Abstract
The invention provides a solvent-free anti-doodling and anti-sticking coating which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of hydroxyl-terminated silicone resin, 5-15 parts of reinforcing filler, 3-7 parts of cross-linking agent, 3-6 parts of coupling agent, 2-6 parts of separant, 5-8 parts of structure control agent, 5-8 parts of plasticizer and 0.1-0.5 part of drier. Has better anti-graffiti property and anti-permeability for water-based and oil-based marking pens and self-spraying paint.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of coatings, in particular to a solvent-free anti-doodling and anti-sticking coating, and simultaneously relates to a preparation method of the coating.
Background
With the acceleration of the urbanization process in China, the requirements of people on urban environment are higher and higher. Particularly, the casual posting of malicious graffiti and small advertisements in cities seriously affects the appearance of the cities and the living environment of people. In order to solve the problem, people adopt various methods, invent various coatings to be coated on the buildings, hope to achieve the aim of preventing graffiti and resisting war, and achieve certain effect. The paints have the advantages of short anti-doodling and anti-sticking effect time, easy dust adhesion on the surface, easy bleeding of an oil pen and obvious trace, and most of the paints with better performance at present have the conditions of high VOC content, environmental friendliness and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a solvent-free anti-doodling and anti-sticking coating which is a single component and is simple and convenient to use. Has better anti-graffiti property and anti-permeability for water-based and oil-based marking pens and self-spraying paint.
The solvent-free anti-doodling and anti-sticking coating is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight:

Further, the reinforcing filler is fumed silica, and the fumed silica is at least one of Texaska R974 and R8200.
Further, the cross-linking agent is at least one of methyl tributyl ketoxime silane and vinyl tributyrinoxime silane.
Further, the coupling agent is at least one of KH550 and KH 560.
Further, the isolating agent is mercapto silicone oil, the molar content of mercapto of the mercapto silicone oil is 25%, and the viscosity is 100 mPa.s.
Further, the structure control agent is diphenyl dihydroxy silane or hydroxyl silicone oil with the viscosity of 15-20mPa.
Further, the plasticizer is methyl silicone oil with the viscosity of 50-100 mPa.s.

The preparation method of the solvent-free anti-doodling and anti-sticking coating comprises the following steps:
step a: adding the hydroxyl-terminated silicon resin into a kneader, adding a reinforcing filler, and kneading and dispersing at the temperature of 150 ℃ and 180 ℃ for 2-3 hours;
step b: cooling to 60-80 deg.C, adding structure control agent, kneading and dispersing for 20-30 min;
step c: grinding the kneaded and dispersed materials on a three-roller machine until the fineness is 20-25 microns;
step d: adding the ground material into a planetary dispersion machine, then sequentially adding a cross-linking agent, a coupling agent, a plasticizer and a separant, stirring and dispersing for 30 min;
step e: adding a drier into the materials, stirring and dispersing for 20min under the conditions of vacuum pumping and nitrogen gas introduction to obtain the solvent-free anti-doodling anti-sticking coating.
The solvent-free anti-doodling and anti-sticking coating disclosed by the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the coating formed by using the organic silicon material as the main resin has the advantages of low surface energy, good weather resistance, durable anti-sticking effect, and more anti-doodling and anti-sticking times which can reach more than 500.
(2) The invention is single component, adopts moisture curing mode, and has simple and easy use and construction.
(3) The invention is a solvent-free coating, and the anti-doodling and anti-sticking coating prepared by using low-viscosity organic silicon resin and surface-treated white carbon black as reinforcing fillers can be directly sprayed, and no VOC (volatile organic compound) is released to meet the environmental protection requirement.
(4) The invention adopts the mercapto silicone oil as the separant and has good scrawling resistance and color permeation resistance.

Claims (5)
1. The solvent-free anti-doodling and anti-sticking coating is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:
100 parts of hydroxyl-terminated silicone resin
5-15 parts of reinforcing filler
3-7 parts of cross-linking agent
3-6 parts of coupling agent
2-6 parts of separant
5-8 parts of structure control agent
5-8 parts of plasticizer
0.1 to 0.5 portion of drier,
the viscosity of the hydroxyl-terminated silicone resin is 500-800mPa & s; the reinforcing filler is fumed silica, and the fumed silica is at least one of Degussa R974 and R8200; the isolating agent is mercapto silicone oil, the molar content of mercapto of the mercapto silicone oil is 25%, and the viscosity is 100mPa & s; the structure control agent is diphenyl dihydroxy silane or hydroxyl silicone oil with the viscosity of 15-20mPa & s; the plasticizer is methyl silicone oil with the viscosity of 50mPa & s-100mPa & s.
2. The solvent-free anti-graffiti anti-stick coating of claim 1, wherein the crosslinker is at least one of methyl tributyrinoxime silane and vinyl tributyrinoxime silane.
3. The solventless anti-graffiti anti-stick coating of claim 1, wherein the coupling agent is at least one of KH550, KH 560.
4. The solventless anti-graffiti anti-stick coating of claim 1, wherein the drier is at least one of dibutyltin dilaurate, stannous octoate, and titanium complexes.
5. A method for preparing the solvent-free anti-graffiti anti-stick coating according to any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the steps of:
step a: adding the hydroxyl-terminated silicon resin into a kneader, adding a reinforcing filler, and kneading and dispersing at the temperature of 150 ℃ and 180 ℃ for 2-3 hours;
step b: cooling to 60-80 deg.C, adding structure control agent, kneading and dispersing for 20-30 min;
step c: grinding the kneaded and dispersed materials on a three-roller machine until the fineness is 20-25 microns;
step d: adding the ground material into a planetary dispersion machine, then sequentially adding a cross-linking agent, a coupling agent, a plasticizer and a separant, stirring and dispersing for 30 min;
step e: adding a drier into the materials, stirring and dispersing for 20min under the conditions of vacuum pumping and nitrogen gas introduction to obtain the solvent-free anti-doodling anti-sticking coating.
