The invention provides a vegetable sorting, cleaning and packaging integrated device, and aims to solve the problems that in the prior art, vegetable sorting, cleaning, packaging and the like are mainly operated manually, the efficiency of vegetable packaging and processing is low, and the benefit of vegetable packaging and processing enterprises is difficult to improve.

Further, the second conveying mechanism comprises two fixing frames which are parallel to each other and are arranged obliquely downwards and a plurality of obliquely arranged sieve plates, the two fixing frames are respectively connected with a vibration motor, two sides of each sieve plate are respectively connected with the two fixing frames through connecting shafts, and the oblique directions of the sieve plates are consistent with the oblique directions of the fixing frames.
Furthermore, each sieve plate is arranged in a step shape, overlapping surfaces are formed on two adjacent sieve plates in the vertical direction, and the width of each overlapping surface is not less than 3 cm.

Compared with the prior art, the vegetable sorting, cleaning and packaging integrated device provided by the invention has the advantages that by arranging the sorting mechanism, the cleaning mechanism, the drying mechanism and the packaging mechanism, when the vegetables enter the sorting mechanism, the vegetables are conveyed forwards through the first conveying mechanism, and workers can sort the vegetables in the conveying process; the vegetable is discharged from the first conveying mechanism and enters the second conveying mechanism, and the spray head sprays water towards the vegetables to clean the vegetables; then the mixture is conveyed to drying equipment for drying; and finally, conveying the finished product to a packaging mechanism for packaging. The whole process is mostly automatically completed through a vegetable sorting, cleaning and packaging integrated device, the workload of manual parts is greatly reduced, the packaging processing efficiency of vegetables is greatly improved, the problems that the sorting, cleaning, packaging and the like of the vegetables are mainly operated by manpower, the packaging processing efficiency of the vegetables is not high, and the benefits of the vegetable packaging processing enterprises are difficult to improve are solved.

The sorting structure comprises a first conveying mechanism 111 and sorting tables 112 arranged on two sides of the first conveying mechanism 111, a plurality of waste material openings 113 are formed in the sorting tables 112, when vegetables enter the first conveying mechanism 111, unqualified vegetables and residual leaves on the outer layers of the vegetables can be sorted out, and the unqualified vegetables and residual leaves are placed in the waste material openings 113; a collecting groove 114 is formed in the bottom of the sorting table 112, each waste material port 113 is arranged above the collecting groove 114, each waste material port 113 is arranged for the collecting groove 114, each waste material port 113 is communicated with the collecting groove 114, and therefore unqualified vegetables and residual leaves falling from the waste material ports 113 fall into the collecting groove 114; the cleaning mechanism 12 comprises a second conveying mechanism 121 and a spray head arranged above the conveying mechanism, the spray head is arranged towards the conveying mechanism, when vegetables enter the second conveying mechanism 121 from the first conveying mechanism 111, the spray head sprays water to the vegetables, and the vegetables are cleaned; the drying mechanism 13 comprises a third conveying mechanism 132 and a plurality of fans 131 arranged above the conveying mechanism, the fans 131 are arranged in sequence along the conveying direction of the third conveying mechanism 132, and when vegetables enter the third conveying mechanism 132, the fans 131 are started to blow dry the moisture on the vegetables; the packaging mechanism 14 comprises a fourth conveying mechanism 141 and a shrinking machine 142, a shrinking space is arranged in the shrinking machine 142, the fourth conveying mechanism 141 penetrates through the shrinking space, when vegetables are conveyed to the fourth conveying mechanism 141, the vegetables are loaded into a carton, the carton is packaged in a heat-shrinkable bag, or the vegetables can be directly packaged in a heat-shrinkable film, then the packaged vegetables are continuously conveyed to the shrinking machine 142 through the fourth conveying mechanism 141, and the shrink machine 142 shrinks the heat-shrinkable bag or the heat-shrinkable film to complete packaging; the first conveying mechanism 111, the second conveying mechanism 121, the third conveying mechanism 132 and the fourth conveying mechanism 141 are sequentially connected end to end, so that vegetables are sequentially conveyed on the first conveying mechanism 111, the second conveying mechanism 121, the third conveying mechanism 132 and the fourth conveying mechanism 141 without manually conveying the vegetables or using an additional conveying mechanism. The first conveying mechanism 111, the third conveying mechanism 132, and the fourth conveying mechanism 141 may be a belt conveyor, a roller conveyor, a screw conveyor, or other equipment with a conveying function, and in this embodiment, a belt conveyor is used.
It is worth mentioning that the shrinking machine 142 completes the packaging after shrinking the heat shrinkable bag or the heat shrinkable film, and it can be realized by using the existing shrinking machine, and since it belongs to the prior art, the realization principle thereof is not described in the embodiment.
According to the vegetable sorting, cleaning and packaging integrated device, due to the arrangement of the sorting mechanism 11, the cleaning mechanism 12, the drying mechanism 13 and the packaging mechanism 14, when vegetables enter the sorting mechanism 11, the vegetables are conveyed forwards through the first conveying mechanism 111, and workers can sort the vegetables in the conveying process; the vegetable is discharged from the first conveying mechanism 111 and enters the second conveying mechanism 121, and the spray heads spray water towards the vegetables to clean the vegetables; then the mixture is conveyed to drying equipment for drying; and finally conveyed to a packaging mechanism 14 for finished product packaging. The whole process is mostly automatically completed through a vegetable sorting, cleaning and packaging integrated device, the workload of manual parts is greatly reduced, the packaging processing efficiency of vegetables is greatly improved, the problems that the sorting, cleaning, packaging and the like of the vegetables are mainly operated by manpower, the packaging processing efficiency of the vegetables is not high, and the benefits of the vegetable packaging processing enterprises are difficult to improve are solved.
In this embodiment, the second conveying mechanism 121 includes two fixing frames 1211 disposed parallel to each other and inclined downward, and a plurality of screen plates 1212 disposed in an inclined manner, the two fixing frames 1211 are respectively connected to the vibrating motor, two sides of each screen plate 1212 are respectively connected to the two fixing frames 1211 through a connecting shaft 1213, and an inclined direction of each screen plate 1212 is consistent with an inclined direction of the fixing frame 1211.
