Detailed Description
According to the key point of backing into a position, namely the correct selection of a backing starting point and a position, two cursors are marked by laser beams on a ground backing circular arc track behind a vehicle and are used as positioning points of the backing starting point for a target parking space: a cursor at a far point is used as a starting point positioning point of a reversing position which forms a right angle of 90 degrees; a closer cursor is used as the starting point positioning point of the backing position with an oblique angle of 45 degrees, and the two cursors are also near 90 degrees (see 4 in fig. 2) and near 45 degrees (see 3 in fig. 2) of the inner backing circular arc track. The steering wheel can be turned to the bottom and the vehicle can be reversed only by turning the two cursor points to the door frame or the ground separation marking line (and paying attention to the 90-degree right angle or the 45-degree oblique angle) on the ground close to the side of the entrance of the parking space.
The principle is explained as follows, taking the visual left backing-in position of a driver as an example, fig. 2 is a starting point positioning diagram of the backing-in position of 90 degrees right angle on the left, when the vehicle 1 is ready to be backed, the direction of the vehicle and the target parking space 5 form a 90 degrees right angle, when the vehicle is backed, the steering wheel is quickly turned left to the bottom to back the vehicle, and when the vehicle enters the door of the target parking space 5 along the backing arc line, the steering wheel is quickly returned. Because the cursor point 4 is a point which forms a right angle of 90 degrees on the circular arc track of the ground reversing (the central angle of the circular arc is 90 degrees, and a spacing distance is added actually), and is aligned with the landing point of the entrance door frame of the target parking space or the ground separation mark line (the rear is acceptable if the target parking space is close to the entrance door frame actually, and a slight correction is made). Note that the minimum turning radius R is H/sinA, a is the maximum turning angle of the steering wheel when the steering wheel is turned to the bottom, and H is the front-rear wheel axle distance. The minimum turning radius R of the car is about 3 meters (referring to the inner arc and calculated at the maximum width of the car). Fig. 3 is a diagram of positioning the starting point of the backing-in position at an oblique angle of 45 degrees on the left, when the vehicle 1 is ready to be backed, the direction of the vehicle forms an oblique angle of 45 degrees with the target parking space 5, and the cursor point 3 is a point at 45 degrees of the backing arc (about the midpoint of the aforementioned 90-degree cursor point 4) and is aligned with the landing point of the entrance door frame of the target parking space or the ground separation mark line. The two can be combined, namely, the back-up positioning cursor 4 which is at right angle in the figure 2 is firstly positioned, the back-up positioning cursor 3 naturally passes through the 45-degree oblique angle shown in the figure 3 in the back-up process, whether the check points are aligned or not and whether the angle is 45 degrees or not are used as pre-correction. It will be familiar to back up with the cursor 3 aligned directly at this closer 45 degree angle.
The reverse positioning principle (figure 1) at the right side is completely the same as that at the left side, and is also divided into a cursor 4 with a right angle of 90 degrees and a cursor 3 with an oblique angle of 45 degrees, only because the blind area can not directly see the cursor positioning condition, the alignment condition of two cursor points at the rear can only be observed through the rearview mirror.
The laser emitting head 2 mainly has two structural structures, one is a ball head universal structure, and the other is a circular ring rotating structure.
Ball-end gimbal structure (fig. 4): the ball head universal structure shell formed by a round or round-corner square cylindrical shell comprises two movable ball head universal LED laser head protective shells 22 from top to bottom, an LED laser head 23 is arranged in each ball head protective shell, and a first locking bolt 24 which prohibits movement is arranged on the back of each ball head. The production and assembly of the shell are actually that the shell is divided into a front half and a rear half or a left half and a right half by injection molding, and the two halves are fixed by screws or welded or bonded by ultrasonic after a ball head is placed.
Ring rotation structure (fig. 5): an upper rotatable ring-shaped clamp 28 and a lower rotatable ring-shaped clamp 28 are sleeved on a hollow cylindrical rotating shaft 27 (namely a ring rotating structure shell), the end head part of each ring-shaped clamp is fixed with a cylindrical LED laser head protective shell 26 which can rotate up and down through a second locking bolt 24 ', the cylindrical protective shell 26 is forbidden to rotate up and down (around the shaft 24) after the second locking bolt 24' is screwed, and the LED laser head 23 is arranged in the cylindrical protective shell 26. The top of the hollow cylindrical rotating shaft is provided with a screwing end cover 29, and the upper and lower circular clamping pieces 28 are prohibited from horizontally rotating after being screwed.
The laser emitting head is installed according to the adaptability in the self-contained vehicle, and the emitted cursor point position needs to be adjusted in place, so that two LED laser heads on the laser emitting head can flexibly rotate with two degrees of freedom and are locked after being adjusted satisfactorily.
The actual installation needs to consider security, practicality, still has technical copy volume: in principle, the laser emitting head is certainly the most stable cursor arranged on two sides of the outer side of the rear part of the vehicle roof, but the laser emitting head is not attractive and can be taken away or damaged by people. Can be mounted on the inconspicuous fixed part of the mirror support (the flat electric wire 31 can easily pass through the door gap). The more practical scheme is that the light-emitting device is arranged at the position close to the window at the top in the automobile, and only the emitted light beam is not blocked (the window glass is not blocked and can be swung down). Note that these mounting portions are generally uneven, and therefore the importance of the mounting base 25 of the laser emitting head is highlighted: the bottom of the flexible base is provided with a block of flexible and bendable adhesive soft material (some of which can be further softened by heating and can be soft and solid at normal temperature, and the flexible and bendable adhesive soft material is not detached after being generally installed and fixed on a base), and the upper surface of the flexible and bendable base is used as a base to be connected with the laser emitting head 2. The mode that the installation base can be plugged and connected with the laser emitting head is mainly characterized in that a spring or a magnetic attraction is added in the concave-convex structure to strengthen the position locking when the laser emitting head is plugged. In order to enable the laser emitting head to be pulled out and taken away independently, the connection between the laser emitting heads of some varieties and the mounting base also comprises electrical connection, namely, the spring sheet in the plug-and-pull concave-convex structure is simultaneously used as an electrode bayonet to conduct electricity to the laser emitting head, and the mounting base 25 is connected with a laser switch handheld box 32 through a flat electric wire 31, as shown in figure 4. More in order to simplify the installation base fixed on the vehicle, the laser emitting head 2 is directly connected with the laser switch hand-held box 32 through the flat electric wire 31 (as a set of integral plugging), and if the laser emitting head is necessary to be separated from the flat electric wire, a plug-in or a plug can be additionally connected.
Generally, in order to take the backing position of the left side and the right side into consideration, the left side and the right side are respectively provided with a set.
The LED laser beam cursor is red, green and blue in conventional color, includes one or ten shape except one small dot, and may be designed into flashing cursor via the driving circuit to be more visible in sunlight.
