The conveying roller shaft 6 is a double-chain conveying roller, the conveying roller shaft 6 is arranged on a roller frame 5 of a machine frame, a motor is fixed at the bottom of the roller frame 5 and connected with the conveying roller shaft through a transmission chain, a baffle 7 is fixed on the roller frame 5, a tray outlet hole is formed in the bottom of the baffle 7, strip-shaped protection blocks 8 are fixed on two sides of the machine frame on the left side of the tray outlet hole, floating seedling trays are stacked in the baffle 7, the directions of two sides of the floating seedling trays are adjusted by the protection blocks 8 after the floating seedling trays come out of the tray outlet hole of the baffle 7, two sides of the floating seedling trays are parallel to unpowered conveying rails 21, and the unpowered conveying rails 21 are conveniently clamped on two sides of the floating seedling trays in parallel.

The floating seedling tray is stacked in the stop block 7, after the motor switch is turned on, the conveying roller shaft 6 moves, the direction of the two sides of the floating seedling tray is regulated by the protection block 8 after the floating seedling tray comes out of the tray outlet hole of the stop block 7, and the two sides of the floating seedling tray are parallel to the unpowered conveying track 21, so that the unpowered conveying track 21 is conveniently clamped on the two sides of the floating seedling tray in parallel; then the floating seedling tray enters the cleaning water curtain wall 11, the upper, lower, left and right directions of the cleaning water curtain wall 11 are sprayed with high-pressure water columns, the seedling tray is washed by the water curtain walls from all directions in the process of slowly moving forwards, the pressure of the water curtain wall is flexible, the position of the seedling tray is fixed, the stress is even, and the cleaning effect is good.
The cleaned seedling tray is basically clean and then enters the lower part of the water scraping device 20, and if the cleaned seedling tray directly enters the sterilizing water curtain wall 14, the mixing proportion of sterilizing water can be greatly influenced, so that the sterilizing effect is influenced, and the water attached to the seedling tray is removed before entering the sterilizing water curtain wall 14, so that the sterilizing is thoroughly ensured. The wiper device 20 is fixed on the unpowered transmission rail 21 of the seedling raising tray, the wiper blade 202 is made of foam silicone rubber, the water removal effect is good, and the seedling raising tray is not damaged.
The seedling raising tray enters the sterilizing water curtain wall 14 after coming out of the water scraping device 20, and the sterilizing water curtain wall 14 can generate high-pressure sterilizing liquid columns in the upper direction, the lower direction, the left direction and the right direction, so that the thorough sterilization of all the surfaces of the seedling raising tray is ensured.
The water and the sterilizing liquid after cleaning and sterilizing are respectively deposited in the cleaning water tank 2 and the sterilizing water tank 3 after rough filtration of the filter screen 22, the supernatant after deposition is pumped into the filter 4 by the centrifugal pump 16, the cleaning water and the sterilizing liquid after fine filtration of the filter 4 respectively enter the cleaning water curtain wall 11 and the sterilizing water curtain wall 14 from the cleaning water inlet pipe 12 and the sterilizing water inlet pipe 15, the cleaning water and the sterilizing liquid are sprayed to the upper surface and the lower surface of the seedling tray from the spraying holes of the cleaning water curtain wall 11 and the sterilizing water curtain wall 14 at a high speed under the pressurization of the centrifugal pump 16, and soil, seedling substrates and plant residual tissues attached to the seedling tray are all dropped under the action of high-speed liquid flow, so that the whole cleaning and sterilizing process of the seedling tray is completed, the recycling of the cleaning water and the sterilizing liquid is realized, the cleaning water and the sterilizing liquid are not discharged outwards and the environment is not polluted.

1. The floating seedling tray cleaning and sterilizing integrated machine is characterized by comprising a frame, a cleaning and circulating system, a sterilizing and circulating system and a conveying system;
the cleaning circulation system comprises a cleaning water tank fixed on the right side of the frame, a centrifugal pump communicated with the cleaning water tank, a filter, a cleaning water inlet pipe and a cleaning water curtain wall fixed on the top of the cleaning water tank, wherein the filter is fixed on the side wall of the cleaning water tank, the centrifugal pump is connected with the filter through a water pumping pipe, the filter is connected with the cleaning water curtain wall through the cleaning water inlet pipe, and the cleaning water curtain wall is covered in a cleaning water curtain wall cover;
the disinfection circulating system comprises a disinfection water tank fixed on the left side of the frame, a centrifugal pump communicated with the disinfection water tank, a filter, a disinfection water inlet pipe and a disinfection water curtain wall fixed on the top of the disinfection water tank, wherein the filter is fixed on the side wall of the disinfection water tank, the centrifugal pump is connected with the filter through a water pumping pipe, the filter is connected with the disinfection water curtain wall through the disinfection water inlet pipe, the disinfection water curtain wall is covered in a disinfection water curtain wall cover, and a backwash pipe is connected between the filter fixed on the cleaning water tank and the filter fixed on the disinfection water tank;
the conveying system comprises conveying roll shafts fixed at two end sides of the frame and unpowered conveying tracks which are positioned between the conveying roll shafts and fixed at the top of the frame, the unpowered conveying tracks penetrate through the cleaning water curtain wall and the sterilizing water curtain wall, a water scraping device is fixed on the unpowered conveying tracks of the cleaning water curtain wall along the direction of the sterilizing water curtain wall, the cleaning water curtain wall and the water scraping device are covered with outer covers, the outer covers are fixed on the cleaning water tank, and the water scraping device is arranged outside the sterilizing water curtain wall cover;
the first cleaning water curtain wall is of a double-ring-shaped pipeline structure, the first cleaning water curtain wall and the second cleaning water curtain wall which are identical in structure are connected through a three-way pipe, a chuck is welded on the three-way pipe and is connected with a cleaning water inlet pipe through the chuck, the first cleaning water curtain wall is in a shape like a Chinese character 'in a Chinese character' and comprises a pressurizing pipe, a horizontal spraying pipe and vertical spraying pipes, the pressurizing pipe is connected with the horizontal spraying pipe in the middle part and the vertical spraying pipes on two sides through the three-way pipe, the vertical spraying pipes are connected with the horizontal spraying pipe at the bottom through arc-shaped connecting pipes, and spraying holes with 0.4mm are linearly spaced on the horizontal spraying pipe and the vertical spraying pipes;
the disinfection water curtain wall is of a single-ring pipeline structure, is in a shape like a Chinese character 'described', and comprises a pressurizing pipe, a spraying transverse pipe and a spraying vertical pipe, wherein a chuck is welded on the pressurizing pipe and is connected with a disinfection water inlet pipe through the chuck, the pressurizing pipe is connected with the spraying transverse pipe in the middle part and the spraying vertical pipes on two sides through a three-way pipe, the spraying vertical pipe is connected with the spraying transverse pipe at the bottom through an arc-shaped connecting pipe, and spraying holes with 0.4mm are linearly spaced on the spraying transverse pipe and the spraying vertical pipe;
the side wall of the cleaning water tank is fixedly provided with a clean water filter tank, the side wall of the disinfection water tank is fixedly provided with a disinfection solution filter tank, the upper part of the cleaning water tank is communicated with the clean water filter tank, the upper parts of the cleaning water tank and the clean water filter tank are fixedly provided with filter screens, and the height of the filter screens fixed on the clean water filter tank is lower than that of the filter screens fixed on the cleaning water tank.
