The application can be used for assembling and checking the signal teeth on the integrated signal panel and has the advantages of simple structure, low cost and high labor efficiency.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to a special installation and detection tool for an integrated signal panel.
Background
The engine ECU controls and optimizes the operation condition of the engine by accurately acquiring the operation state of the camshaft, the operation state of the camshaft needs to use signal teeth, the prior method is that a signal panel with a corresponding structure is arranged on the camshaft, a plurality of protruding teeth are arranged on the signal panel, the position of the protruding teeth is acquired through a sensor to acquire the phase signal of the camshaft, the signal panel needs to strictly position when being installed, so that the phase signal of the camshaft can be accurately acquired, and the phase angle of the signal panel needs to be inspected by using three coordinates during inspection, so that the inspection efficiency is extremely low. The inventor provides an integrated signal panel, which integrates a gear and signal teeth for collecting signals, namely, the signal teeth are assembled on corresponding gears of a cam shaft, and the overhanging ends of the signal teeth are square, so that when the integrated signal panel is installed, the square positions of the signal teeth are required to be strictly limited, the extension line of the center line of the square is positioned on the same straight line with the center of a center hole of the gear, and no special tool for installing the signal teeth (mainly used for positioning the signal teeth) and checking the signal teeth exists.

The technical problem to be solved by the application is to provide a special tool for an integrated signal panel, and the special tool for the integrated signal panel can be used for rapidly and accurately installing and checking signal teeth, so that the labor efficiency is improved.

The limiting holes are strip-shaped slotted holes.
The strip-shaped slotted hole extends inwards from the extending end face of the tooling arm.
The inserted post is in clearance fit with a central hole of the integrated signal panel.
The plunger is provided with a ring table, and the lower surface of the lantern ring can be in running fit with the upper surface of the ring table.
The inner ring of the lantern ring is provided with a plurality of protrusions which are in rotary fit with the outer surface of the plunger.
After adopting above-mentioned structure, when needing to install the signal tooth on integrated signal panel, the lantern ring suit is on the post-slotting, insert the post-slotting in the centre bore of this signal panel, rotate the lantern ring, make the position of spacing hole on the frock arm correspond with the position of hole on this signal panel, then can direct cartridge in the hole of signal panel after penetrating this spacing hole with the signal tooth, and the hole wall in spacing hole has limited the position of the square section that the signal tooth exposes, play the effect of this signal tooth of quick installation, and realized the quick accurate positioning of signal tooth, when the installation of signal tooth of needs inspection accords with the requirement, insert the post-slotting in the centre bore of this signal panel, rotate the lantern ring, make the position of spacing hole on the frock arm correspond with the square section that the signal tooth exposes, square section can penetrate in this spacing hole, install and accord with the regulation requirement promptly, if can, it does not accord with the regulation requirement to indicate that the installation of this signal tooth, need to screw this signal tooth by hand, make it stretch into in this spacing hole just. The application can rapidly install the signal teeth, can simply, conveniently and accurately check whether the installation of the signal teeth meets the requirements, and greatly improves the labor efficiency.
In conclusion, the application can be used for assembling and checking the signal teeth on the integrated signal panel and has the advantages of simple structure, low cost and high labor efficiency.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the present application provides an integrated signal disc, which comprises a gear body 10, wherein the gear body 10 is provided with a central hole 20, the gear body 10 is installed on a cam shaft of an engine through the central hole, a plurality of holes distributed in a ring shape are formed on one side surface of the gear body 10, signal teeth 30 are installed in the plurality of holes respectively, a section of the signal teeth 30 inserted into the holes is circular, a section of the signal teeth exposed outside the gear body is square, a sensor (not shown in the figure) for acquiring the signal teeth of the engine is positioned on the side of the gear body, when the cam shaft rotates, the sensor 40 senses the signal teeth on the rotating gear body to acquire corresponding phase signals, the square section of the signal teeth needs to be strictly positioned in order to ensure accurate acquisition of the phase signals, as shown in fig. 1, the sensor 40 adopts a dotted line to indicate that the sensor is installed at the position of the engine and the installation structure is the prior art, when the gear body rotates along with the rotation, the sensor 40 initially acquires the position of the midpoint of the signal teeth, and thus the center line of the signal teeth in the cam shaft can not be accurately inspected when the center line of the signal is positioned in the cam shaft is required to be positioned.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the present application provides an embodiment of a special fixture for an integrated signal disc, which comprises a plunger 1 capable of being inserted into the integrated signal disc, namely, the plunger 1 is capable of being inserted into the central hole 20, the plunger is in clearance fit with the central hole of the integrated signal disc, the plunger is integrally cylindrical, the plunger 1 is composed of a sleeve section and an inserting section, the inserting section is inserted into the central hole 20, the sleeve section is exposed outside the gear body, the diameter of the inserting section is smaller than that of the sleeve section, namely, a pillow block is arranged between the inserting section and the sleeve section, when the inserting section is inserted into the central hole, a shoulder of the pillow block is abutted against a side surface of the gear body, the axis of the plunger 1 and the center of the central hole of the integrated signal disc are in a straight line, a rotatable collar 2 is sleeved on the plunger 1, the lantern ring 2 can be with the axial lead of inserted link as the axle and do gyration motion, is equipped with the tooling arm 3 that outwards stretches out on the lantern ring 2, tooling arm 3 stretches out the direction perpendicular to the axial lead of inserted link, be equipped with the spacing hole 4 that supplies the signal tooth to penetrate on the tooling arm 3, the width of spacing hole 4 is unanimous with the width of signal tooth just the center of center hole is located the extension line of the central line on spacing hole 4 width direction, and the central line on spacing hole 4 width direction is the Y line, and when the signal tooth passed spacing hole, X line and Y line can coincide in the aforesaid figure, and two limits of signal tooth offset with the lateral wall of spacing hole, in this embodiment, spacing hole 4 is rectangular slotted hole, rectangular slotted hole inwards extends from the overhanging terminal surface of tooling arm to can be applicable to the integrated signal disc of different specifications, manufacturing cost has greatly reduced.
Referring to fig. 6, the present application provides another embodiment, which has the same basic structure as the above embodiment, except that the insert pin 1 is provided with a ring table 11, the lower surface of the collar 2 can be rotatably matched with the upper surface of the ring table, and the side surface of the gear body is not finished, so that the surface of the gear body may have rough and uneven conditions, and the ring table is designed, so that the problem of jumping during the rotation of the collar is avoided, and thus, accurate installation and inspection of signal teeth on the integrated signal disc are performed.
Referring to fig. 7, the present application also provides another embodiment, which has the same basic structure as the above embodiment, and is different in that the collar 2 is provided with a plurality of protrusions 22 in an inner ring, the inner surfaces of the plurality of protrusions 22 are in running fit with the outer surface of the plunger 1, and a structure of three protrusions or four protrusions uniformly distributed around the collar can be adopted, which has the advantage that the inner surface of the entire collar does not need to be finely machined, which is beneficial to ensuring the coaxiality of the collar and the plunger, greatly reducing the machining difficulty, and improving the accuracy of the installation and the inspection.
