本发明公开了一种合成树脂瓦及其制备方法,属于树脂瓦技术领域。本发明在聚氯乙烯树脂基材中添加短切无碱玻纤,使之在基材中形成网络骨架结构,延缓树脂老化,从而延长合成树脂瓦的使用寿命。同时,本发明的合成树脂瓦分为三层,通过上表层、中间层和下表层发挥出不同的功效,在保证树脂瓦基本性能(质轻、强度高、韧性好以及耐腐蚀等)的基础之上还具有耐候、抗紫外线等多种性能,具有较高的实用性,产品质量高。

本发明涉及树脂瓦技术领域,具体涉及一种合成树脂瓦及其制备方法。
背景技术
合成树脂瓦是采用合成树脂工艺生产的瓦片。合成树脂瓦具有颜色持久、质轻、自防水、坚韧、保温隔热、隔音、耐腐蚀、抗风防震、抗冰雹、抗污、绿色环保、防火、绝缘、安装方便等优点,而且造型美观立体感强。但现有的合成树脂瓦性能较差,树脂瓦易老化,使用寿命较短。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种合成树脂瓦及其制备方法,以解决现有合成树脂瓦使用寿命短的问题。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种合成树脂瓦,包括:上表层、中间层和下底层;上表层、中间层和下底层叠层布置;其中:
上表层为工程树脂;
中间层包括:按重量份计,聚氯乙烯树脂粉900-1100份、碳酸钙粉500-1000份、氯化聚乙烯40-50份、复合稳定剂30-40份、硬脂酸5-10份、PE蜡2-6份、石蜡2-6份和短切无碱玻纤15-25份;
下底层包括:按重量份计,废旧纯白色塑钢料800-1200份、碳酸钙粉400-600份、氯化聚乙烯30-40份、复合稳定剂25-35份、硬脂酸4-8份、PE蜡2-4份和石蜡2-4份。
本发明的合成树脂瓦包括三层,其上表面层为工程树脂,主要用于抵抗外界环境对合成树脂瓦的侵蚀,例如紫外线、温度、湿度等环境因素对树脂瓦的侵蚀,从而提高树脂瓦的耐候性。
本发明的合成树脂瓦的中间层为树脂瓦的主体层,其以聚氯乙烯树脂粉为基材,以碳酸钙粉为填充物,增强产品刚性,同时添加氯化聚乙烯增加产品韧性,使之同时兼具良好的刚性和韧性。本发明还添加有短切无碱玻纤,其在聚氯乙烯树脂中具有良好的分散性能,能够均匀地分散在聚氯乙烯树脂中并通过与聚氯乙烯树脂紧密咬合形成稳定的骨架结构,能够缓解聚氯乙烯分子链、化学键断裂,减缓聚氯乙烯老化,从而延长整个合成树脂瓦的使用寿命。此外,本发明还通过在中间层中添加复合稳定剂来放置树脂瓦在加热过程中氧化分解,确保产品顺利成型;还通过添加硬脂酸、PE蜡和石蜡来增加树脂瓦的润滑性,便于产品生产加工。再通过各组分含量配比之间的相互协同,使得整个合成树脂瓦具有优良的物理化学性能以及较长的使用寿命期限,使用寿命可达20年。尤其是,短切无碱玻纤的加量在15-25份的范围效果较佳。当低于15份时,不利于短切无碱玻纤在基材中形成网络骨架,当高于25份时,出料阻力大幅增加,导致物料在流道中滞留时间太长、造成加热过度而糊料。
本发明的下底层为美化装饰层,用于增加合成树脂瓦美观效果,其以废旧纯白色塑钢料为基材,一方面与中间层具有良好的相容性,另一方面通过废物回收利用,有利于绿色环保。本发明的下表层的添加剂与中间层相似,以保证两层之间具有良好的相容性,使得整个产品性能均匀且稳定。
进一步地,在本发明较佳的实施例中,上述中间层包括:按重量份计,聚氯乙烯树脂粉1000份、碳酸钙粉750份、氯化聚乙烯45份、复合稳定剂35份、硬脂酸8份、PE蜡4份、石蜡4份和短切无碱玻纤20份。
进一步地,在本发明较佳的实施例中,上述下底层包括:按重量份计,废旧纯白色塑钢料1000份、碳酸钙粉500份、氯化聚乙烯35份、复合稳定剂30份、硬脂酸6份、PE蜡3份和石蜡3份。
进一步地,在本发明较佳的实施例中,上述上表层的厚度为0.1-0.2mm,中间层的厚度为2.0-2.5mm,下底层的厚度为(0.5-1)mm。
进一步地,在本发明较佳的实施例中,上述上表层为耐候抗紫外线工程树脂,聚氯乙烯树脂粉为SG-5型聚氯乙烯树脂粉。耐候抗紫外线工程树脂例如是聚苯硫醚、聚砜、聚芳砜、聚芳醚砜、聚醚砜或聚醚酮树脂。
进一步地,在本发明较佳的实施例中,上述碳酸钙粉的粒径为1200-1300目。

本发明优选短切无碱玻纤的长度为4-5mm,进一步优选为4.5m。在这个长度范围内的短切无碱玻纤添加在聚氯乙烯树脂基材中效果优良。当大于5mm时,不利于短切无碱玻纤在基材中分散,当小于4mm时,不利于形成网络骨架结构,防老化效果不佳。
进一步地,在本发明较佳的实施例中,上述废旧塑钢料的粒径为30-50目。
上述的合成树脂瓦的制备方法,包括:合成树脂瓦的上表层、中间层和下底层分别通过挤出机挤出成型,上表层的挤出温度为200-210℃、挤出机连接体温度为187-197℃,中间层对应的挤出机连接体温度为170-180℃,下底层对应的挤出机连接体温度为170-180℃。
本发明具有以下有益效果:

下底层包括:按重量份计,粒径为30目的废旧纯白色塑钢料800份、粒径为1200目的碳酸钙粉400份、氯化聚乙烯30份、复合稳定剂25份、硬脂酸4份、PE蜡2份和石蜡2份。

本实施例的合成树脂瓦的制备方法,包括:合成树脂瓦的上表层、中间层和下底层分别通过挤出机挤出成型,上表层的挤出温度为205℃、挤出机连接体温度为192℃,中间层对应的挤出机连接体温度为175℃,下底层对应的挤出机连接体温度为175℃。
添加短切玻纤前落锤冲击次数为15个无破坏,承载性能(3%扰度下的承载力)为1250N左右;本发明实施例的复合树脂瓦在添加短切玻纤后落锤冲击次数为30个无破坏,承载性能(3%扰度下的承载力)为2000N以上。

Claims (10)
1.一种合成树脂瓦,其特征在于,包括:上表层、中间层和下底层;所述上表层、中间层和下底层叠层布置;其中:
所述上表层为工程树脂;
所述中间层包括:按重量份计,聚氯乙烯树脂粉900-1100份、碳酸钙粉500-1000份、氯化聚乙烯40-50份、复合稳定剂30-40份、硬脂酸5-10份、PE蜡2-6份、石蜡2-6份和短切无碱玻纤15-25份;
所述下底层包括:按重量份计,废旧塑钢料800-1200份、碳酸钙粉400-600份、氯化聚乙烯30-40份、复合稳定剂25-35份、硬脂酸4-8份、PE蜡2-4份和石蜡2-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的合成树脂瓦,其特征在于,所述中间层包括:按重量份计,聚氯乙烯树脂粉1000份、碳酸钙粉750份、氯化聚乙烯45份、复合稳定剂35份、硬脂酸8份、PE蜡4份、石蜡4份和短切无碱玻纤20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的合成树脂瓦,其特征在于,所述下底层包括:按重量份计,废旧塑钢料1000份、碳酸钙粉500份、氯化聚乙烯35份、复合稳定剂30份、硬脂酸6份、PE蜡3份和石蜡3份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的合成树脂瓦,其特征在于,所述上表层的厚度为0.1-0.2mm,所述中间层的厚度为2.0-2.5mm,所述下底层的厚度为(0.5-1)mm。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的合成树脂瓦,其特征在于,所述上表层为耐候抗紫外线工程树脂,所述聚氯乙烯树脂粉为SG-5型聚氯乙烯树脂粉。
6.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的合成树脂瓦,其特征在于,所述碳酸钙粉的粒径为1200-1300目。
7.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的合成树脂瓦,其特征在于,所述短切无碱玻纤的长度为4-5mm。
8.根据权利要求7所述的合成树脂瓦,其特征在于,所述短切无碱玻纤的长度为4.5mm。
9.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的合成树脂瓦,其特征在于,所述废旧塑钢料的粒径为30-50目。
10.权利要求1-9任一项所述的合成树脂瓦的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:所述合成树脂瓦的上表层、中间层和下底层分别通过挤出机挤出成型,所述上表层的挤出温度为200-210℃、挤出机连接体温度为187-197℃,所述中间层对应的挤出机连接体温度为170-180℃,所述下底层对应的挤出机连接体温度为170-180℃。
