2%,钼为0.8~1.1%,铜为0.1~0.5%,碳小于或等于0.4%,杂质总和小于或等于0.22%,余量为铁;在所述铬基合金层的表面设有树脂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强度复合金属材料,其特征在于,所述金属基底层占所述金属材料重量的65~75%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高强度复合金属材料,其特征在于,所述碳纳米管层的厚度为0.5~2mm。
4.根据权利要求3所述的高强度复合金属材料,其特征在于,所述碳纳米管层的厚度为1.2mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高强度复合金属材料,其特征在于,所述钛和钨的碳化物层中,碳化钛和碳化钨的质量百分比为4:1。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高强度复合金属材料,其特征在于,所述铬基合金层,按照质量百分比计包括:铬为17.5%,锰为0.9%,钼为0.9%,铜为0.3%,碳小于或等于0.3%,杂质总和小于或等于0.22%,余量为铁。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高强度复合金属材料,其特征在于,所述铬基合金层占所述金属材料重量的15~20%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的高强度复合金属材料,其特征在于,所述树脂层的厚度为0.8~1.2mm。
9.根据权利要求1所述的高强度复合金属材料,其特征在于,所述树脂层为聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯中的一种。
