本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体地说是一种含碳酸锆胺改性水性丙烯酸乳液及其制备方法,包括下列组成物及重量份数:212.6份的聚酯二醇、33.0份的二羟甲基丙酸DMPA、11.9份的1.6‑己二醇、82.8份的二丙二醇二甲醚DMM、115.2份的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯IPDI、109.2份的甲基丙烯酸甲酯MMA、0.3份的防氧化剂264、26.1份的甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯HEMA、16.0份的双丙酮丙烯酰胺、11.4份的二甲基戊二胺、788份的去离子水、0.7份的叔丁基过氧化氢、1.3份的抗坏血酸、8.2份的己二酸二酰肼、100份的水、35份的碳酸锆胺。本发明同现有技术相比,由改性水性丙烯酸乳液制成的白面漆在含有单宁酸、烟碱污渍及含有水性色素的基材上施工后,能持久起到很好的封闭作用,不会被污染变色。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体地说是一种含碳酸锆胺改性水性丙烯酸乳液及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着环境法规对涂料中VOC排放量的限制和大众对环境污染的重视,环境友好型木器涂料已成为涂料行业的发展趋势。国家法律、法规对涂料生产厂家和家具生产厂家的要求都在逐渐提高。在家具木器涂料领域,我国已经开始推广水性木器涂料,原使用量比重很高的溶剂型漆正在被水性木器漆取代。
木门和橱柜实色涂装基材多为中纤板或实木基材,木材中含有较多的单宁酸、色素。底漆多为水性白底或UV白底涂装,打磨后再罩水性实色面漆,做面漆之前砂磨棱角不可避免会磨穿,木质基材很容易直接与水性白面漆接触,诱发水性白色木器涂料黄变,例如木材中含有的单宁酸、色素、油脂及烟碱渍、表面残留的漂白剂等。单宁酸又称植物鞣质,属多元酚类的混合物,是在像雪松和红木这样的木质中自然产生的,可以延长木质寿命的物质。
很多时候,这些单宁酸会迁移到木质表面,将木质表面变为茶锈色。当木材在潮湿条件下与铁接触,其中的丹宁与铁会发生络合反应形成单宁酸铁,单宁酸铁呈黑色,导致木材的颜色变黑。木材与铜或铜合金接触,由于木材中的丹宁与铜发生化学反应,生成单宁酸铜,也会使木材变为浅红色。虽然丹宁是优质木材中所固有的成分,但它所引起的白色涂料变色,往往会令消费者对这类木质产品有抵制感。
因此,需要设计一种含碳酸锆胺改性水性丙烯酸乳液及其制备方法,以帮助白面漆提高产品表面效果和耐化学品性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种含碳酸锆胺改性水性丙烯酸乳液及其制备方法,以帮助白面漆提高产品表面效果和耐化学品性能。
为了达到上述目的,本发明是一种含碳酸锆胺改性水性丙烯酸乳液,其特征在于:包括下列组成物及重量份数:212.6份的聚酯二醇、33.0份的二羟甲基丙酸DMPA、11.9份的1.6-己二醇、82.8份的二丙二醇二甲醚DMM、115.2份的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯IPDI、109.2份的甲基丙烯酸甲酯MMA、0.3份的防氧化剂264、26.1份的甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯HEMA、16.0份的双丙酮丙烯酰胺、11.4份的二甲基戊二胺、788份的去离子水、0.7份的叔丁基过氧化氢、1.3份的抗坏血酸、8.2份的己二酸二酰肼、100份的水、35份的碳酸锆胺。
一种含碳酸锆胺改性水性丙烯酸乳液的制备方法,按如下步骤制备:步骤1,将212.6份聚酯二醇、33.0份二羟甲基丙酸DMPA、11.9份1.6-己二醇、82.8份二丙二醇二甲醚DMM加热到90℃并混合均匀;步骤2,在25~30min内加入73.9份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯IPDI,反应至少1h;步骤3,加入81.6份甲基丙烯酸甲酯MMA和0.3份防氧化剂264并搅拌均匀;步骤4,在10min内加入41.3份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯IPDI,在 85℃的温度下反应至异氰酸酯基NCO为1.11%;步骤5,加入16.8份HEMA,继续反应至无游离异氰酸酯基NCO;步骤6,加入27.6份甲基丙烯酸甲酯MMA、9.3份甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯HEMA、16份双丙酮丙烯酰胺和11.4份二甲基戊二胺并搅拌均匀,在70℃温度及1600~1800r/min速度的搅拌状态下,加入658份去离子水乳化分散至分散均匀;步骤7,加入0.7份叔丁基过氧化氢,加热至80℃后,在90min内将溶有1.3份抗坏血酸的130份去离子水加入;步骤8,在恒温为80~85℃的条件下,继续反应30min后,冷却至室温,搅拌状态下,加入溶有8.2份己二酸二酰肼的100份水;步骤9,升温至78~80℃,以800~1000r/min速度滴加入35份碳酸锆胺;步骤10,在恒温78~80℃的条件下,搅拌30min后,300目滤布过滤,即制得碳酸锆胺改性水性丙烯酸乳液。
所述的聚酯二醇的羟值OH为88,酸值H为2。
本发明同现有技术相比,设计了含碳酸锆胺改性水性丙烯酸乳液,由其制成的白面漆在含有单宁酸、烟碱污渍及含有水性色素的基材上施工后,能持久起到很好的封闭作用,不会被单宁酸、烟碱污渍及含有水性色素污染变色。

本发明是一种含碳酸锆胺改性水性丙烯酸乳液,包括下列组成物及重量份数:212.6份的聚酯二醇、33.0份的二羟甲基丙酸DMPA、11.9份的1.6-己二醇、82.8份的二丙二醇二甲醚DMM、115.2份的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯IPDI、109.2份的甲基丙烯酸甲酯MMA、0.3份的防氧化剂264、26.1份的甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯HEMA、16.0份的双丙酮丙烯酰胺、11.4份的二甲基戊二胺、788份的去离子水、0.7份的叔丁基过氧化氢、1.3份的抗坏血酸、8.2份的己二酸二酰肼、100份的水、35份的碳酸锆胺。
含碳酸锆胺改性水性丙烯酸乳液的制备方法,按如下步骤制备:步骤1,将212.6份聚酯二醇、33.0份二羟甲基丙酸DMPA、11.9份1.6-己二醇、82.8份二丙二醇二甲醚DMM加热到90℃并混合均匀;步骤2,在25~30min内加入73.9份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯IPDI,反应至少1h;步骤3,加入81.6份甲基丙烯酸甲酯MMA和0.3份防氧化剂264并搅拌均匀;步骤4,在10min内加入41.3份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯IPDI,在 85℃的温度下反应至异氰酸酯基NCO为1.11%;步骤5,加入16.8份HEMA,继续反应至无游离异氰酸酯基NCO;步骤6,加入27.6份甲基丙烯酸甲酯MMA、9.3份甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯HEMA、16份双丙酮丙烯酰胺和11.4份二甲基戊二胺并搅拌均匀,在70℃温度及1600~1800r/min速度的搅拌状态下,加入658份去离子水乳化分散至分散均匀;步骤7,加入0.7份叔丁基过氧化氢,加热至80℃后,在90min内将溶有1.3份抗坏血酸的130份去离子水加入;步骤8,在恒温为80~85℃的条件下,继续反应30min后,冷却至室温,搅拌状态下,加入溶有8.2份己二酸二酰肼的100份水;步骤9,升温至78~80℃,以800~1000r/min速度滴加入35份碳酸锆胺;步骤10,在恒温78~80℃的条件下,搅拌30min后,300目滤布过滤,即制得碳酸锆胺改性水性丙烯酸乳液。
其中,聚酯二醇的羟值OH为88,酸值H为2。
含碳酸锆胺改性水性丙烯酸乳液制备而成的抗单宁酸变水性木器白面漆可应用于木门及橱柜等上面的涂装,具有优良的手感、丰满度,抗单宁酸性能及耐污性能大大优于现有产品。

1.一种含碳酸锆胺改性水性丙烯酸乳液,其特征在于:包括下列组成物及重量份数:212.6份的聚酯二醇、33.0份的二羟甲基丙酸DMPA、11.9份的1.6-己二醇、82.8份的二丙二醇二甲醚DMM、115.2份的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯IPDI、109.2份的甲基丙烯酸甲酯MMA、0.3份的防氧化剂264、26.1份的甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯HEMA、16.0份的双丙酮丙烯酰胺、11.4份的二甲基戊二胺、788份的去离子水、0.7份的叔丁基过氧化氢、1.3份的抗坏血酸、8.2份的己二酸二酰肼、100份的水、35份的碳酸锆胺。
