Nowadays, servers and storage devices are more and more advanced, and in order to ensure the continuity and integrity of interactive data, the servers of a data center generally run continuously for 24 hours all day long, wherein part of the servers must continue to run until the end of the service life as long as the servers are started. In the case of long-term operation, there is always a case where some components are broken or damaged on the server, and therefore, the server needs to be frequently maintained. Even during maintenance, the server cannot be powered off, thus requiring that important elements in the server be able to perform hot-plug operations.
A PCIE card is a common component in a server, which often needs to be detached and installed in a hot-plug manner. Currently, a hot-plug operation for a PCIE card is usually completed by using external moving parts, such as various hardware tools. However, the internal space of the server chassis is narrow, the structural members are complicated, the installation density of components such as the PCIE board or other storage devices is very high, and often, there is not enough space in the chassis for external moving parts, and the hot plug operation of the PCIE card is very troublesome and the efficiency is very low.
Therefore, how to simply and conveniently implement the hot-plug operation on the PCIE card, reduce the requirement for the operating space in the chassis, and improve the hot-plug operation efficiency is a technical problem to be solved urgently by those skilled in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
