The water and the sterilizing liquid after cleaning and sterilizing are respectively deposited in the cleaning water tank 2 and the sterilizing water tank 3 after rough filtration of the filter screen 22, the supernatant after deposition is pumped into the filter 4 by the centrifugal pump 16, the cleaning water and the sterilizing liquid after fine filtration of the filter 4 respectively enter the cleaning water curtain wall 11 and the sterilizing water curtain wall 14 from the cleaning water inlet pipe 12 and the sterilizing water inlet pipe 15, the cleaning water and the sterilizing liquid are sprayed to the upper surface and the lower surface of the seedling tray from the spraying holes of the cleaning water curtain wall 11 and the sterilizing water curtain wall 14 at a high speed under the pressurization of the centrifugal pump 16, and soil, seedling substrates and plant residual tissues attached to the seedling tray are all dropped under the action of high-speed liquid flow, so that the whole cleaning and sterilizing process of the seedling tray is completed, the recycling of the cleaning water and the sterilizing liquid is realized, the cleaning water and the sterilizing liquid are not discharged outwards and the environment is not polluted.

the disinfection circulating system comprises a disinfection water tank fixed on the left side of the frame, a centrifugal pump communicated with the disinfection water tank, a filter, a disinfection water inlet pipe and a disinfection water curtain wall fixed on the top of the disinfection water tank, wherein the filter is fixed on the side wall of the disinfection water tank, the centrifugal pump is connected with the filter through a water pumping pipe, the filter is connected with the disinfection water curtain wall through the disinfection water inlet pipe, the disinfection water curtain wall is covered in a disinfection water curtain wall cover, and a backwash pipe is connected between the filter fixed on the cleaning water tank and the filter fixed on the disinfection water tank;
the conveying system comprises conveying roll shafts fixed at two end sides of the frame and unpowered conveying tracks which are positioned between the conveying roll shafts and fixed at the top of the frame, the unpowered conveying tracks penetrate through the cleaning water curtain wall and the sterilizing water curtain wall, a water scraping device is fixed on the unpowered conveying tracks of the cleaning water curtain wall along the direction of the sterilizing water curtain wall, the cleaning water curtain wall and the water scraping device are covered with outer covers, the outer covers are fixed on the cleaning water tank, and the water scraping device is arranged outside the sterilizing water curtain wall cover;
the first cleaning water curtain wall is of a double-ring-shaped pipeline structure, the first cleaning water curtain wall and the second cleaning water curtain wall which are identical in structure are connected through a three-way pipe, a chuck is welded on the three-way pipe and is connected with a cleaning water inlet pipe through the chuck, the first cleaning water curtain wall is in a shape like a Chinese character 'in a Chinese character' and comprises a pressurizing pipe, a horizontal spraying pipe and vertical spraying pipes, the pressurizing pipe is connected with the horizontal spraying pipe in the middle part and the vertical spraying pipes on two sides through the three-way pipe, the vertical spraying pipes are connected with the horizontal spraying pipe at the bottom through arc-shaped connecting pipes, and spraying holes with 0.4mm are linearly spaced on the horizontal spraying pipe and the vertical spraying pipes;
